I love Java Espress! The coffee is so fresh and delicious! My favorite drink is a white chocolate mocha. It is always perfect and consistent. The staff is amazing, friendly and very attentive. They remember my drink every time I drive in and always have a cookie for my dog! Can't beat that! I highly recommend hitting this place up for a yummy coffee and excellent service!

Yum yum yum! Can I just say the Iron Recovery is my new all-time fave, go to drink after an amazing gym session! It tastes so good and keeps me going for the rest of my work day. If you haven’t tried it yet, I’d highly recommend!

Just left this place. Come here about every day during the workday and got to say they are one of the friendliest coffee huts in the city. Been to many of them throughout the last few years and this one never disappoints. Such a friendly staff, always get my drink, right. Just wanted to give them a shout out that I appreciate them. If you need coffee in Idaho Falls, hit them up.

Good coffee, good bagels, couple really good baristas that remember names, orders, and are super nice. Good coffee shop overall. Get the Iced Carmel Macchiato with an extra shot and oat milk!

On average I spend roughly $1,500 a year and that is if I am only buying for me and NOT buying any of your hydro flasks (and to note I have bought SEVERAL of them as well as your one vessel cups from you not to mention the gift cards that I have bought to give away at company events and for gifts.) or your one vessel cups. AND there are times that I will also pick up drinks for my guys when I get my beverage AND I have also bought your sugar cookies for our entire staff. With those things being stated I am WILDLY unimpressed with the ownership's decision to no longer offer cup discounts for those of us who have purchased your logo'd up cups and to add insult to injury you do not offer a price point to match filling of the cup with the beverage, if I hold my ground I will get less than what I used to get for the same price and if I order up in size I pay for what I am not getting. I do not believe it would be hard to say okay we have sold 40 ounce cups and have a button for the refilling of that 40 ounces and charge that amount. But no you will charge some one for 44 ounces and give them 40. I have contacted you directly about this and with zero response. I have been a faithful customer for over 5 years and I come 6 days a week and some times 7. And I liked the idea of supporting a locally owned business. However with the recent changes I am so done. I will take my business elsewhere.

I live in Blackfoot and work in Idaho Falls. Normally I try to buy my coffee in Blackfoot to support my home town. But after the way the Blackfoot location handled my messed up order, I'll be getting my coffee in Idaho Falls. They were sooo sweet here and made the coffee again for me at no charge and it was amazing! Thank you!

I'm seriously sad that the last 2 weeks of coming here the girls have taken 20 minutes to make 2 drinks. Today tops the cake when the made both mine and my husband's drink wrong and even when we asked very nicely for them to remake them they still came out wrong. I give myself lots of time to make sure I have time to sit in line but I still somehow end up late for work. I paid half with points today and cash I hope I at least get my points back because I needed up giving my drinks back and didn't have time for them to remake them. I'm a long time customer of Java and today was extra disappointing.

Am I impressed at what unknown ick was in the Chocolate Malt, nope. Was I impressed that I reached out to their online 'message us' system TWICE, and was never talked to about the issue, nope. Is there other coffee options in town that give out standing customer service when there is an issue brought to attention, yup. Would I recommend Java to others? Well aside for the ladies & gentlemen that work inside and do have positive pep attitudes, and their uppers are poor at communication when things are wrong, yeah sure I'd 4/10 recommend.
