They speak english and expensive so i expected it is worth the price but no effect at all. They failed to figure out my problem and keep "recommending" me to go to other clinic for unrelated examinations.

While visiting Tokyo, decided to try Tokyo Physio for hamstring imbalance issue and they exceeded my expectations. Bebe Studdy performed comprehensive analysis, found exercises that made my issue better instantly and throughout the whole process was very patient and answered all my questions. I came back several days later for my chronic shoulder injury and Bebe again did an amazing job to make it better.

When I was suffering from a back injury, I met Tokyo Physio and got a lot of help. It's a very grateful place for letting me know how to manage exercise and pain. It's a place I always keep in mind while exercising.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Tokyo Physio - Elite Clinic for Athletes again, and I must say it was an incredible experience! I opted for a full body massage course that lasted 90 minutes, and it made me feel absolutely fantastic. The deep tissue care provided during the massage was exactly what I needed. The therapist targeted every trigger point, ensuring that all the tension and tightness in my muscles were addressed. While the massage itself was at times uncomfortable, especially when the therapist worked on tense areas, and I experienced some soreness for a few days after, the overall results were truly remarkable. After the soreness subsided, my body felt light and rejuvenated. The massage helped release any built-up tension and provided a sense of deep relaxation. I truly appreciate the expertise and skill of the therapists at Tokyo Physio - Elite Clinic for Athletes. I only wish that they would open a branch in Osaka-city soon because finding such skilled sports massage therapists in Osaka is quite challenging. I highly recommend Tokyo Physio - Elite Clinic for Athletes to anyone in search of professional care and an exceptional massage experience.

I went in with patellar tendonitis and pain in my quads. I couldn’t get through the day without a lot of pain, and exercise had become unbearable. Glenn was very quick to determine that the source of the problem was an unbalanced workout routine and worked with me, session by session, to not only relieve the pain but put me back on track towards running and lifting again. Not only did the massages help relieve the pain and tightness, also Glenn taught me how have a balanced routine and worked with me on my form. After six sessions, I’m able to run and lift with no pain. I’d recommend Tokyo Physio to anyone, especially someone with knee pain. Everyone I encountered here was kind and professional.

Back issue felt significantly better immediately after the appointment. And I was shown some great preventive exercises to help avoid the same issue reoccurring in the future.

I'm new to Pilates and found out about Tokyo Physio Elite Therapy Clinic online. I do pilates and massage combo sessions with Haruno , who is exceptional—attentive, encouraging, and highly skilled. The studio offers a welcoming atmosphere, the staff speak English, and the workouts are highly effective. I've seen improvements in my flexibility and strength after just a few sessions. I highly recommend both this studio and Haruno.

I had a knee and back issue because of training/jogging. I went to local clinics and other physio but they could not help me. I was struggling in my daily life with my back... I then heard about Tokyo Physio and took an appointment with Glenn. He not only healed my back by finding out the origin of the problem but he also took time to educate me teaching stretching and strenghtning exercises. Now I feel much better, i exercise and I know how to stretch to prevent injuries!! Best experts in Town, highly recommend!

This clinic is clean and she helped find exactly where my pain was coming from. I finally feel relieved to have a plan in place towards healing

I highly, highly recommend this place - and specifically Haruna Yamazaki . She is one of the best sports masseuses I’ve encountered, and that’s including extensive physical therapy and sports’ treatment in the US. She listens and responds to what your pain points are and really provides excellent service. It’s absolutely worthwhile for anyone who is dealing with a new injury or nagging muscle pain; looking to recover from an activity or active lifestyle (I’ll book an appointment after long hiking trips); or just to treat yourself! Really great service. 10/10

I had a wonderful experience with Haruno the sports masseuse and Pilates instructor. She helped me with my lower back pain and shoulder issues. It was my first physio massage and she made me feel comfortable from the start and took the time to understand my specific issues. She has a deep understanding of the body and I noticed a significant improvement in my condition right away. Now I have stretching exercises that I can do at home to continue the progress. I highly recommend Haruno. She is fantastic at what she does!

I came for the first time to Tokyo Physio and I had the chance to be under Haruno's hands. She listens and asks questions to understand the reason I came. Her massage really removed the pain I had on my Achilles' tendon. Her hands are very strong and I ask only for the soft version. Thank you again Haruno!

Would absolutely recommend! As an expat living in Tokyo finding a physio clinic that spoke English was hugely important. Yuji is a fantastic physiotherapist. I have never walked out of an appointment having all my issues fixed. Very thankful.

I needed a therapeutic massage during my short stay in Tokyo and decided to try this clinic. I liked it so much with Haruno san that I repeated 3 times. She helped my feet, legs and neck pain and soreness a lot. She’s an excellent therapist and also a lovely person. I recommend her to anyone in need and I will for sure come back everytime I am around. ☺️

Highly recommend this place for doing physio. I've been having trouble with my back and neck and the exercise routine they've catered for me works wonders. The physiotherapist are highly trained and don't prescribe exercises that may further your injury. After the session, they'll give you a link to an app that will list the exercise routine you should be doing which helps a lot!

