Super nice staff. Very nice large waiting room. Nice children's play corner. The treatment rooms are tip top. Also great for children to watch. Top picture paintings in every room. The dentist totally understands his craft. Even if you are a fearful patient, you feel well advised here.

Unfortunately, the doctor doesn't really talk to you about what he's doing or what he's planning to do or what's going on with your teeth. I personally find it unproductive towards patients. Furthermore, my current dentist diagnosed advanced periodontitis. That he hadn't treated anything, let alone mentioned anything. I found the team of medical assistants to be very friendly and nice.

Great practice, everything is right here, I feel very well looked after and treated very well. What is outstanding is the “heart” of the practice, the fantastic employee who feels like she is responsible for everything, organizes appointments and visits and is simply a great person.

I had a hole in one of my molars with food particles stuck in it that I couldn't remove with a brush, dental stick or dental floss. This caused me pain! I also have to say that I have been in a dispute with the social welfare office and health insurance company for several months regarding reimbursement of costs in the event of illness. The tooth was simply drilled out so that I can remove the food residue myself in the future... so I think that when a doctor opens a tooth, he also closes it again, regardless of whether it is privately or legally insured or as an emergency patient like in my case. I said in advance that I wanted normal treatment and that I had agreed by telephone with the AOK that the practice should only contact the AOK and that the AOK would cover the costs. I feel like a second-class citizen and have to wait until the Always have a toothpick ready for final clarification with the authorities....

I can only express my complete satisfaction with this practice.
