The food was fantastic at this Culver’s location. The restaurant is clean and the employees were all helpful and friendly. I’m so glad we stopped for lunch! We enjoyed our butter burgers, fries, sodas, and the best custard around. Thank you!! 😍

Their burgers are made with never frozen premium beef and you can tell. The cheese curds and custard are amazing too.

I purchased cheese curds and really enjoyed them. We were in three cars and did an experiment. Car one ordered ahead for pickup, car two went inside and ordered takeout. Car three went through the drive through. Based on the order placement time and the time to receive the food, the drive through was clearly the quickest.

This is a great spot if you are looking for a burger a little more substantial than classic fast food. Their burgers are delicious! It is not that much more expensive than competing places and I think this has the best service. All the employees seem like it is a good work environment and are usually happy and helpful. Culver’s cheese curds are a must have! I have gone to Culver’s just for those a couple times. Their ice cream also hits the spot when you are looking for a cold treat. Thanks Culver’s! Five Stars

You know it's going to be good when the Owner/Operator/GM takes your order. Great service is a reflection of great ownership and management. Craig, the GM is the son of the owners and this family is doing a great job bringing the Midwest to the West. Please open more locations! Burger was juicy and well put together, fries were hot. Fish was great, Cashew Chicken Salad was fresh and abundant. I highly recommend this location when traveling. Now if I could just get a Culver's Passport Book so I could get a stamp of each Culver's I visit...

It was my family’s first time at Culver’s. When the general manager saw us looking at the menu he came up to us and asked if it was our first time. He then asked if he could break down the menu for us, which he did. Then he gave us two free scoops of custard to try. The food came out quickly and it was delicious. All around great service, cleanliness, affordability, and we truly felt like valued customers. I highly recommend this location!

Outstanding hometown cooking. It's a local diner in a small town. If you don't dig that atmosphere and flavor, this place is not for you. If you do want no drills excellent comfort food after a long day at work, on the road, on the farm, at ranch, hiking or hunting, this is the place for you.

That ice cream flavor was bussin' - Coffee Toffee something. I'm sure I purchased ONE scoop. Yes, you see two, lol - that's A scoop in a warm cone, and it was still cold. We patronized the drivethru, waited a couple minutes for our food, and was able to quickly use the restroom as well. Some establishments are funny about that when you don't purchase in-store. The cone was out first. They were so kind to bring me a cup to sit the rest in by the time our order came out. The Mr. gave his cheeseburger a thumbs up. Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with my fish sandwich. It was heavily breaded (beer battered), so you didn't get much fish, and that made it greasy. Unfortunately, it went to waste, but the cheese curds were a nice snack. That strawberry milkshake though, A+ Heard it's homemade!

The food is always good and then presentation is complimentary. However; today I ordered Lemonade. The flavor was flat and tasted like colored water. The lemon tartness and sweetness anticipated wasn't there. We'll remain a loyal customer, just hope someone taste the Lemonade batch next time. I had a Lemon Icy Monday that was tremendous and consistent with there quality standard.

We went right at lunch time, and it was extremely busy. Every table inside was full, so we went outside. The food came out way faster than expected! The burgers were good but the kids chicken strip were excellent! The kids meal was a great value with a main dish, a side, a milk, and a custard. The french fries were OK but nothing special.

The store was kept clean. I asked for everything but pickles on my sandwich, and they charged me for it, but it didn't have bacon or mushrooms and did have pickles. Could have been a harmless mistake. Altogether a nice place for a good quality burger.

First time at Culver's, wife and daughter got what they wanted and were mostly OK with it. Mine on the other hand I ordered a bacon and cheese burger and sub'd Swiss for the regular cheese and extra onion. The bacon completely missed the burger and definitely made me sad, it's been many moons since my last bacon and Swiss burger and was left with only a Swiss burger and my fond memories of bacon and Swiss. Make sure to check it before you leave, if your like me at the end of the day, you just don't want to go back and deal with the hassle, not sure if I will go back.

Culvers is a very clean restaurant. Patrick was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We ordered chicken and fries and they were both hot and crispy. The service was good and the food came fast! I would definitely go there again!

Some fast food places can be hit or miss as far as food quality or service.....but I have never been let down at Culver's. All employees have always been prompt, polite, and professional. The food, and ice cream have also been delicious and prepared perfectly every time.

