Everything was clean and orderly, but the decor is dated and, while well-maintained, aged. It is in a prime location and the breakfast is great value for money and awesome if you want to try waking up in the traditional Japanese fashion.

Great value. It's nothing fancy, but it doesn't pretend to be. Staff was friendly, and my room was nice.

On it's own it's an ok choice. I booked the larger of the family rooms (room 203) for the night of August 26th 2021. Pros: Cheapest option in the area; close to Mito station; clean linen, comfortable beds; clean bathroom; coin laundry on 4th floor with dryers. Cons: Entry lobby had cigarette smoke stench; Hallway carpet was old; Room carpet was discoloured and torn; wallpaper also old and torn; there's a video on demand (pay per view) system which seemed exorbitant at ¥1000 or $10usd per hour of viewing. Due to covid precautions, the breakfast option provided individual bento style meals. The hotel was not great but not terrible.

Close from Mito station. Quick check in and comfortable rooms. Silent. Perfect for one-night stay - but the price is quite high.

Hellish smell in toilet(room was changed 1time.). Nice breakfast. Facilities old but clean .
