    This hut is so cool! All of the workers are so sweet and helpful! I don’t know much about coffee but they take the time to explain what I might want, and I really appreciate that. I’ll always travel to this one over any other!

    My boyfriend and I go to this location specifically for the barista Kylie! She always makes sure our drinks are made to perfection, and we always leave the place happier than when we got there. She’s lovely, thank you Kylie!

    Had a new girl (I think) help us out. She was kind and got us our order. Will gladly return! Java on 17th. (Pizza Bagel and Diary Free Morning Kiss, blended with Coconut milk)

    On average I spend roughly $1,500 a year and that is if I am only buying for me and NOT buying any of your hydro flasks (and to note I have bought SEVERAL of them as well as your one vessel cups from you not to mention the gift cards that I have bought to give away at company events and for gifts.) or your one vessel cups. AND there are times that I will also pick up drinks for my guys when I get my beverage AND I have also bought your sugar cookies for our entire staff. With those things being stated I am WILDLY unimpressed with the ownership's decision to no longer offer cup discounts for those of us who have purchased your logo'd up cups and to add insult to injury you do not offer a price point to match filling of the cup with the beverage, if I hold my ground I will get less than what I used to get for the same price and if I order up in size I pay for what I am not getting. I do not believe it would be hard to say okay we have sold 40 ounce cups and have a button for the refilling of that 40 ounces and charge that amount. But no you will charge some one for 44 ounces and give them 40. I have contacted you directly about this and with zero response. I have been a faithful customer for over 5 years and I come 6 days a week and some times 7. And I liked the idea of supporting a locally owned business. However with the recent changes I am so done. I will take my business elsewhere.

    Not a big fan how they post things on their menu like kids smoothies but then say they don't do them. They have to charge you for 16oz...false advertising. Update your menu

    You guys should seriously consider doing your smoothies and your coffee stuff in separate blenders. My blended mocha should not have an aftertaste of banana. Disgusting. It also took 10+ minutes for the people in front of me to get their drink.

    I love the people. They're amazing! However I normally get a 12 oz which has a lot of favor. I recently started getting bigger sizes like 24oz and 32oz but the bigger sizes are super weak and watered down tasting. It seems like they put the same amount of favor in every size. If you order bigger sizes, maybe ask for more favor.

    Tried going back there after a year because of poor service before go today on my Sunday to get me a mocha no one in the other drive-thru line they just left as I pulled up behind another person in the line then I said there for about 20 minutes the other person doing drive through orders couldn't walk out and take my order so I left this place is a joke definitely the final time I'll ever try going there two chances is all you get with me bud

    As the temperatures drop, you start to think about a proper hot chocolate. They have you covered here, starting with Reed's Dairy chocolate milk you know you are in for an indulgent treat. Add in a lovely flavor shot and have a better day with a marvelous hot chocolate.

    The employee reached over to feed a dog a treat, the dog licked her hands, then she continued take my order, my card, and worked in the back without waking her hands. She was very nice and the coffee was good, hygiene not so much.

    I got the white pumpkin with oatmilk and I could barely taste any flavor. The first time my drink was made I happened to look over and saw cow milk put in my drink so I kept watching to see if that was for the other car....to my dismay that was my drink so i said that has oatmilk right? And she turned around to remake it lol. This is after waiting at least 20 minutes with two cars in front of me lol. And each car only ordered 2 drinks lol. The girls are nice but service was soooooo slow. I could have driven across town to my usual Broadway java and would've been out of there by time I got my drink from this location. Make sure you verify your drinks especially if you have a dairy allergy if you go to this location. Also this building is in a terrible location lol I stopped here because its omw home but I don't think I'll be coming here again. Too slow and with that mishap I have trust issues lol

    Ordered a hot coffee waited 5 minutes it was cold and flavorless I was very excited about getting coffee this morning and was very disappointed afterwards.