Excellent clinic. Staff fluent in English, knowledgeable. Advanced equipment, clean facility. Therapy was effective; noticed improvement after just a few sessions. Highly recommend for English-speakers in Tokyo.

Have a herniated disc but wanted to prepare for a half marathon. Came to the clinic for a consultation and got good professional advice that felt up to date with current research. Received homework exercises and the all clear to continue my training. Very pleased with my visit.

I went here to get feedback and advice on my running from a trained professional. I was very satisfied. I was given lots of advice, exercises that I should be doing, and even understanding on things I was doing wrong. I would definitely recommend this place to others in a similar situation to mine.

I’ve gone to the team at Tokyo Physio for years now and their team is always fixed what’s hurting. Their physiotherapists Glenn and Bebe have the knowledge, experience, and personality that makes visits something to look forward to. Their sports masseuse, Haruno, does excellent work to help get me back into training quickly. The faculties have been recently relocated and upgraded in both anesthetic and function. I'm excited to learn how these changes can contribute to my recovery and performance.

Highly recommended! Bebe quickly recognized my problem when a medical doctor I had seen did not. Had I not gone in I would have boarded a plane the next day with two active clots! Extremely knowledgeable and professional, and reasonably priced. I can’t recommend Tokyo Physio highly enough and will return regularly. Don’t hesitate to give it a try!

I have been following a "rehab" programming with Glenn following back problems/multiple injuries. I've had sessions with several Physios in my life and I must say Glenn has been to most convincing I have met. He takes time to do a general assessment at the beginning, tries to understand the current situation and suggest a real plan with short, mid , long term goals while keeping you engaged and motivated. Every week he starts with a quick catch up to see where I am, suggests new exercises to avoid losing motivation and he would adjust things to progress, potential areas of pain etc.

Tokyo Physio is great. Glenn really has a unique skill in identifying the problem, then using patience, technique and strength development to solve the issue. We are grateful for his help in getting our son back on the pitch!

It took me a bit to find this place, it's inside of an apartment building. Once you get there though it is a great experience. I went to Jacob and he was a great help. He said he hadn't seen someone with my problem before but after talking with me about my injury and having me show him some of the stretches I do he was able to figure out it was a quad overload. After a massage I was feeling a lot less tight in my thigh. He then showed me some stretches to do at home to help make my legs as strong as one another and to get me to stop putting so much weight on the other. His explanations were very thorough and he takes his time to make sure you understand and know how to do each stretch. Highly recommend and if I have any other problems I will be back!!!

I highly recommend this place! I had Glenn he was very friendly and professional and I feel much better from my back pain. They tell you exercises where you can strengthen your muscles, he also massaged me a bit. I felt much better after my session! Also had Haruno as a Pilates and she was very good as well and very friendly!

I had knee pain/discomfort while running. After identifying the root issue, the staff at Tokyo Physio gave me a tailored program to address the issue step by step on my own, while coming back to check in and progress forward every few weeks. After a few months, my knee pain has been eliminated and I am running again! Overall a great experience.

After going to a multiple clinics and being told my knee issue was just aging, an untreatable bone issue, or requiring ice, I had almost given up. I’m so glad to have found Tokyo Physio. Glen diagnosed my problem and put me on a plan that had me walking without pain in a few short weeks. I’d highly recommend Tokyo Physio and Glen.

I’ve been in to Tokyo Physio a few times, most recently for a damaged MCL and meniscus from grappling. I first saw an orthopedic doctor who took an MRI then recommended surgery and said it would be @6 months before I’d have full use again. The physio Glen did a thorough check on the knee and how much mobility there was and went through a serious of exercises for me to do to gradually build back strength and mobility as the MCL healed. Two months later my knee is back to 80-90%. The whole team there are really professional and can’t recommend them enough, especially for sports injuries.

Tokyo Physio helped me fix my neck and shoulder pains that I had for over a month. I had appointments with Jacob. He not only helped to relieve my muscle pains but we also worked together on my posture and exercise to strengthen my muscles. Making an appointment online is easy and confirmed almost immediately by email. The place is in the Atrium apartment building on the first floor (APT#104), there is a small sign in front of the apartment that you can look for.

Super impressed with the knowledge and level of care here! Treatment incorporates all the newest findings and is highly tailored to your needs. I'm sure if someone then Glenn can get you back to doing whatever your favorite sport / activity is, as long as you're diligent about the exercises. Source: Been here with a surfing injury on top of stubborn back pain that nothing seemed to help with. A few sessions made me forget about both during everyday activities, and am slowly even getting back into squatting / deadlifting / kettlebells again after years off.

Great staff who know their stuff. A huge relief after a fruitless search for a doctor who could address the problem I had. Two years after following the advice from my first appointment here, I’ve had no problems since. Highly recommended.

I had my wrist strained and my physical therapist was Glenn and he provided excellent professional service! From diagnosis to treatment, following up the next week, as well as strengthening exercises and home remedies. Tokyo Physio will definitely be my first choice when it comes to injuries.
