I don't make reviews a lot but after my experience today at Spencer's I had too. Usually when you go shopping in the mall you don't expect to get great customer service but that was definitely not the case! The store was clean and organized and I received some of the best customer service I've had in a while. I'll definitely be coming back again! I need me some more rick and morty merch!

I normally love this store. It says they open at 10 AM on their website for this store location and on Google. However, the girl didn’t even show up to start opening the store until after 10 AM. We came back at 10:45 AM and it still wasn’t open. We took our business elsewhere.

Honestly I love this store and it's merch. But last time I went into the store I wanted a poster. I couldn't identify the poster and they were poorly labed so I asked for help. The wonderful worker kindly looked it up and helped me identify it. I live an hour away so returning the item isn't an option. Apon arriving home and unraveling the poster it was labeled wrong and a completely different poster. I'm kinda upset about the lack of able to keep track of certain products...

Great store excellent variety of products. Prices are higher than you would like but that is a mall store.

I love Spencer's and I have always loved Spencer's and probably always will. I love the things that they have in that store. It is a very fun store and the deals you get are pretty great too. The staff is usually always helpful and nice.

Honestly, the only issue my friends, family, and I have ever had is based solely on customer service. Instead of being helpful, instead of tidying up the store, instead of being kind, this store's staff follows customers around as if we're going to steal merchandise; they have poor attitudes. The store is usually in a disarray. If they used their time to clean maybe they wouldn't have to follow customers around. I can buy anything they have on Amazon without the rudeness of staff.

They did a great job helping me find some body jewelery and they even made conversation with my daughter while I shopped!

I love coming here for a decent jewlery selection. They have a lot of items in struck that reaches a large variety of people. They also have an adult area in the very back of the store, with a decent selection of adult items. So just use caution if you bring children in. Otherwise staff is friendly chattyand helpful.

Rude customer service. I regularly come into this shop nearly every week usually with normally outstanding customer service. This time was a huge difference. The person who was working today was rude and abrupt with us looking at the merchandise. I don't believe I'll be coming back because of her. This was a huge let down.

I've always loved Spencer's in my home state. But this one...I had the worst experience this last Wednesday. My friend and I walked in to look at keychains and the girl employee talks to us and we were friendly but then she would keep talking about random things and we started to brush her off so we can actually look at the merchandise and then she says "well fine then. Dont talk to me." Super rude. Then she continued to make us feel uncomfortable as we looked around the store with her unnecessary inappropriate comments. When I found an item to purchase she was nowhere around and when she was ringing us up, she told me that I needed to buy the cleaner for my item as well and I said no not right now. And persists to the max where it was uncomfortable. I got irritated and said fine. Then she made me choose between batteries or cleaner. There was a lady and her son behind me who have been waiting just as long as I was when waiting for her to appear. All I wanted was my item and I could leave. But she she continued to ask me what kind of soap I use and super personal questions in front of the people behind me. I just want to sum up and say she was very rude and unprofessional. I regret my purchase. I should of walked out when she would not listen to me when I said no to the cleaner. I am never going there again.

Place is trashy, the music is trash all you hear is about drugs, and sex. I was asked if I worked there because there were no employees around, there’s no way to distinguish them from regular customers. Pot leafs everywhere and lots of extremely crude humor on almost everything. I guess it’s just a certain taste you’d have to have to want to shop at Spencer’s. All the employees are nice I will say that, there’s just no one around when I went in..
