It's
been
over
three
years
since
the
coronavirus
pandemic
completely
stopped
me
from
moving
my
body...
I
could
see
that
if
I
continued
like
this,
I
would
become
a
groggy
old
woman
with
no
muscles
and
lots
of
fat.
I've
been
to
a
gym
before,
but
I
don't
know
how
to
use
the
cool
looking
equipment,
so
I
try
to
imitate
it,
but
I
wonder
if
it
actually
uses
the
muscles
correctly...
In
the
end,
my
main
focus
was
aerobic
exercise
such
as
walking
and
biking.
After
all,
I
did
my
first
and
last
body
make-up
while
receiving
proper
guidance!
With
that
in
mind,
I
searched
the
internet
over
and
over
again
and
decided
on
"Kitchin

First,
I
received
thorough
counseling
and
was
able
to
create
goals
and
plans
that
were
in
line
with
my
wishes.
And
always
try
not
to
push
yourself
too
hard
in
your
daily
life,
but
be
careful
about
various
things
little
by
little!
You
can
receive
guidance
that
will
motivate
you
to
do
your
best
based
on
the
theme.
My
training
progresses
according
to
my
physical
strength.
All
the
trainers
are
easy
to
talk
to,
and
I
always
have
fun
while
getting
compliments
on
how
well
they
do.
When
it
comes
to
meals,
it's
not
just
about
reducing
calories;
the
amount
and
timing
of
eating
is
also
important!
They
can
teach
you
anything
you
can
do
at
home,
such
as
muscle
training
and
stretching.
So
you
can
do
your
best
without
worrying!
This
was
my
7th
training
session,
and
in
less
than
a
month,
my
body
fat
had
dropped
to
-2kg!
I've
gained
a
little
muscle
mass,
so
I
haven't
lost
a
lot
of
weight,
but
my
trainer
praised
me
and
told
me
to
keep
up
my
current
pace.
It's
always
nice
to
receive
compliments
no
matter
how
old
you
are!
I
will
continue
to
work
hard
to
become
a
grandmother
with
a
healthy
body
while
taking
care
of
my
trainer!
