I loveeee this idyllic and spacious apartment! ♥️♥️♥️ This is my lucky finding and it’s going to be my default home when I am in Hakuba. I am not a fan of big hotel ( there are only four rooms ) so this is perfect. Owner Jason is aaaamzing. He is very thoughtful, organised and responsive. He is also my driver!! There are so many good things and experiences happened during my stay. There are basics for breakfasts when you arrive, and lift pass ! Yes Jason got the lift pass for his guests 2000 yen cheaper I don’t know how he did that. So if you ski in cortina for 3 days that will save you at least 6000 yen. 😍when I forgot my gloves, he came to meet me at the ski resort and passed them to me. Awww🥺 It’s so perfect to stay slope side with beautiful mountain view and nice ski-in and ski-out facility. I love skiing in Cortina slopes so this location is great. As you can see from my pictures.😌😌Everything is so clean and well maintained. My routine is ski , onsen at Hotel green plaza ( oh Jason will give you coupon so it’s just 500yen per person ! ) and Netflix at night. Price is very reasonable too. I could not rate this place highly enough. The location was perfect, the room was beautifully presented and had everything that we could possibly need. Jason, the owner, was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond all expectations. I will definitely be returning to Cortina Apartments again!

This is without doubt the best snow holiday place I've ever been to. It is literally on the snow and is immaculate. Jason the property owner is fantastic and there are 4 great apartments here. I can't say enough fantastic things about this place.

We love this place. The ski-in/out feature makes it the best location to stay in Hakuba Valley. The endless accommodations it has to offer surpass any expectations we had for our vacation. Jason was very helpful and kind. He shuttled us around Hakuba to the ski resorts, grocery stores, and offered to drive us to downtown Hakuba for dining, but we declined his offer because we enjoyed staying in our room to enjoy the view and secluded surroundings. He did our laundry for us, he replenished the breakfast accoutrements for us every morning, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. He had great advice for skiing and snowboarding and was positively wonderful to get to know and be around when he was helping us. Cortina Apartments was without question the best place in Hakuba Valley/Otari.

My girlfriend and I stayed here at the start of 2017 and to this day still mention it as the best place we’ve ever stayed. It is perfectly set out with luxurious amenities and is the definition of ski in ski out accommodation.

Amazing host and an amazing place. Jason drove us to lots of different areas and was very helpful. Cortina was as beautiful as they say, and with 2 minutes away from the hills we had no difficulty getting there.
