Not really happy with the tattoo, I've had several other shops ask if they wanted me to have them fix it. I've gotten several full color beautiful tattoos for the same price. It's faded an insane amount I got it June 2021. One side isn't even detailed. I think this artist has potential but not to charge 100$ for something so simple and then not even detail it fully I've been so unhappy to have this on me and plan to get it fixed at another shop.

I've got all of my tattoos here and 99% of my piercings. The atmosphere is great. The guys are all fun to be around. Leon is awesome and makes the piercing experience comfortable, professional, and helps with any needs related. Huge thank you to Jamie and Aaron for my tattoos. Stoked for walk-in Wednesdays! 10 out of 10 absolutely recommended!

I went in mid November for a septum piercing. There was A bit of a wait but nothing unreasonable for the amount of customers. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and overall atmosphere. The piercing process was quite pleasant and relatively painless. With all of that being said the reasoning behind my 2 stars was the piercing is way too low. It’s low to the point where I will be needing to get it redone completely. It’s a shame, they did everything right except the placement of the piercing. Edit: I received a septum, it was way too low and noticeably crooked. I can’t believe they let me walk out like that

I only give Spider's Web one star because that's the lowest rating I can give them. I recommend not getting any kind of ink or piercings done here. I got my industrial pierced here and I regret it. Leon, their piercer, told me to just twist the industrial bar around in the shower and that's the only aftercare I was given. My industrial became so infected that it rejected and I had to take it out. DO NOT risk getting an infection by getting a piercing or tattoo here. Another time I went in to get a piercing switched out and was told to put lemon juice on the piercing to clean it. There are other shops in Idaho Falls and surrounding area that will do a way better job. I recommend Sacred Alchemy to get piercings and Thompson Tattoo to get ink. Don't waste your time or money in this negative cesspool!

TATTOO guy won't finish my tattoo, which I already spent 800 for it and refuses to finish it due to the fact I asked him about his price increase! Refund my money or don't do the tattoo if your not going to finish the work after wasting $800 for an unfinished tattoo. Nice customer service bro!

I have been using Spiders Webb for 10 years now and wouldn't trust anyone else! I've had my bellybutton pierced, tongue, nose twice septum and all were perfect. If I struggle with my nose hoop Leon is always thereto make sure I'm taken care of. My tattoo was done by Jaime 5 years ago free hand if a very special thing my dad gave me and its still looks clean and amazing 5 years later! I love this place and I love how comfortable everyone makes you feel from the front desk, to the artist to the owner himself!

I came here about 1.5 years ago for a septum piercing. I wasn’t going to post a bad review but over the past year and a half I’ve heard from over 7 different people that they had a negative experience as well, so I’m just here to help anyone out so they don’t get their face ruined. First of all, the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They were very unfriendly, I get that it’s a tattoo/piercing shop, but making people feel comfortable is still a high priority for any business, except theirs. The man at the front desk acted very bothered that I had even come in, was very standoffish and just gave off a feeling that he didn’t want me there. And that was the feeling I got from everyone. After the paperwork, they sent me into the piercer, Leon. The whole interaction took less than 5 minutes. He didn’t even greet me. Just had me sit down and made sure the septum was the piercing we were doing. He stuck the clamps in, and immediately stuck the needle through, stuck the piercing through, and it was done. He didn’t adjust the the clamps, just stuck them where they “felt” good and pierced me. No aftercare instructions whatsoever. I had the septum piercing for about 3 weeks before I finally had to have it taken out. It was so crooked that the swelling made the piercing push into the side of my nostril and caused a friction sore. It also bled every single day, every time I tried to clean it, anytime it even got barely touched. I asked a different piercer from a different shop how to keep it clean because the energy from spiders Webb made me not ever want to come in contact with those people again. Through the one nostril, the piercing was in the right place, but it came out of my cartilage on the other side. It hurt so bad and was so crooked. I understand deviated septum’s are a thing and that I could potentially have one, but that’s literally your piercers job to find out if you do or not and he didn’t. He just stuck the clamp in and stuck the needle through in less than 45 seconds. I didn’t even call them to ask for a refund because every single person in there was so rude that I would rather have wasted 45$ than got it back by talking to them. I now have horrible scar tissue in my septum and I actually can’t ever get it pierced again because of how badly it ruined my nose inside. If you need any piercings, do not go to spiders Webb.

This place is fantastic! Took my eleven year old here to have her ears pierced. They were patient and helpful. When we had problems after the piercing one of the amazing employees even let us come in after hours so that she could help us get the earring back in. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend!

