First we stopped here for coffee on a sunny afternoon. It was quite an ordinary experience at the time. However when we came back a couple of weeks later for a beer in the early evening, we had a lovely time. We had a couple of beers, which were nice and cold. We decided to try out their focaccia and were positively surprised with the quality and taste of it. We'll be back to try out some more of their options.

This place is amazing. Whether it is in the morning or in the evening, the food is good and the drinks fairly priced. So much time spent there. No regrets !

A great place to have a drink or ice cream during a hot day, you can choose to sit away from the sun under a parasol or directly in the sun. ☀️the service is friendly and fast and you can have a sea view while sipping your drinks. Definitely coming back for another good time and it’s just perfect for the hot day. 😎

Great food ! Ordered the garganelli prawns and it was lovely ! Portion sizes were good too, it was good value for money. Would defo recommend. They also do happy hour cocktails every day until 5pm :)

Horrible!!! The costumer service was horrible, the waiter was rude and literally unleashing his bad day on us. Never coming back.

Have been coming here for 1st 5 days every daytime and evening of our holiday, this evening went to the usual side we preferred, double checked with waiter the table we sat on that people had just left was not reserved, told, quite rudely only food this side till kitchen closes, drinks other side this was at 21.45 and other people just with drinks only, really bad attitude especially as he had seen we were frequent users and always tipped, went round other side, smelly water pipes being used ( I'm allergic to fragrances), plastic glasses and my espresso martini nothing like what I had the other side, sadly was our favourite bar, but will find another, all other staff really pleasant

Outstanding view of the med and great food and service. My dad wanted fish n chips and quickly found this as 300m from Sliema, after getting there I ordered the salmon and my mum went got prawn pasta and we were all surprised by the size of the portions. Food was plentiful and very tasty highly recommend

5 Stars for the food, 5 stars for the service, 3 stars for the atmosphere. People smoking around our table impeded a great dinner experience. Would have been good to have a separate section for the smokers / non-smokers.

had a really nice octopus salad. my husband enjoyed his burger. patties were made in house and the bun was from a local bakery. reasonably priced for a seaside restaurant. would come back if in the area again 👌

Influenced by the Google reviews, we went for breakfast and we met the attached breakfast (supposed) egg Benedict for 7€. The service was poor. We enjoyed the atmosphere in front of the sea. We will not return back. Doesn't worth the value by money.

Very nice place with an amazing view. The cheese platter we had was very good and enough for two people to share. They serve shishas after 4 pm. The shisha was the best we had in Malta. I'd definitely recommend this place. Also the virgin cocktail we had was very good and during happy hour you get two for the price of one.

Nice restaurant by the sea, great for any time of day. We had four different pizzas and some of them were delicious, some just ok. Cocktails are good and they have a happy hour at that time so we got 1+1. The waiter was very nice and friendly. We didn't made a reservation and were lucky to find a table, but it's better to reserve your table.

We had Cocktails, Food and drink here, which was good value for money. It was excellent service and especially Gojku who was attentive; giving advice when asked about choices. We would return again should we visit Sliema in the future. Grazzi

The compass lounge is situated on the seafront ten minutes from the town and ten minutes from our hotel, The Prelunar.We dropped in while having an evening walk,plenty of seating, tables and snuggle rugs.This time of year it's like one big oxygen tent but the service was good,they serve desert's aswell as good drink.The atmosphere was nice,comfy and they show live sport.

It’s a great place to have a nice dinner or just drink a cool coctail. The seaview is beautiful from here.

Burger & fries were delicious, but my friends didn't enjoy their pasta plates. They said it was ok, but they could have done a better job if they made it themselves.

Great atmosphere, especially in sunset because of sea view. Chill music, friendly staff, good cocktails. Recommend daiquiri! I don’t like plastic glasses, but if drinking a lot, maybe good choice :)

Not half bad. Good place to top up with some hot beverages and catch up with the views of the Mediterranean sea and also watch the world go by. The breakfast servings are decent too.

Quite surprised by the fantastic service offered in this place as also the good tasty food offered here, our burgers were fantastic everybody on the other tables were more than satisfied.

so what can i say about compass... well first of all the happy hour starts at 10 am which is the best. Long Islands are a miracle of haven personally i say that thw bar tender should add this to his linkedin profile kudos to that ☺️ highly recommended
