We Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple parks and have fun. It was great. Service top notch as always. can not be beat.

Room was was spacious. No microwave. Pool is 24 hours. Staff was friendly. Bed was mildly uncomfortable. Continental breakfast had really good amount of options. A bit expensive but one of the better options in the area.

Save your self and stay elsewhere. At 9am the housekeeping woman began banging on doors. We arrived late and hoped to sleep in a little. Then the phone started ringing asking about our certified ADA service animal, of which we informed the night attendant we had to assist my daughter in a wheel chair. Note: breakfast ends at 9am. The only saving grace is that the cute woman serving breakfast was delightful. This place clearly wants you out at first light! Get a restful night stay elsewhere.

Clean spacious room. Loved that they served breakfast and had many choices (biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, muffins, toast, cereal). There is a heated indoor pool and hot tub that are open until 11 pm. The front desk staff were friendly and always greeted with a smile. I truly enjoyed my stay.

I was looking for a hotel in Idaho Falls that had a recliner chair , that is the only way I can sleep after a total hip replacement surgery, I called this hotel to see if they possibly had a recliner chair in any room, I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Ethan, he was not sure but he took the time to run around the hotel and check several rooms that he thought might have a chair a to solve my problem. I did not realize that he was going to take the time to physically run around the hotel for me. He did and I appreciate it more than I can say. You are awesome Ethan.

Stayed for 5 nights, they "adjusted" my reservation and checked me out one day early while I was out of the room. They bagged up half of my belongings, left half of them in the room, then gave my room to someone else. They never called me at the number given to them at check-in, so I arrived back at the hotel to discover I was roomless and missing half of my stuff. Could have been a 4 or 5 star review worthy for what it is, but I have no answer as to why Phoenix cancelled my stay a day early (at 6am while I was still asleep), nor why half of my stuff was left in a room for someone else to stay in when a manager supposedly supervised packing my stuff up. 2 stars only based on the after 3pm clerk dealing with my frustration and them being decent / folding the clothing they didn't leave behind. Manager at checkout was also wonderful.

An awesome choice if you’re travelling through/enjoying Idaho Falls! Ethan was so accommodating and kind, he supplied us with anything we may have forgotten at home and answered all of our questions promptly and professionally. Debbie made an amazing breakfast, which is free for guests! The hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a long road trip for us. Very clean amenities and spacious rooms! Highly recommend.

The rooms are a little bit small, But they are very cozy and well equipped. Hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful. Prices are very molist and the location is Central and ideal. We enjoyed our stay here. I will certainly return on future trips to idaho falls.

The pool was great! It's large and had the hot tub right next to it too! My kiddo really enjoyed it! Breakfast was good and had lots to choose from. The room was good sized too!

I have stayed at this location a couple of times with no issue. Last time I stayed was horrible. We called ahead to ensure that the pool would be open over night because we have a tradition of jumping in the pool at midnight and stating our New Year’s resolutions. This is how we bring in the new year. We were assured that this tacitly could accommodate this tradition by. We also asked if it would be ok to set up in the common room and play games. Again we were told this was absolutely fine. The night of the event Alice comes into the common room states she is shutting down the room. We were playing games, not being disruptive at all. She then posts a sign on the pool door that it is closed for the evening. We attempted to approach her about this and explained the situation that we had called ahead of time and she frankly stated that we did not talk to her and that she would not honor that. She was extremely rude and unaccommodating. We asked to speak to a manager and she refused to give us their information so that we could voice our complaints. We have since wrote letters to higher ups with no resolution. This was a complete waste of time and money and it ruined our new years. Will never stay at this facility again… and they should look into employees that know a thing or two about customer service.

