This is gonna be a great spot for whoever it’s going to take it over, because I’m sure these people won’t last for long. We’ve been waiting for ages just to sit and place an order. The one who seems the owner slows his co-workers down and seems pretty rude with his customers. Other customers (I guess his friends) seems to have a priority treatment. Over priced and definitely not worth to go. There are bunch of other places where to enjoy a drink or a dinner.

WORST PLACE I HAVE BEEN IN IBIZA, THE ITALIAN OWNER NEEDS TO GET A GRIP OF HIS ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! SO RUDE, INCREDIBLE AFTER 1:10 WAITING HE HAS THE COURAGE TO TELL US TO LEAVE IG WE ARE NOT HAPPY… THIS PLACE DESERVES THE WORST

5 euros for tap water. Amazing ! Very Exagerrated prices… (should almost be must divided by 2) Food not bad but not very good either. Definitly not recommended

Great place however some lessons for the very friendly staff. The music, 80’s, doesn’t fit an Italian restaurant. Prices are quite high. The food is good however the tuna was rather lukewarm, some side dish recommendations would be good. Same for the pizza should be much hotter. The taste and atmosphere was great.

Sorry to say, should have trusted all the poor reviews. This restaurant is to be avoided! Food is simple and overprized. Portions are tiny. Worst is however the service!! Although having half a bottle of wine left we were virtually forced to leave our table by several of the staff. The only positive is the location. But don’t let you be betraid by this. Chose another restaurant and you’ll have a good night in Ibiza.

Run and don’t look back. The pizzas were so „good“ that we paid and left without finishing a whole slice - after waiting over an hour for them to arrive. Some of them were cold although all of them were burnt to a crisp and literally crumbled in the hand. The Iberico ham came in five tiny pieces and was mostly fat. The „Kir Royal“ was certainly the worst I ever tasted - I‘d rather have been served a full glass of cough syrup. The staff seemed completely uninterested and miserable, however I can imagine how working in this joke of a restaurant, serving such a diabolical menu can destroy the soul of any young waiter / waitress. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Beautiful setting. Pizza was light and delicious. Water is definitely pricy but it’s worth it for the location.

This restaurant it’s simply perfect! I had an amazing experience! The quality of the food it’s top notch, the service it’s fast and the atmosphere of the restaurant it’s magic. We had: Provolone with truffle; Cheese and ham croquettes; Pata negra with tomatoes bruschetta; Veal milanese with arugula, cherry tomatoes and anchovies cream. I gotta be honest. I read the lowest reviews before coming to this place (I always do that) but once there I had this feeling I had to try it for myself (you kinda step into the restaurant because it’s at the beginning of the entrance of the old town). The bad reviews couldn’t be more wrong! The nights before I was in other restaurants like the carnicero (for instance) and the prices of the Il Dek it’s totally appropriate to the range of Ibiza! Here you can taste one the finest italian cuisine of the entire island. One thing that shocked me was the quality of the tomatoes on the bruschetta that comes with the pata negra. If the meter of a good restaurant it’s the freshness of the food, this one deserves even more than 5 stars!

Don’t get fooled by the looks. We got a table and decided to go for a drinks only, highly stress manager was asking his staff who put us there only for drinks and not food… Luckily we did not have dinner as looking typical expensive for what you get. Very touristy as you imagine, but in the heart of town, what can you expect.

Don’t let the cute atmosphere to fool you. We did not check the reviews and were wrong. Waited to order more than 15min. Literally ignored us although talking to each other. Asked for a cocktail and the waiter was “googling” it in the system for a lot more. Then we asked how much is the water to pay and leave. It took 3 more people and 10 more minutes to bring us the bill and there was water and BREAD FOR 2 for 6. It is not about the money it is about the respect;) Happy that we did not have food in the end here.

Amazing service, amazing food, amazing location. Highly recommended. So good we came back twice. Tuna sashimi was "melt in your mouth", delicious fresh juice combination. Even when really busy the staff were really attentive. Enjoy.

Don’t always judge a place just by a Google rating. We had a 5 star experience here. Price was fair, not too expensive at all. Excellent pizza - thin, crispy and Italian style. The roasted potatoes and French fries were freshly cooked with a light crisp and unique taste. This place is set in a beautiful location near the castle. Quickly and friendly service.

We had a super evening here. Started with great cocktails that were good value for money and then we were seated for pizza and pasta both so tastey! If you are looking for a great Italian in Ibiza old town then this is the best choice.

Rip off. Bought a bottle of wine which turned up with a glass already taken. Small glass of beers was only half full. Owner shouted at me in front of the whole restaurant when asking politely to address the problem. Then shouted at the staff. I should have read previous reviews first but I suspect that as with previous feedback the owner will insist the customer is wrong.

Do not let the twinkling fairy lights and great location fool you as our experience at this restaurant was certainly not magical. The food was over priced and ordinary. We were charged for using the tomato sauce and mayonnaise which were left on the table. We ordered bread for two but charged for bread for four. After ordering a bottle of wine, once two glasses poured, it was removed from the table and on asking for it we were told we had only asked for two glasses. They bought us another bottle and charged us for both glasses and bottle of over priced wine. We complained to the manager but to no avail and then paid the very expensive bill. We left disappointed with the food but also that we had been one of the many tourists that are taken in by the twinkling fairy lights and who do not research restaurants fully before sitting at a table.

Really disappointed. It’s a new place in Ibiza and you’d think they would male an effort… awful! Taking long for everything, didn’t bring drinks until after bringing the food. They kept flirting with some girls next table gifting them with shots and not paying attention to us before we ordered. Súper decepcionante. Lentos, pizza quemada, no nos atendían y de mientras tonteaban con unas chicas invitándolas a chupitos y haciendo planes para después. Qué decepción

Absolutely beautiful place, really authentic Italian food!! All the food was so delicious, as was the sangria. Highly recommend. Great ambience alfresco dining.

My dish was very tasty and although it's a bit expensive you have to think of that this is Ibiza and you also have to pay for the location. The waiters were really nice and in whole, my stay was very pleasant. I LIKE!

Best Italian restaurant in center of Ibiza . Staff is super friendly and professional. Food is good and well presented. You definitely should visit it. 5 stars
