As an anxious patient, I relied on the reviews here. Unfortunately, the third visit convinced me once again that my own experience was the best. I went to the practice and hoped for quick, prompt and prompt treatment. Precisely because as an anxious patient you want it to be over quickly. Instead, you want to do one teeth cleaning after the next. Of course there is money too 🤷‍♀️ Being a dentist also requires a psychological basis. It's a shame that Dr. Heck is no longer there - he had the sensitivity for his patients.

The entire treatment team is very nice, but there is a lack of professional expertise. I had a dental splint made there, but it didn't fit. I had 4! Improvement dates were all very stretched out (duration of approx. 3 months ultimately without a splint) and not once was there an offer to have a new one made. After the 4th attempt at improvement, the rail was too loose. Never again. I have heard much worse stories from other patients who had treatment there, which fall into the category of gross treatment errors... The technical practical equipment leaves a lot to be desired and is clearly outdated. I absolutely cannot recommend it!

I had been a patient for a few years and was initially satisfied. It feels like a lot has changed in the meantime. During my last treatment, something went wrong which resulted in very severe pain and inflammation in my jaw. Since the follow-up treatments only made things worse instead of better, I switched to a doctor in Ludwigshafen. I wasn't given any proper advice at the old practice and was surprised when he told me that a root canal treatment had already been started. With the new dentist I felt the difference in quality in terms of advice, service, expertise and modern methods. For example, after anesthesia, not my whole mouth was numb, but only the targeted area. In contrast to the practice in Landau, I no longer had any pain or anxiety during the treatment and was informed in detail about every step and the consequences.

Seit dem Abgang von Dr. Heck die schlechteste Praxis in Landau! Auf gar keinen Fall zu empfehlen. In erster Linie geht es darum viel Geld zu verdienen. Das Wohl des Patienten ist hier Nebensache.

I can only recommend this practice. Especially Mr.Dr. Korn who treats me perfectly and on a very good level! The helpers are all very nice and sensitive, so that I feel very comfortable as an anxious patient. I definitely can't understand the negative comments. It's easy to talk badly on the internet.

If I could, I wouldn't give a single star. This practice neither explains the costs of treatment nor does it have “good workmanship” on the part of its doctors. Thanks Dr. Korn, who treated me in June 2023, I developed severe secondary caries. My resulting pain was neither taken seriously nor was I offered solutions. I changed practices immediately. Another practice confirmed that I had secondary caries, which was caused by improper work on the part of Dr. Grain emerged. In addition, my new practice examined my “crunch splint”, which was made completely crooked and crooked! I really wouldn't recommend the practice to anyone!!!
