    I should have listened to the other reviews warning about "bait and switch" billing. I was told it would be $140 to see the doctor. I get a bill two weeks later showing $300+ charge. I was never told and never agreed to pay that amount. Why not just be honest and tell the true cost upfront? Why the bait and switch tactics? Because you want to dishonestly suck more money out of the uninsured. Worst of all I didn't even get a diagnosis, was basically charged $300 to be told to "take ibuprofen." Still suffering from the issue two weeks later. Thanks for nothing.

    I unfortunately had to come here twice within one month because of accidental injuries. I had read some reviews that mentioned billing being a hassle with this business, but since I am a prompt payer I wasn't worried about that. Beware! This place is an actual nightmare to deal with! I tried to pay at the conclusion of my visit and they told me they weren't sure what the charges would be so it's best to wait for a bill. I waited for a month and never received a bill from them. I did finally get a summary of benefits applied from my insurance company. Two months after my first appointment there, I got a bill for my second visit. I called their billing department to get information on my first visit and why the charges were so high, asking them to please email me an itemized bill so that I could see what they were charging me for. They never sent it. I contacted their billing department seven times by phone and eight times by email, getting the run around for three months and never receiving any resolution until I finally just gave up and paid their outrageous bill just to avoid the stress of having them turn me in to collections. During one conversation with an employee I asked why there was such a huge variation in charges for similar things, and they told me the provider can code the treatment however they like and that's what you get charged. So apparently how much you are charged for services depends on the mood of your provider. Also, be aware that they charge you $240 just to come in as a first time patient, on top of whatever they decide to charge for the services you need. They don't mention that either beforehand. The visit itself was fine, but this place is not upfront about what they are charging you and why and their billing department is a horrible mess where they string you along until you give up and pay up. I do not recommend this business.

    Reception was quick, efficient, and friendly. The time to see a dr was as you might think but there was no wasted time either. When taken back, Dr quickly ruled out possibles and confirmed the ailment with X-rays and testing. Prescriptions were sent to local chain pharmacy and I went straight to bed. Next day greatly improved. PA Barbo was compassionate and professional.

    My daughter was seen and it was fine, but then when your insurance gets processed and you have to pay, they only have certain hours and in today's industry to not be able to pay online is ridiculous. Be aware they will send you to collections within less than 30 days the bill generation from their office with a major holiday mixed in. I will never come to this facility ever again. I would rather pay an ER visit than deal with such a shady place.

    This place was fantastic. All of the staff were exceptionally professional. Took my son in with two deep lacerations on his arm, and they were so chill about getting it cleaned and taken care of. They stayed 45 minutes after their closing time to finish up the job to make sure it was done right. Super PA, super staff, super friendly! I will totally go back.

    Nice staff and decent care but they sent our bill to collections without ever sending us a bill or notifying us that we had a bill to pay. When we called them to ask them about this they said that we were notified on patient portal. But we were never even aware that there was a patient portal.

    The times I have gone to sterling urgent care have been quick, relatively painless, and transparent. The nurses were nice and promptly took my information. I met with the provider and they listened to my concerns. I understood and followed the instructions for my visit. Upon leaving the people at the front made my billing clear. I felt confident that I'd feel better and that I was in good hands.

    I've used Sterling for years for general illnesses/tests. They've always been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I feel heard, helped and confident in their diagnosis and suggested treatment when I leave. Also the doctors and pa's never make you feel rushed

    This is the best urgent care I've been to. The doctors and staff are always friendly and you can really tell they care. It's always very clean there which I can't say that about other urgent care offices I've been too. This is definitely my preferred office.

    I recently had a wound on my finger. They were awesome to get me right in. The staff and Doctor was so kind. They cultured my finger, no pain and I was out the door in about 15 minutes. Great experience!

    Awful experience with a dr who didn't want to do his job and then lied to by the reception/billing. We had a visitor from Japan who needed a covid test to get back into her country. We brought her to Sterling with the paperwork the dr needed to fill out. He refused saying theirs was good enough. Well she got to customs and was refused entry back into Japan because Sterling's paperwork was in fact not good enough. She had to buy a new plane ticket to come back and stay with us. We took her back to Sterling and explained the situation. They said they would give her a free covid test and send her a refund for the last one since it was the dr.s mistake. They didn't send a refund, but a bill for the 2nd covid test. We have called their office and the main billing office only to get the run around and have no one actually help. They say they'll look into it and then we get called a week later asking to pay the bill and no one knows what is going on. It's been over a year now and they cant seem to fix a simple billing issue that was their mistake. In the meantime, we've been getting collection calls constantly. They are shady and I would stay far far away.