My niece got her ears pierced here, and then I took a friends little baby yesterday. They are clean and very good with the littles. I recommend this place to everybody if they’re getting a piercing.

The lady who pierced me was super fun and sweet. Since getting pierced I have gone in to get the ball of my ring put in again because it fell out and I’ve gone in for advice on an irritation bump. Both times they were patient and gave me advice. So far no luck with the irritation bump but that’s not their fault. Would definitely recommend.

Jess and Alyssa were amazing! I was so nervous for my piercings but they calmed me right down and were super friendly and made it a great experience! 10/10 would recommend!

I'm really disappointed in myself for not grabbing her name, but my piercer was amazing!! I got a daith, my 4th lobe, and a forward helix. She was very speedy and efficient, I showed her pictures of the placements I wanted and told her I like to breathe in and out before the needle and she was totally on top of all of it. Would definitely come back :))

Leon and the lady piercer (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name!) were so good to our baby girl. They pierced her ears at the same time, perfectly & efficiently, and also for an extremely reasonable price! I appreciate all you do for the community & your customers!

I get all my piercings and tattoos done here. They keep it hygienic but there is often a little wait.

My daughter's and I had our nose piercings done here. It was clean and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and the girl that did the piercing was so quick and it looks perfect.

Ever since I first stumbled into the Spiders Web I have felt nothing but good about it. Everyone there is genuine and very professional, I will always highly recommend this place for anyone with their tattoo and piercing needs. Thank you for the great experience. I look forward to many many more!

I usually don’t write reviews but I just have to. I got my septum done here and it is healing amazing and not bothering me at all. Every time I’ve gotten a piercing from anywhere else it’s gotten infected even though I’m following after care I’m just here to say this dude that pierced me knew what he was doing and he was so professional and I’m just so happy that my piercing is doing amazing!

Cheapest piercings in Idaho Falls and Pocatello area, but every time I go the piercers are very quiet and quick, which is fine, I've had no issue w my piercings. They do a great job, but the quietness makes me more nervous than I would be than if they explained everything they're doing as they're doing it. Other than that, I best prices in the area, great jewelry, and haven't had any issues!

I'll admit that at first I was sketched out by how cheap the piercings are, but Jessica did such a great job and was fun to talk to!

i went in there to ask for help to try to fix my bike cause the chaine fell off. they directed me to daves bike shop over all its nice i loved the mask they had on the wall not sure if i get a tatoo or ear persing there but they where extremly helpful with finding help anyway have a good day

Walked in to get my ears pierced. Reasonable wait for how busy it was. Everything was sterile and professionally done. They use a needle but won't punch for a gauge.

George was great to work with. I went in for my first two tattoos and I'm extremely happy with the results. He knew how nervous I was and helped calm my nerves so that I could have a good experience. Highly recommend!

I've gotten multiple piercings and at least 2 tattoos done here. The tattoos were done by George and he is amazing at his work. He helped me polish my design ideas and they came out stunning. One of them even required some wood grain detail and he did it free hand, no stencil. It looks immaculate. No complaints. Everyone here is so helpful and friendly.

Alyssa was an amazing piercer! She was so nice and conversational. The only thing was the wait was super long, no check-ins. Otherwise, super clean and great service!!

I recently went here and I’m conflicted on my review so why I’m giving a in between star, because I went and got a tattoo done by George over a month ago and it was good he was friendly and made sure I was comfortable. So amazing experience there, but I went with my sister when she got some piercings done and the guy that did them seemed like he was bored. I tried to ask questions or say little things to not just be in awkward silence but he just looked irritated. So I personally don’t think I’ll go there to get any piercings. Just seemed unfriendly those times.

This place rocks. Staff is professional and easy to talk with. They are quick too! They got me right in and my piercing done on the spot! Clean place as well. The only reason I give four stars is because of location and parking.

DO NOT GO HERE! I got my conch pierced and they put the wrong earring in. They put a curved bar in which is a huge NOOOO! They also pierced my moms cartilage and pierced between the soft and hard part and made it super infected and she ended up having to take it out. Go somewhere else if you want a proper piercing. They did have good customer service though and a clean and sanitize workplace.

I love this place! I have brought my daughter's here to get their ears pierced, I've had multiple piercings done and just this last weekend my husband and I went in and both got a tattoo from George. It is always a good experience when we go. They are professional and the service is phenomenal!