I love coming here. The food always tastes good, and the service is great. Their rootbeer tastes really good as does the diet. I love getting grilled onions on the burgers, and the frozen custard is delicious. We get the kids meal and love getting the kids custard cone with the flavor of the day. Collecting the tokens to trade in for a ball is great too. This location the food is always fresh.

Wow. I love Culver’s, but this experience today was amazing. The fries were really hot, chicken tenders were so pure, no bad parts. They made sure to check that we had everything, and the food came really fast, less then 5 minutes. I usually get a burger as they are great, but I decided to try their chicken. It’s better then Chick Fil A if you believe that.

Thinnest beef patty in the world. It was crispy on the edges it was so thin. Thought I’d try it since I was wanted a burger and it got good reviews. Veggies did look fresh but gluten free bun came in a microwaved baggie and bacon was obviously precooked kind. Can’t in good conscience go back.

We have been coming to Culver’s for a while, but today I just had to leave a review. I spoke with Sarah at the drive through window and her customer service was IMPECCABLE. She was friendly, and I could tell she had a smile on her face as she took my order. She helped me create my own burger by asking clear questions and was patient when I was ordering all my items. At the window she greeted me with the same enthusiasm and spark. Of course the food was delicious as usual! Just wanted to thank Sarah for her amazing customer service even at 10PM.

I really like the food here but I haven't been impressed with the service. The last time I went I gave them a coupon that they didn't apply to my order. And I didn't catch it until they had me pull around and brought me my food. So I would have had to park and go inside to have it fixed. My burger also didn't have the right trimmings and I asked for a lot of ketchup and they gave me 2 packets. Like I said the quality of the food is really good definitely beats most fast food but very disappointed with the service.

I have been to this Culver's quite a few times. Several times the food has been missing in my order when I got home (10 minutes away). The food takes a while to come out and today they refused to fill up pints with fresh custard and told me I had to buy from the freezer. Fresh custard is only for non pint size dishes? I like the food when I get it though for the most part.

I really like the double bacon butter burger, it's almost a combination of five guys and smash burger. Super fresh ingredients, great cheese curds, fantastic ice cream. Really no negative aspects. The food is priced fairly, service was great, facilities were nice and clean, exactly what you want. Terrific option.

Really enjoyed this place. It the first tume we have eaten at a Culver's. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My daughter has Celiax disease and they were super helpful with our questions and requests. I had the cod and it was great. I would recommend and will be back

Just went for desserts. Had only ever been to Culver's in Wisconsin before discovering there was one in Idaho Falls. We each asked for shakes and one of us got a nice frozen shake and the other got something a lot soupier. He called it something different but wasn't sure what he said before he ran off. Anyways, they both tasted good, even if they got one of them wrong. Sweeter than I'm used to for shakes though. Not my favorite, but not bad. I don't recall the shakes being so sweet in the past, though it's been a while. I like that their menu includes veggie burgers, we may be back for food instead of just dessert now that we know their menu will accommodate the vegetarians in our family.

Some are better, but better than most. Had the cod fish dinner. The fish pieces were huge, the coleslaw was good, not a fan of crinkle cut fries though. The roll was just that, nothing fancy. Should have asked for a substitution. Also had a delicious chocolate malt.

Stopped in for lunch today about noon! Very friendly, clean, and fast service! BUT! The food was excellent, fresh and hot! Best burger and fries I’ve had in a very long time! I will make the drive to Culver’s more often!!! Thanks❤️

We FINALLY tried CULVER'S. My wife had the cod sandwich. I had to try the Reuben. She really enjoyed her sandwich. My Reuben was the BEST ONE I've had in a whole lot of years. It was the first one, in a very long time that was prepared EXACTLY the way they're supposed to be! We will definitely return! This restaurant is located in Idaho Falls, ID.

The standard is SET....... We have NEVER had a bad experience when we grab food from here. Today was our first time ordering from the website and setting up to pick up our order. Can I say how REFRESHING it is to get all the way home and have everything you pay for in the bags and the quality remaining on point!! Even the young man that brought the food out to us had a unique and humble swag, making us feel welcome even though it is snowing and cold outside. Thank you so VERY, VERY MUCH!! I even called to tell the manager how pleased we are with our first curbside experience. Shout out to Craig and the awesome crew!!