    Everyone was so nice and in the midst of my pain I was treated with respect and kindness. The receptionist and the X-ray tech were so nice and friendly. The doctor was so kind , he took the time to explain and discuss X-rays with me. Highly recommended. For a Saturday evening there was no wait time!

    Short wait. Assistant was friendly and reviewed meds currently taking, took vitals. Dr. Corbin was really wonderful. Yep I got Covid. Two shots, guidance, and prescription discussed and I was on my way. My son went in later and he too had a really good experience.

    I had a needle stick incident at work and these guys were the closest to my workplace that were contracted with the workman's comp insurance I am using. I went in at exactly 8. There were nearly 6 or seven patients that came in at the same time as me. It took about 20-30 minutes to be taken back. Not too bad for a walk in. I went in to get my blood drawn but no one felt confident enough to poke me. (I'm a real hard stick) The staff there sent me with an order to get my blood drawn to express labs. I was glad that no one poked me when they didn't feel confident about it. I just feel like everything took quite a bit of time. Everyone was super nice!!

    I saw the new chiropractic side of the building with my daughter. Dr. Lovell was great! Gentle yet got the movement and pain relief my 9 year old needed. It was a great experience her.

    Sterling Urgent Care is the only urgent care I will ever go to!!! The providers are friendly an professional! The staff is always quick to answer any of my questions as well as get me any of the treatments an medication I need! They have helped ease any anxiety an stress that has come up over my families health concerns over the years! I tell everyone Sterling Urgent care is where to go!

    The provider diagnosed me perfectly! I thought I had an infection in my ear and jaw. Turns out it was Myalgia. He prescribed the right medication, which made me feel better by the next day! Thank you 🙂

    Arrived at urgent care with a bad infection. I was so thankful for the care they gave me. This Was probably my sixth time needing their services. They are a really top notch, professional outfit. Went back for stitch removal. 12/7 back for cough. Such friendly professional. Whenever I have an issue I know I can count on them to fix it.

    The staff and the nurses were very professional. My doctor was patient, friendly and kind. She listened patiently to my questions respectively and answered them all that left me feeling confident I received the right diagnosis.     This was my first time visiting. The staff from first moment to the last were great. Both the PA and student were efficient and kind. Will definitely come back for my family's urgent care needs in the future. I was in and out in under an hour (early morning)

    The receptionisr, nurse and PA were super nice and helpful. We had to wait quite a while because they were short on employees that day. It was well worth the wait. The PA listened carefully to me and asked all the right questions. He took the time to explain things. He was very empathetic and thoughtful and careful to prescribe just the right medications which are already helping me.

    This place was awesome. And if ever needed again I will use them for any urgent matter. Front desk was awesome and nice, provider and nurses was amazing and made you feel comfortable. I am always scared to have to pay the money for urgent care due to lack of physician care. I'm very impressed and I left feeling much better about my knee then when I went in. Great staff!

    Do not go here unless you want to have the old bait and switch used to bill you for even more. Was told it would only be $140 and I would get a refund after it went to insurance. I paid in full then got a bill for $205. I could have gone to Idaho Falls and paid $85 for the same treatment (just a persistent cough). The PA had no clue what to do with my cough either. I highly do not recommend this place!! 10/6/22 Update : Billing called me and tried to explain that the nurse was responsible for giving me bad information. They are just pushing it off onto their employees. This billing was a bait and switch 100%

    Just needed a Tetanus shot. Waited less than five minutes before I was called back. Received the shot and was back out within one minute. The nurse was so good I didn't even feel the "stick." Everyone was friendly and helpful.

    I am visiting from out of state and started to feel pretty crummy and decided I needed to get a Covid test. Sterling urgent care was fantastic and just being kind friendly and very upbeat!     The service on my first visit was much better then I expected. The Doc was more then willing to explain to me his opinion in a way I could understand. The staff was great and there were a lot of smiles. The office had a great vibe.

    Was happy with all of the services. Everyone was great at helping me pretty quickly considering the amount of patients. Had one unexpected price for the covid test which I was not asked if I wanted it I was just told I'm getting it and didn't know they would charge 55 for that but other than the unexpected prices I was very satisfied.
