We stopped at this place driving through Idaho. So glad we did! We love Thai food and eat it everywhere we go on vacation. This place definitely deserves five stars! We got the fresh spring rolls, tom kha soup, massaman curry, mango sticky rice.

The quality of their food is pretty consistent. I’ve been going to this place time to time since 2015. I don’t live here per say, but whenever I’m in this area, I’ll come here for their food. The portion is large, it’s tasty, and the employees/service are nice! I recommend their Pad Thai and Tom Yum soup. I’m not a big fan of fish sauce, but they kind of made me like it with the dishes. Highly recommended!

Updated. This restaurant alters your tip after you leave, leading to inflated bills. What was initially a $66 bill became $74.97. It's disappointing that such practices occur in a reputable town. The service was subpar, with numerous tables yet limited staff. We endured a 40-minute wait for our meal. I ordered curry and noodles, hoping to mix them, but the curry didn't arrive until after I'd finished the noodles. They dismissed my concerns, saying it wasn't a big deal. Consider the extended wait time if you're thinking of stopping at this restaurant during your road trip. Altering the bill post-dining is unaligned with the essence of American dining etiquette.

I have been to about 6 different Thai restaurants in CA, UT, and ID and this one is the best I’ve had. Presentation, fresh ingredients, and most of all taste. So delicious! I got the Cashew Nut entree and it was really good. My husband ordered the Pad See Ew and loved it too. Check out this restaurant and you won’t be disappointed.

Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the Idaho Falls area. Came here to spend time with an old roommate before they got hitched. Our friend was late and the servers were understanding even though it ended up with us ordering for them while they were on their way. Food was really good and satisfying. Spicyness level was good but I'd try a 4 next time. I've had two different curry from this place and I'd come back to try a third if I'm in the area. There is also a drinking area. Great place to come with a group or alone if desired.

They serve chicken to vegetarian group And instead of being apologetic, Basically said this CUSTOMER IS SUPPOSED TO UNDERSTAND THE COOK AND KICHEN STAFF IS NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND OR READ WHAT THE SERVER WROTE AS ORDER Day2 they bring about chicken when u order same thing the very next day. Day1 they serve what u order Server should be fired for failing to understand and communicate. And if you're not able to do basic server task, u're in the wrong job

Excellent Thai restaurant with great menu choices. The food was fast, fresh, and flavorful. Very clean and modern interior with a sushi bar and drink bar. Presentation of food was good and the value was excellent. Highly recommend, and I would give them 6 stars if possible!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Krung Thep, and it was a delightful experience. The Thai food they serve is absolutely delicious, and each dish was bursting with authentic flavors. From the fragrant curries to the perfectly balanced stir-fries, every bite was a treat for my taste buds. Moreover, the restaurant itself provided a fantastic ambiance for a memorable dining experience. The decor was tastefully done, creating an inviting and cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and willing to offer recommendations from their extensive menu. Krung Thep is not only a great place to satisfy your cravings for tasty Thai cuisine, but it's also an excellent choice for travelers. Whether you're visiting for the first time or a repeat visitor, the restaurant offers a glimpse into Thai culture through its decor, music, and warm hospitality. I highly recommend Krung Thep for anyone looking to enjoy delicious Thai food and have a memorable dining experience during their travels. It's a culinary gem that shouldn't be missed!

Wonton soup was very good. Loved all the veggies and the chicken added with the wontons. Also got the fried tofu, was a little dry by itself but with the sauce it was amazing. Highly recommend. Atmosphere was very calm and relaxing.

This place is great! First time eating here, and we are very impressed. All our food was absolutely delicious. The only thing we didn’t like was whatever my husband got (top dish in picture). And to be TOTALLY fair… this is only our second time ever having thai…and we both don’t like curry, so we both agree it’s an us issue. Overall, the food was great, restaurant was clean and nice, and food came fast! Would definitely come here again and again if we lived in the area.

Comfortable setting. Relaxing, laid back atmosphere. I ordered the orange chicken #1 heat level. The appetizers were beautifully plated and full of flavor! I can't wait to dine there again!!

Krung Thep is amazing. The Panaag curry is the best in my opinion. The other curry’s were good as well. I wasn’t a fan of the pad Thai noodles. The fresh spring rolls were good as well, but not as good as next door. I did try some of the more plain sushi rolls and they were alright. Try the panaag curry, you won’t regret it. I recommend Krung Thep

This is hands down my favorite Thai food place in the area! The flavors are so deep and rich! My favorite food to get here is pad see ew with 0 spice level. I’ve tried the chicken and shrimp ones. The curry is also really delicious. My husband really liked his duck curry today. Lunch menu usually comes with a spring roll and salad. I absolutely love the peanut sauce with the salad. They forgot my spring roll today, but gladly they gave it to me after I asked for it. We also always get mango sticky rice. The mangoes weren’t very sweet this time, but I’m glad they started giving more mangoes because now it worths the price better.

We've eaten multiple times. The food is always amazing Thai flavors. Highly recommended. Our food tonight was their appetizer Spring rolls. They were amazingly fresh and delicious. We also got the curry noodles and the peppered chicken. They were great.

Very good food and friendly service. We had Tom Yum soup, beef salad, garlic and pepper with chicken, and finished off with sticky rice mango for dessert. The food portion was generous. Spicy level can be requested to your taste.

6 of us went and enjoyed every dish. We took the time to sample a roll of sushi as well. All of it was fantastic. I would easily recommend them to anyone. Kids loved the fried rice and Orange chicken. Honestly it’s the best orange chicken I’ve ever had. Staff is friendly and the service was great. They suggested some dishes since we didn’t know what to try. We will definitely be going back to try some more menu items.

I visited with my eldest son and husband. We were the first customers there for the day. The service was very good, friendly, and fast. We ordered a BWM roll to share. It is the only roll my husband, who doesn't like sushi, has ever liked. I really enjoyed it a lot and probably could eat almost two of them alone. We then ordered three entrees to share, sweet and sour chicken, pad Kee moa w/beef, and panang curry w/chicken. All of the dishes were very tasty and well prepared. The portions were a nice size, not too much, but plenty to satisfy. I tasted a little of each dish and was happy that we had leftovers to take home. The restaurant is in an old building down town with very few parking spots and it kinda feels/smells like it's age. It has a clean and pleasant atmosphere, but the damp/ musty smell that I experienced upon walking inside is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. (I have an incredibly sensitive sense of smell.) I'm sure once they get cooking for the day, you probably wouldn't notice it. I remembered to take pictures, but we had already started dishing out the food. **Update**We went back and got the BMW roll again and a beef salad. Unfortunately, the roll was not good this time. I like the flavor of the beef salad but my husband did not. It had a lot of fish sauce on it which he did not care for. So I had to take away one of the stars for food. Overall still a good place to go, but if they're not consistent with the food quality then I don't know that I'll go back.

Thai curries are great here, really liked the taste. Didn't like their dessert much. We had the mango sticky rice but didn't like it much. Service was good.

Stopped by for a quick lunch because me and my girlfriend were craving Thai food. Overall solid choice, we got the pad Thai and fried rice both yummy. Our server was very nice and service was quick. Only recommendation is to update decor and atmosphere as the inside seemed a bit run-down. Will be returning.

Best Thai food in Idaho Falls! My husband and i love the food there. We would have catered the food from here for our wedding reception , but we had it in another state😅. Would recommend the pad thai and green curry!

Absolutely delicious! And every waiter I've worked with has been very knowledgeable about the gluten free options they have!