I am not one to leave reviews much, if ever. But I had to mention my experience here. My family has this long standing tradition on New Years Eve—it started when I was very little (I'm 30 now). Every New Year’s Eve, my parents book a hotel room with a common room and a 24-hour pool. On NYEve, we play games in the hotel’s common area until about 15-30 minutes prior, when we head to the pool. We talk about our goals for the next year, and at the stroke of midnight, we say out loud what our most important goal is as we jump into the pool—(as if to solidify the goal). It’s a silly but fun family tradition. I was particularly excited for this year, as it was the first year my wife would be able to be part of our family tradition. We called around to see what hotel could fit these needs, and decided upon the Best Western CottonTree Inn in Idaho Falls. Over the phone, we stressed the need for a common area for our family’s games and a 24-hour pool. We were assured by the staff that they had what we were looking for, so we booked 2 rooms. Perfect. My parents checked in without a problem; even telling the front desk clerk of our plans. She seemed genuinely excited and they told her we would even share our treats. Around 6pm we gathered in the common area and started playing games. They weren’t loud games, just board games. Everyone was having good family time. Around 10:30pm I left for the store to get a few things. While I was gone, I got a call from my wife. Upset, she tells me that they are closing down the common area and pool, and kicking everyone out of those areas. When I pulled back into the hotel and came through the lobby doors, I saw several frustrated families, probably wondering the same things we were. I started asking around about who I needed to talk to to help clear up this misunderstanding. I was directed to speak and deal with ALICE. When I approached her about this obvious misunderstanding, and explained that we had double checked before booking and was assured that the common area and pool would be open to accommodate our plans. I asked ALICE if the reason why both areas were to be closed was because of any safety issues (broken glass, bodily fluids, security issues etc). ALICE’s answer shocked us. Her LITERAL reason was because she did not want to “deal with it.” I stated again what my family had done to select this place, and mentioned that a 24hr pool/common area was even listed on the company website. ALICE responded with something to the effect of “Well, I wasn't the one here at that time, and I did not agree to that." I asked ALICE if there was anyone else we could talk to. She ignored my request. So ALICE and I kept talking, and I pleaded with her to work out something. She finally “agreed” to open the pool again a couple minutes before midnight, until a couple minutes after midnight (Gosh, THANKS). She absolutely knew of our family’s traditions. She just kept shrugging her shoulders and saying that it wasn’t her problem, and just repeated to us over and over that she was not here during the “original conversations,” therefore they are not her problem to uphold. I tried so hard to calmly and kindly express to her our frustrations, which fell of deaf ears. Every time I mentioned my frustrations, I was met with more and more excuses. This whole experience was disheartening. My family, new wife and I just wanted to have a fun filled, relaxed New Year’s celebration, and because ALICE didn’t want to “deal with” her job, we all got robbed of our celebration. We have written letters locally and to corporate, with no response. I am again, not one to normally write a review, but this whole experience has made it that I will tell everyone and anyone that will listen, to not ever stay at this line of hotels. My whole family will not ever stay here again

Stayed here for 4 days while visiting family. The location was fine for our purposes, the airport, our family member's home, local sights and events. The front desk people were super nice and helpful. Housekeeping also excellent. The room was clean, well maintained, nice amenities. The laundry room came in quite handy, the mschines all worked and were clean. The pool looked great, but we did not take time to use it. Perhaps next time we will. Hubby used the fitness room. He said it was very nice and really enjoyed it. Adequate parking....we had a 26 foot Uhaul for a couple of days. Morning breakfast bar served plenty of variety of items. I think anyone could find breakfast foods to their liking. Reasonable price, and we have Best Western rewards, and that helps. You get what you pay for indeed. Now that some of our peeps have moved to Idaho Falls, this place will likely be our "go to" when we travel for visits.

We always use this hotel when we are going for a night out. They have a big swimming pool. There rooms are always clean. They have a real good breakfast., and the staff are always professional. We had a birthday party for my daughter there and they gave us the room with with the kitchen for the same price as a regular room.

June is the best!!! What a kind and thoughtful person greeting us after a week in the wilderness! We had an early flight and had to store some extra gear and she was so accommodating. The overnight shift had been told our situation and was just as helpful when we checked out early. This location is perfect for catching an early flight!

Pleasantly deceiving outside. This hotel was probably the best part of my trip. It had updated, clean and spacious rooms, nice citrus soaps, and non-malfunctioning touch locks. The staff were helpful and nice and the breakfast was broad and tasty. I would love to come back and experience Idaho Falls thanks to this visit.

I stay here often for work. The staff is always friendly and happy to help with anything. The rooms are always clean and beds have been comfortable. No noise from other rooms have stayed on each floor. It's always a pleasure.

We walked in and needed a room before our morning flight. June was just the nicest, kindest soul; super helpful and accommodating. The overnight lady was also super friendly. Clean comfortable room.

