    When I was looking for a personal gym near the station, I found BEYOND Motomachi branch and decided to go there. I think it's a really nice place because you have a trainer and you can drink protein after the gym. The menu also includes meal management, so you can see the results right away and get motivated. It is recommended that you can discuss the training intensity with the trainer depending on the conditions on the day. Frequency system? It's a bit of a shame, but I personally want to go to the gym regularly.

    I attend the meal management course once or twice a week. I want to make my gym debut, but I've never been to one before, so I have no idea what to do... So, I decided to first learn the basics at a personal gym, and that's why I started going there. The trainers are very friendly (we are the same age, so we feel like friends (lol)), and they give us accurate advice tailored to each individual based on the body shape they want to achieve and how often they can train, so it's easy for me to continue training. Muscle training has become a hobby! I also received dietary guidance for 3 months, and was able to intuitively learn what to eat, what nutrients to get, and what numbers to aim for through daily reports! I think this knowledge will be useful for the rest of my life, not only for muscle training but also for health! It's about a 5 minute walk from JR Motomachi Station, so it's easy to get to, and I highly recommend it to people like me who don't know what to do at the gym or what kind of food to eat!

    It was my first time at the gym, and to be honest, I was nervous at first about the gym itself and what kind of atmosphere the personal gym would have, but the trainers and the atmosphere of the gym were great, so I had a lot of fun going there! It was a really fun and great experience because it made me realize that I had more potential than I thought! Of course, it's training, so it's tough, but I felt a greater sense of accomplishment, and I didn't have any of the troubled feelings I used to feel before exercising. It's a 2-3 minute walk from Hanshin Motomachi Station, so it's easily accessible and easy to commute to.

    I was looking for a personal gym close to my home or work, and I happened to find it, so I decided to give it a try. They provided careful guidance during the experience, and afterward they explained everything in detail without any pressure to solicit, so I decided to continue working with them and decided to join with meal management guidance. We provide detailed, easy-to-understand, and fun training, such as managing menus and teaching forms, which are difficult to do on your own. In addition, they will provide detailed explanations to any trivial questions you may have, and will also kindly respond to matters other than the menu. I also appreciate the protein at the end of my workout! Everyone went out of their way to greet me when I arrived and see me off at the end, and I was left with a very good impression of all the staff⭐︎ They accept late reservations starting at 9pm, so I can come after work, which is very helpful. I can definitely feel the changes in my body, so I want to continue using it. If you are looking for a gym, I would definitely recommend it, as you can experience the results and feel refreshed.

    I wanted to lose weight, so I was looking for a personal gym near Motomachi Station near my house, and I found BEYOND Kobe Motomachi branch, and it was offering a free trial, so I went there. It was my first time at a personal gym and I was a little nervous and anxious, but the trainers were cheerful and the atmosphere was great. At the time, my goals were somewhat vague, but they helped me think about them together, which increased my motivation. Considering my age, I wanted to maintain my health and be able to do things myself in the future, so I enrolled in the 4-month meal management course. It's been 2 months and I've lost 5.2kg and I'm personally feeling the effects. I will continue to do my best!

    I've been going there for about half a year. I'm not good at exercise, but since she creates a training menu that matches the person's pace and level, I can continue without overdoing it! All the trainers are easy to talk to, so you can have fun training🏋️‍♀️✨ Personal has an image of being expensive, but I chose this one because I thought it was relatively affordable. We have after protein, training wear rental, and shoe storage, so it's easy to come before or after going out.

    It was close to JR and Hanshin Motomachi Station, so I had been curious about it for a while and decided to go!     I was looking for a personal gym because I was over 40 years old and decided that the current situation would not work, so I received a free trial at BEYOND, and I felt the sincerity and enthusiasm of the trainer, so I signed a contract with them, and I am grateful for their help. It's been 8 months since I didn't do much exercise until I was over 40 as an adult, but I was able to continue going for 8 months, I was able to increase my weight by 20kg, I was able to increase my muscle mass by 10kg, and my basal metabolism increased to 1750 kcal.     I used to join a gym, but I couldn't get into the habit of going one-on-one, so I was looking for a personal gym and came across BEYOND. It's very convenient and close to JR & Hanshin Motomachi Station. All the trainers are very friendly and the conversation is fun, and they motivate me, so I feel a sense of accomplishment ♪ My posture has improved and my body shape has improved.     This is a personal gym that can be accessed directly from Motomachi Station. Thanks to careful explanations and training, my body is gradually getting fitter.     I continued it twice a week for 3 months for diet purposes. I thought I wouldn't be able to continue taking personal courses since I only get around by car, but before I knew it, the course was over and I'm still going. It's thanks to my trainer that even though I may find it tough during training, I feel good and have fun the whole time. Recommended for women too!

👍 基本トレーニングルームと水泳しか使ってません。 働いている方の対応が基本良く、気持ちよく使わせてもらってます。 料金も3ヶ月トレーニングルーム+プールで見ると、割安だと思います。 器具は初心者トレーニーなら十二分だと思います。100㌔は無いので、超負荷が欲しい方は別の場所に行かれることをオススメします。
