    I ordered a taxi. The app required a balance of an amount 15.90 Euro. it was written that my ride will be deducted from this balance. But later it wasn't fully. I booked a ride. An application deducted part from the balance and a big part from my card. The amount was exciding 5 euro higher than expected. In total I paid for the balance (which I didn't want to), plus a ride payment, and I am requesting my money back. However no support and help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Used Bolt all the time during our visit, so convenient and the price was fair. Chatting w the drivers was the highlight of our visit. Very interesting people from all over.

    If i can give a negative score i would. I was charged twice for a ride, the driver must have forgotten to mark the ride as paid. I guess these issues happen. The problem is with their poor support, i raised a ticket with them and it was a disaster: 1- the support agent didn’t even check the screen shots i attached and responded by denying that i was charged twice. 2- after a back and forth, i asked to speak with another agent 3- long story short, instead of having a chat with their driver, they ended up interrogating me up until i told them to keep the money. Agents have no manners and don’t read to understand, they just respond cause they want to close the case.

    No telephone number to call. Dont reply to emails neither to the chat..Plus affordable rides?? I’m paying 2€ more for the same ride since last month, very expensive services, no vouchers to use. Anyone planning to give us compensation for the times we used taxi and food delivery during Cov era ?

    Awful company. Many stories of treating employees horribly. Zero accountability reported over and over again. Use Wolt for food instead to be treated properly, and ECabs or UBER for taxi service. No reason to support these monsters.

    Sorry but i had my account closed and no way of communicating with the company after paying driver even 4 euros extra on Revolut and him not knowing how to use the app reported the payment missing as he failed to retrieve the funds through the link i sent. He called me a few days later.. i resent the money (tip included) and account was closed and case closed.. so removed app and not using this service any longer

    I use Bolt for both food and taxi. I will say the average of the service that I recieved till now is below average. Specially food delivery. The latest disappointment was when I ordered food for home, and the courier called me and asked to go outside to pick the food. I said no, I indicated where the food had to be left. He said to leave the cash in the lift, obviously after disagreements he brought the food upstairs, basically did his job as delivery service. Many times ordering a taxi, the taxi driver will be listening to his music, or radio, or taking his personal phone… or stopping to go to the toilet, and making the customer wait…. My review go to the bad quality of service, of treating the customers and behavior in general in my 3-4 years of using Bolt.

    Worst app! Irresponsibility I tried to talk with support contact but they didn’t answered me. The problem happened yesterday and nobody help me .I didn’t received my order . The deliver didn’t answered. . I payed for my order and didn’t received. Who can help me ???? Refund me , something need be do .

    Worst cab service on the island. Ordered a taxi last night at the airport, driver never showed up, had to text and call multiple times, explain where we are( front of arrivals) still didnt manage to come and pick us up, he ended up canceling our order, left me with the huge luggages and family waiting outside to wait more, plus the charge of cancellation... Bolt support seemed unbothered hearing the situation. Never refunded or contacted me back. Horrible service. Driver didnt speak english was from Italy couldnt understand me through phone. Had to wait more time and ended up ordering Uber Atleast they worth their money, drivers are efficient and helpful.

    Travelling in Malta for a few weeks and today was the first ride sharing experience I’ve had — it was positive. I had read earlier reviews for Bolt Malta and some were very damning. But a positive review does not have the same impetus for action as a negative one and so are posted less frequently. The app is super easy and informative. The driver was at our doorstep about a minute or 2 after confirmation. Now, we just used the cash not card option and the price was as quoted in the app. I don’t know if next time I’ll have the same experience but my initial ride was top notch.

    Had a great experience with a driver called Salah R I can't rate on the app because the trip cancelled but he still offered to drop us at our destination without cost! What a guy!

    NOT DOG FRIENDLY!! 2021 and you cannot take your dog! This is an offense to my life, my well being and my mental health! Cannot beleive this happens is real life. People have now more dogs than kids. Wake up!

    Drivers never bother you or harass you, they don't talk to you unless you talk to them, as a woman it's the company I feel safest travelling with unlike some others (I'm looking at you airport taxis). On time, affordable, comfortable 10/10 Use it often and never had any problems.