Probably the worst costumer service and management I’ve ever experienced. I myself deal in upper hospitality at a restaurant and my experience here was horrible. June and James ensured this. Please seek some managers who know how to be hospitable to guests and some employees who are kind and helpful because this was not the case. Your manager even hung up on my mother after she tried voicing some issues. 0/10

Great hotel, just a little older. Clean and rooms were nice! The breakfast was awesome and pool and hot tub great also. Would stay here again.

Pool was on the cool side. Plant life in the pool room was cool needs a little attention. The hot tub switch needs some maintenance because the jets would turn on and off. Overall price was fair and pet friendly so I can't really complain too much. Front desk people were helpful and personable.

Very clean. Every single person in the staff was fantastic. Friendly and helpful. The pool is huge, as is the hot tub. Hot tub actually hot and the pool cool but not cold. The breakfast was super yummy and had a lot of variety. They also have a yummy hot chocolate bar. Overall we were all very impressed. Amenities everywhere. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

We were told it would be a suite and it wasn't, the pull out bed mattress was old so you felt the bar underneath it. It was dirty, but the service was great and prompt, everyone was happy and kind.

Best Western has always exceeded expectations, but this time I don’t know how they topped it again! The breakfast was incredible and left me longing to come back. The rooms were clean and the services were nice. I recommended this place to all my friends and family! Thank you for such a good experience!

Great stay! Rooms are always clean and smell clean also. All amenities except for microwave but you can use the one in the dining room. Besides that there’s everything else you might need. Pool and exercise room always open with plenty of parking. The pictures say it all, with that in mind… strongly recommend!

We stayed here twice in to different rooms in one of the rooms, AC wouldn't shut off and it was stuck on colder temperature. In the other room everything was fine! Breakfast was good both times too!

Aside from the non-working fridge, the room was fine, albeit really high priced. My attempts to get the fridge fixed ultimately failed. The pool was... Rather gross. I suspect it was overfilled, removing any hope for surface detritus to reach the filter. Breakfast wasn't terrible, but probably my least favorite of all the best westerns i stayed at this journey; coupled with it being the most expensive, this weighs upon my heart.

We stay here every time we travel to MT. It's easy on/off highway, has lots of good restaurants around it & very nice/clean. Beds are very comfy & nice amenities. They have a great hot breakfast w/many options. Price was reasonable & we are part of the rewards club, so got a good discount. I recommend & will stay again!

We traveled with dogs and had a great stay. Pet friendly room did not have carpet which is great for cleaning up drinking water (black lab). They have remodeled in recent years, so it was a very nice place. Good hot breakfast, easy access to pet areas.

Room was excellent and the walls are very thick allowing me to sleep in silence. Pool and hot tub were nice and to top it off, June the breakfast attendant made my morning

Stayed overnight, and got in late. I went to check in, the Guy at the desk was very nice. I got the keys and went and got my kids and mom and our bags. When we got to our room, there was someone already established in that room. Went back to the desk and the Front desk Guy had no idea someone was already in that room, was able to change our room. The room itself (our 2nd) was ok, the AC wouldn't shut off and I hate carpet in hotels. Didn't eat breakfast due to just wanting to be on the road ASAP, but looked like typical hotel breakfast. Didn't like the location due to having to go through town to get to it when you're already tired and have cranky children.

Another quiet and clean place to stay.i want to mention Ethan that checked us in was just the friendliest welcoming person you could have. Made the start of our stay get off to the right start. No amenities though such as a restaurant or bar. The only disappointment was the Breakfast, few options and not very tasty.

The folks at this motel were all very helpful and friendly. I made a mistake when I booked our rooms on line and the gentleman who checked us in took care of it for us in a very pleasant manor, making us feel very comfortable in spite of what could have been a very tense experience. Over all our stay here was a plus, and if we are ever in the Idaho Falls area again this is where we will stay. Just want to thank everyone we dealt with, from the front desk staff to the young man taking care of the breakfast for making this stay what it was. We were there to do some business that was fraught with stress, so it was very helpful not to have to deal with any problems at our motel. Truth is the folks there made the experience a bit less stressful and for that we were all grateful.

This was a nice hotel! The staff was very friendly, room was clean, and many options for breakfast. Also the pool and spa is opened 24 hours which was great!! There wasn’t a microwave in the room though to heat up my dinner, however I was able to use the one in the breakfast area. I’ll definitely stay here again.
