I've been to the new practice a few times now and I'm very impressed! Very friendly staff, great practice and short waiting times! I have been a patient of Dr. for over 20 years now. Werling! He is a great and competent doctor who takes time for his patients and always responds to his patients and finds a solution! I have felt very well looked after there for years and can recommend this practice to everyone! :-)

Mein Zahnarzt kannte mich und meine Zähne seit Jahren und hat den vereinbarten Termin immer umgehend wahrgenommen. Leider ging er in Rente. Ich habe einen Termin mit kauwerk vereinbart und mir vorab bestätigen lassen dass sie meine Füllungen ersetzen können. Bei dem behandlungstermin musste ich über eine Stunde im wartezimmer warten, eh ich an einen der vielen zahnärzte verwiesen wurde. Da wurde mir gesagt dass sie meine gewünschten Füllungen nicht mehr machen können. Sicherlich sind alle bei kauwerk sehr nett und freundlich, aber verschiedene Ärzte und Unzuverlässigkeit, so kann für mich kein vertrauensverhältnis entstehen. Daher ist das für mich nichts.

Mr. Werling is an absolute psycho when it comes to dental technology! State-of-the-art practice, trained, knowledge-hungry team, constantly undergoing further training. A dentist of tomorrow! I am a patient with anxiety and am terrified of dentists. Nevertheless, I really felt like I was in good hands here. The treatment was completely painless and everything was explained to me in detail. From now on you will see me more often. Thank you!

My favorite practice! The doctors, without exception, are all super nice and have a lot of knowledge. Everything went really quickly, the ladies at reception are always very polite and nice. I am very satisfied because the doctor takes the time for his patients even though you can see that there is always something to do there and there is always something going on until late in the evening. What's great are the times, I don't know of any other practice that's open until 7 p.m. Spontaneous appointments for pain, etc. are possible. I can't think of anything to complain about.

Came as a new patient and was greeted by Dr. Werling at my first appointment and explained the practice. Since it turned out that I needed an urgent root canal treatment, he got everything started and since then I have been treated by Dr. Heinz and I couldn't be happier. The work is done very thoroughly, cleanly and efficiently, and even the slightest pain and qualms (I'm really very sensitive) are addressed. The team around them is just as friendly and reliable, I never let on about the stress that they all certainly had. Questions are always answered very competently. Follow-up appointments were always scheduled according to my wishes. I can only recommend this practice and would be happy to go there in the future.

Das „Kauwerk“ gehört mit Sicherheit zu einer der modernsten Zahnarztpraxen im weiten Umkreis. Alle Räume sind freundlich hell gestaltet und strahlen eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre aus, die sich auch auf das gesamte angenehme Betriebsklima überträgt. Bei Dr. Gerhard Werling merkt man, dass er seinen Beruf lebt und liebt. Neben der Nutzung neuester Technik, wie z.B. Aligner Verfahren oder Cerec Verfahren mit 3D Scan und Herstellung von Keramikfüllungen (Inlays) in nur einer Sitzung, spürt man als Patient auch jede Menge Empathie die eine „Angst vorm Zahnarzt“ gar nicht erst aufkommen lässt. Ich fahre jedenfalls von Speyer nach Landau zur Praxis weil ich mich hier bestens aufgehoben fühle. Zudem sind die Termine stets so geplant, dass Wartezeiten nahezu gar nicht vorkommen. Darüber hinaus hat Dr. Werling bei mir vor Jahren ein Zungenkarzinom richtig diagnostiziert und sofort alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt um die nötigen Behandlungsschritte schnellstmöglich einzuleiten.

Spätestens beim Betreten des Kaufwerks verfliegt die Angst vorm Zahnarzttermin. Patienten werden freundlich empfangen und zu den weiteren Bereichen geleitet. Während der zahnärztlichen Behandlung durch Dr. Werling und sein Team fühle ich mich stets optimal betreut. Das liegt zum einen daran, dass hier Zahnmedizin gelebt und zum anderen an der top modernen Technik, die hier eingesetzt wird. Für Inlays wird beispielsweise nur ein einziger Termin benötigt Das spart dem Patienten das Provisorium. Auch entfällt der klassische und meinem Empfinden nach unangenehme Abdruck mit Bissschienen. Er wird durch das Cerec- Verfahren ersetzt. Mit einem 3D- Scanner wird das Gebiss abgescannt und aus dem Keramikblock im Anschluss direkt das Inlay gefertigt und eingesetzt. Dr. Werling und sein Team haben mir durch ihre kompetente Arbeitsweise und Ausstrahlung meine Angst vor dem Zahnarztbesuch genommen.

Overall, I have to give high praise. Dr. Röth, you can feel personally addressed: you are doing great work. Your sympathy makes going to the dentist a lot easier. Thank you. The practice is very modern, parking spaces available, elevator available. Appointments can be made quickly and easily. If you have acute symptoms, you can get an appointment quickly without any problems. I always prepare myself for a longer wait for such “appointments”. Unfounded here. But overall I wouldn't rate it negatively if it took longer. After all, it is doctors who care for patients, not assembly line workers. Overall, you feel comfortable here. The topic: A tooth root canal treatment was due. The inflammation was diagnosed using the most modern imaging techniques by Dr. Werling (Kauwerk) himself was well diagnosed. In a follow-up appointment, to my great surprise, a doctor at Kaufwerk offered me root canal treatment using magnifying glasses, even though the practice has an operating microscope available. A dental root canal treatment with magnifying glasses is, at best, “second best” and you shouldn’t be satisfied with that, which is why I went to another practice for this treatment. A dental cleaning at Kauwerk prior to the tooth root diagnosis was carried out professionally. Gladly again. I have no opinion about the quality of other dental services at Kauwerk.

Unfortunately, I received an extremely unprofessional root canal treatment in this practice, which caused very severe, avoidable pain. The dentist who manages the practice is also recommended to communicate appropriately with his patients. After all, the registration and assistance staff are very friendly and the practice facilities are modern, hence two stars.

Sehr schöne neue Gemeinschaftspraxis mit tollem Team und hervorragenden Ärzten. Super finde ich das in der neuen Praxis jetzt verschiedene Bereiche der Zahnmedizin abgedeckt werden. Mein Kind ist schon mehrere Jahre bei Frau Dr. Werling, sie ist eine super Kieferorthopädin und sehr erfahrene freundliche Zahnärztin. Vielen Dank auch an Herr Dr. Röth, er ist ein sehr kompetenter und sehr sympathischer Oralchirurg. Die Weisheitszahn - OP bei meiner Tochter verlief völlig reibungslos, haben uns sehr gut bei ihm und seinem Team aufgehoben gefühlt.

Ich bin absolut entsetzt wie dieser Arzt mit mir umgegangen ist! Trotz vorhergehender information darüber das ich Angst Patient bin geht man hin und gibt mir eine weitere schlechte Zahnarzt Erfahrung mit auf den Weg 👍 es wurde 3 mal gespritzt mein ganzes Gesicht taub nur der Zahn tut noch immer weh leider soger mehr als davor gezogen wurde der Zahn schlussendlich nicht. Keine Empfehlung meiner Seits !
