The
food
and
service
here
were
excellent
and
Mia
was
a
phenomenal
server.
Very
friendly,
courteous
and
prompt,
not
to
mention
attentive.
All
of
the
staff
I
witnessed
were
friendly,
knowledgeable
and
treated
the
guests
well
which
is
not
something
I’ve
seen
often.
Now
for
the
food.
I
started
with
the
blooming
petals,
an
advertised
smaller
version
of
the
infamous
blooming
onion,
and
how
can
you
not
do
the
onion
at
an
Outback?
I
seriously
doubt
it
was
any
smaller,
the
portion
size
was
huge!
I
also
had
the
steak
salad,
which
was
very
flavorful
and
the
steak
was
cooked
to
medium
rare
perfection
and
extremely
tender.
For
how
it
was
advertised,
I
would
have
loved
more
garden
veggies
and
blue
cheese,
but
it
was
still
a
good
salad
and
the
recommended
dressing
complemented
well
with
the
flavors.
Mia
convinced
me
to
try
a
side
and
I
decided
to
try
the
Mac
and
cheese,
which
was
good,
but
the
flavors
did
not
pair
well
with
those
of
the
salad,
so
it
was
not
my
cup
of
tea
with
this
meal.
Had
I
known
it
would
be
$6.45,
I
don’t
think
I’d
have
done
it,
but
I
do
commend
Mia
for
the
way
she
worked
the
menu
items,
as
a
former
restaurant
owner,
I
wish
more
of
my
servers
had
been
that
well
versed,
so
I
always
love
seeing
that
effort.
I
finished
the
meal
with
the
new
dessert
they
were
featuring.
I’m
struggling
to
recall
the
creative
and
quirky
name
they
had
for
it,
but
it
was
as
tasty
as
it
looked.
Mine
was
served
perfectly,
but
the
couple
seated
behind
me
also
ordered
one
and
it
was
pretty
well
frozen.
I
love
the
drinks
at
the
Outback
restaurants,
so
decided
to
try
two
of
the
new
signature
drinks.
The
watermelon
mojito
was
phenomenal
and
very
refreshing,
mixed
perfectly
and
the
balance
of
flavors
was
fun!
Felt
like
summer
on
the
beach
in
the
dead
of
winter.
The
Aussie
coffee
on
the
other
hand
needs
to
go
back
to
the
drawing
board.
I
was
really
looking
forward
to
pairing
it
with
the
dessert,
but
the
alcohol
was
way
too
strong
and
the
coffee
used
was
very
distasteful.
It
was
extremely
overpowering
and
almost
tasted
burnt.
It
honestly
was
not
drinkable
and
I
ended
up
leaving
over
3/4
of
it
untouched.
It
was
an
unfortunate
and
disappointing
end
to
an
otherwise
incredible
meal.
I
knew
the
two
items
I
was
gambling
on
were
fairly
new
and
as
such
I’m
not
going
to
let
them
influence
my
review
as
the
overall
experience
was
great.
Every
plate
that
went
out
looked
incredible
and
I
was
overall
very
pleased
with
the
meal
and
service.
The
menu
boasts
quite
a
few
new
items
and
features,
but
there’s
still
all
the
familiar
classics.
I
would
highly
recommend
this
location
and
I
think
wether
dining
alone,
or
as
a
family
or
group,
there’s
something
for
everyone
and
you’ll
enjoy
yourself.
