This was a truly disappointing place and experience. The place itself is renewed, comfortable, by the river, with new menu - one would think just a perfect place to have lunch or dinner. BUT, unfortunately, the quality of service and the dishes is disappointing at least to say. First of all, when I ordered coffee they did not have sweetener, which any place in Sarajevo provides when you ask for it. Secondly, I ordered mixed kofte and it was a mediocre taste while the rice looked nice but completely tasteless. On top of all disappointments we found a hair in "trilece" dessert. The place to avoid by all means.

1. The workers “Turkeys” are not friendly at all, they taking from their nose, and when you ask they replaying to you by very short answer and not clear they trying made you not understand. 2. For the food below the expectations, not well done, and dose not having a taste, they have no flat bread 3. Very much delayed, after 30min they come to take the order even if you go to them they will not listen, after they take the order you have to wait for 45min to get your food, it’s mean if you are hungry or not having time to waste don’t think at all to visit them. The positive thing is the location only and they not deserve it. I’m reflecting my actual experience with them on 16 of Sep.

Unprofessional service and very weak management. The staff are unwelcoming and rude in dealing with the costumers. I had to call the waiter ten times until he responds to me and he didn’t even serve what I asked for. I’ve ended up repeating what i need several times. Very disappointed experience. The food is very basic and tasteless. Hygiene level is poor. I’ve been to turkey more than once and I have tried the best quality Turkish food. I bet that this restaurant won’t succeed if it continues in this way. Overall, it was a terrible experience. The beautiful location is totally not worth it.

Update in October 14th, 2023: Staff service is very very slooooow. Unfriendly staff. Management don’t care of the food quality or staff attitudes. At this time I am giving it 1 star ⭐️ ONLY. Reconsider to go other restaurants in the area. Nice restaurant to have a great breakfast, lunch or dinner with family or friends. Restaurant had really nice location with river view. Great food menu with big selection of Turkish foods with average prices. I recommend it. Enjoy

Delicious food in a beautifully decorated restaurant. The portions were large and satisfying and the food was really well made. However, while the restaurant itself is gorgeously decorated with a great view of the river, it was also not very clean. The toilets especially were pretty dirty and there were crumbs on the floor. The waitres were a bit slow with the service, but the food was quick to arrive. Hopefully those hygiene issues were a one time thing and we just came at the wrong time.

Very good place to eat original Turkish food. Great tastes and presentation.

They bring hot food with out the bread. We are a family they only brought 3 dough. We asked for more they do not even care. I talked to the waiter about the bread he said it is normal to provide 3 bread for a family of 5. He is so rude. One of the orders comes with tea and we ordered one more tea. They did not even bring it. Bad restaurant and bad managements. Unfortunately we are the Gulf countries ppl who give this chance to these kind of restaurants that they do not respect us as a customers. Moreover the menu t try he price got increased because of the Summer season.

I tried their Adana kebab and lamb chopa both were nice and cooked to perfection. A bit let on the spicy side but that's individual thing. Location right next to the river is perfect and so is the overall ambiance The servers were polite but due to crowd serving was slow and one had to repeat many times for things you want

Lunch is amazing in Turkuazz but breakfast is very limited. We had the Iskender and kebab; it was delish! Service is a slow but people were friendly.

Great food- the meat was well prepared and the baklava was one of the best I’ve had in my life. Staff was also very friendly and service was fantastic!

A good turkish restaurant, but not what you would expect in Turkey

Beautiful place near river. Food was great even they didn’t have everything from menu. But Waiter’s was very helpful and polite. If you don’t know what to eat ask them. There will not be mistakes. I have enjoy every moment in this restaurant.

Turkish dishes way better than anywhere else, including Istanbul! I think that the local meat is just better than elsewhere, but they do a good job cooking & presenting it. Atmosphere, location and parking are great.

Family restaurant on the bank of the river. Worth getting a seat outside if you can. The kunefe (sweet cheese, pistachio and pastry based desert) is excellent and seems to be a favourite with most people. The home made bread was great too.

While the food is delicious, the service could and should be much better. The prices are on the higher end, therefore I wish to be properly greeted and respected as a customer, even though I am not a tourist. You are obviously very prejudiced toward domestic guests thinking that we will not spend enough money in your restaurant, given that my friend and I waited over 15 minutes without anyone even taking our order, while Arabic and Turkish guests were all taken care of. And trust me, we came there to spend and tip good money 🤝

My goodness. This place was bombastic! The interior had such a beautiful awary of color, atmosphere, and spice in itself. It was a mix of laid back to the hustle of the business world. The service was good, not overwhelming in the slightest. The food was beautifully hand crafted and the Turkish tea was a wonderful top off to the night. I had the Chicken kabob with a chilled glass of sprite. The bread was a nice touch as it was soft but had a good crunch to it. The staff was good, food was good and the place was great.

For me one of the best turkish food restaurants in sarajevo! A place I visit multiple times whenever I'm in town. I totally recommend the soup: mercimek , TOP with the delicious bread on the side; I've already tried several dishes on the menu and in general they were all great; the meat is fresh, cooked to order, the atmosphere is welcoming; always attentive staff (with the exception of 1/2times; the price/quality ratio is very good ; I recommend trying the typical Turkish tea and baklava 👌

I expected more. Food is mediocre and boring. The chicken was raw inside and now low key worrying about getting salmonella. The staff is rude as if I was in their own home requesting condiments and sauces and not being in a restaurant which we will be paying for it.

Sutlac and lahmacun are my favourite dishes in there. But some of the staff are kinda rude and has very abnormal manners.

It is a nice and clean place witn many indoor and outdoor seats. The toilet is clean too. The waiters were very slow to take the order. However, they brought the food very quickly. We ordered beef burger, tavuk kebap and Adana kebap. Prices are reasonably good. I liked the burger very much but the taste of the tavuk kebap was a bit like an Indian food seasoning.!! I wanted to order turkish tea but I couldn't because many people were smoking..

Pizza was very good. Salat not freshly cut, but okay. I think it's a busy restaurant and they like to prepare as much as possible in advance. Would I go again? For pizza yes, for the salad no.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service in the beautiful ambience of the restaurant. Even though it was very crowded, we were served quickly and the specialties were really specialties. Upon remarking that the meat on one plate was overcooked, the waiter politely apologized and offered us a new dish, which of course we declined, and in return he brought everyone tea and sutlia as a form of apology. Many thanks and we will come again aBd.
