We have our whole family here. The doctors (especially our PCP Packer) are all amazing. We have seen many other PA-Cs and Physicians here as well when Packer is unavailable and they are all well educated and sincere with our issues and concerns. The facility is big and clean and the front staff and other medical staff are very friendly and accommodating to every need. The billing is also done right compared to a few other offices I have been in town. Everything is done correctly and insurance is ran right so we never have hiccups on having to pay unnecessary costs. I recommend this medical facility to everyone in the area.

Let me start by saying I love to see Tyson here. Only reason for second star. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR! Now since they lost Teresa up front and Tia downstairs, they have lost their way. I’m getting emails from 3rd parties demanding payments on visits we never went too. Staff claiming telehealth visits were performed when not. Sadly they better get their act in order or they lose 2 long term patients. Shame on you for outsourcing and trying to screw your patients.

The staff here are as friendly as can be. My Physical Therapist, Emilie Peterson, is really good at her job, and is doing amazing things on my post surgery shoulder. I highly recommend her!

This is hands down my favorite doctors office. Dr. Steiner especially is amazing! He listens to my concerns and asks lots of questions to better understand. Then he walks me through treatment options and asks what I think, letting me make the decision about what I want to do. Dr. Steiner is compassionate and truly cares about his patients. I’ll be so sad if we ever move and have to find another doctor; I don’t think we’ll ever find anyone as good as him!

The physical therapy at Family First is great. Emilie was excellent. She's friendly, professional, and knows her stuff. She spent way more time with me than other physical therapists at other offices have in the past and she really took the time to properly explain all the exercises and make sure I was doing them correctly. I would highly recommend Family First and Emilie in particular. The PT assistants as well as front desk people I dealt with there were also great.

Emily was great! Very knowledgeable and compassionate person! Highly recommend her! Turned an embarrassing issue into a fixable and confident issue!

Lady I spoke woth today in Physical therapy was awful. I enjoy my primary care doctor but if I need anything for PT I would go outside of here

Dr. Southwick has always taken very good care of me and my ongoing health problems. He’s the best Dr. In Idaho Falls!

Me and my son see a family practitioner here, Tyson Parker. He is excellent. He truly cares for each of his patients and treats them with dignity and respect. Also his vast knowledge and experience is reassurance that he will take good care of you and your health. The other physicians and staff are great also. I definitely recommend here for you and your family's healthcare.

It works! A month ago, my back pain was debilitating. A good friend recommended Family First. Having the therapists work on me there and teaching me exercises to do at home has made a big difference. I can see the end in sight. Thank you Family First.

Emily has been Great! She listens to me about issues that I'm having , and addresses the problem She is thorough and communicates what she is doing, and how her Therapy will help me!

We have used them as our doctors for years and were satisfied, but they won't accept the insurance we have so maybe check to make sure they work with your insurance before coming here.

They assess and approach your individual problem with creative solutions that, for me, have worked and made a huge difference in my life. They are so friendly that it is kind of sad to say goodbye - I don't need you anymore. I would actually give them ten stars.

Calling this office is ridiculous. I spent an hour trying to talk to someone to make an appointment. There are at least four people in the front desk and every single time I called, they put me on hold then to voicemail then no call back. Service here is always great when you’re in person, but calling in is always a pain. Please get more people to answer the phone.

I have been going to Family First Medical Center since we first moved to Idaho Falls in 2018 and I have never been happier with a healthcare provider. My entire family sees the providers at Family First and we also take advantage of their other services, such as Physical Therapy. I will never go anywhere else, especially for the physical therapy. Spencer and Ben, as well as all the other staff members, are the best PT team I have ever used. They truly care about me as an individual and wanting me to overcome the health concerns that took me in to see them. They take their time to explain what is going on and making sure that progress is being made and are not quick to get me out the door for the next appointment. Thanks to the entire Family First Medical Center team for creating a truly wonderful atmosphere!

Everyone who works at Family First Medical is so kind and professional! Whether I’m working with my doctor or nurses, receptionist, billing, etc… they are knowledgeable and I always have all my needs taken care of so quickly and effectively. I honestly can’t say a single negative thing about going here. I love it!

Very thorough as well as caring for their patients! I have done PT here for various reasons, and have worked with multiple people in the clinic, and they all have a desire to see improvement as well as to direct in any way they can!

The front office staff, nurses and doctors are all of the highest caliber and professionalism anyone could ask for. Everyone is pleasant and kind. It is so hard to find such a great group working together so effortlessly.

I had my first patient visit yesterday with Dr Steiner, he made me feel very comfortable, he listened to me patiently, you can tell he is very knowledgeable. The PA was also great, I can’t remember the name, it was either Holly or Crystal. Sorry 🫣. Anywho, my only bad experience at this place has been with receptionist Deboree, she needs to work on her costumer service and empathy.

Candace is wonderful! She knows exactly what she’s doing and she tells you all the things you need to know to be able to take care of yourself at home after you leave the clinic. Everyone at the clinic is super nice. I think that Candace is the best physical therapist I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She is professional and friendly. I see absolutely no reason to go anywhere else and every reason to come in the family first and see Candace.

I love the physical therapy department at Family First. The receptionist are accurate and kind. The techs are great! I especially love my official therapist here. She has been working with me for about a year. My musculoskeletal system is kind of a mess but she has listened and together we have prevented surgery and injections. Thank you PT staff for helping me though a challenging year.

Great, knowledgeable staff. Family First physical therapy has a really positive environment, where the staff really seem to like each other and are happy to be doing what they are doing.

If you are really sick then don’t consult them. They don’t care about your personal health issue. I am sick today and I called for reschedule 1 hour before because I am unable to wake up due do medicine. Rather than understanding the issue they treat me terminate me from clinic service

I actually dropped by, hoping to get right in without an appointment. The staff were thoughtful and welcoming, and I was in-and-out faster than I’ve ever experienced. They were personable, highly skilled, and FAST! Many thanks.
