attend
the
meal
management
course
once
or
twice
a
week.
I
want
to
make
my
gym
debut,
but
I've
never
been
to
one
before,
so
I
have
no
idea
what

do...
So,
I
decided
to
first
learn
the
basics
at
a
personal
gym,
and

why
I
started
going
there.
The
trainers
are
very
friendly
(we
are
the
same
age,
so
we
feel
like
friends
(lol)),
and
they
give
us
accurate
advice
tailored
to
each
individual
based
on
the
body
shape
they
want
to
achieve
and
how
often
they
can
train,
so
it's
easy
for
me
to
continue
training.
Muscle
training
has
become
a
hobby!
I
also
received
dietary
guidance
for
3
months,
and
was
able
to
intuitively
learn
what
to
eat,
what
nutrients
to
get,
and
what
numbers
to
aim
for
through
daily
reports!
I
think
this
knowledge
will
be
useful
for
the
rest
of
my
life,
not
only
for
muscle
training
but
also
for
health!
It's
about
a
5
minute
walk
from
JR
Motomachi
Station,
so
it's
easy
to
get
to,
and
I
highly
recommend
it
to
people
like
me
who
don't
know
what
to
do
at
the
gym
or
what
kind
of
food
to
eat!
