service line is very bad.. absolutely unprofessional. they need a lot of person grooming on hospitality. no complain with the infrastructure. same goes with the manager who is not cordial at all. doesnt know ways to deal customer service even though we have booked a deluxe room. we have stopped ordering food, just staying here as booked. somewhat the food quality is also not upto the mark. Initial impression while booking was they were Pet Friendly, but they actually need to be Pet Friendly in true terms. Worst experience after travelling so many Pet Friendly hotels in India and abroad. Please learn from your shortcomings and do check we have asked for the bill to be paid. Your overall service line need a grooming. Its always better to be open to feedback rather being defensive.

Rooms are Good. Location is also Good. The Swimming Pool was beautiful. But my sincere request to you that don't take other Guest Booking if you have Corporate or Big party bookings on the same day. Your Dinner was pathetic, and your people gave the explanation that due to corporate booking Food Quality was Bad. Such a pathetic service.

The resort is awesome in one word. We went there with my 2 year old kid. He enjoyed it like anything. The ambience is really great and amazing. Very quiet and provided us all the amenities. The restaurant is maintaining all the hygiene. I would like to visit once again honestly.

The resort is a wonderful destination to enjoy your weekend leisurers with friends/family/colleagues. The rooms were spacious, neat and clean, comfortable and luxurious. The foods were lip smacking and delicious. We would highly recommend to visit this resort for getting an amazing experience at Bolpur.

Went for 2 days stay..with 20 family members. The property is very good. Very well maintained. Luckily it looks the same when we see the pics on google. Had a real fun time in the pool. Rooms and bathrooms are of standard and clean. We are pure vegetarian so the chef took full care of it. Taste of food was liked by everyone - specially Bengali khichudi and North Indian cuisine. Just the serving was little delayed. The staff gave us amazing hospitality 24 hours with a smile. Would recommend to visit this resort for sure.

We had a family get together there. Almost everything was arranged over the phone. Mr. Rishi Sarkar was very helpful and so were all his colleagues. Everyone was very courteous and I’ve never seen anyone without a smile. I’ve been to Shantiniketan uncountable number of times and this was one of the best experiences. This is a pet friendly property, which is a big advantage for all the pet parents.

Overall experience was wonderful. In my eyes of a consultant I find the front view of the resort absolutely exquisite. Lobby setup is also good. Front Desk guys are good but for one guest only one of them should interact to avoid confusion. Rooms are specious and very well made. Bathroom floors gets slippery for some unknown reasons. Please take care. Exterior setup is good. Cleaning by the Sari clad local womenfolk is a good step taken by the resort owner. May be a good gardener is required. Restaurant setup is again very good. The outer dining arrangement is also well planned. Food is okay but I have my reservation regarding portions and taste. A good Recipe consultant can do the needful. Apart from that it's one of the best sojourn in the vicinity of Shantiniketan. No doubt about it.

If you want peacheful stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the center, family friendly, great service and good food, you can choose Aranya Resort. All the staff right from the reception till room service, are very helpful. The resort is also very clean and well maintained. Same for the rooms. Very clean and hygienic. Personally we would love to return in our next visit here.

Wonderful hotel option at the outskirts of Shantiniketan, very close to Borishaler Rannaghar and Sienna workshop in Daronda village. The rooms were clean and modern. The staff was courteous and professional. Our guests were happy with their stay here.

Excellent resort in great location & having superb rooms with great room services. We really enjoyed our stay with our pet beagle dog for 2 days (from 12th March) and will definitely recommend this resort to all. Staffs are really nice and helpful and food was awesome. We will visit this lovely resort again in near future 😊

Had a beautiful weekend at the property! So peaceful and relaxing, great for family & friends. On weekends, they have local tribal dance performances which is stunning. You can watch everything from your room balcony also. Room service food is great! Neat & clean rooms also. The staff is also very friendly and you can arrange your tourist attractions from the reception. Definitely recommending Aranya Resort.

The place is really really good. But the behaviour of the staff is not so good. It's bad actually. They only care about money. The pool there is not much deep. The rooms are spacious and well designed. The bathroom is also nice. Also you get a balcony.

We were staying in Deluxe room.Nice rooms,every thing right from kitchenet to toileteries were properly placed.Food quality standarrd. Service prompt and A1.Staff behaviour very cordial.worth to stay.Appx 9km away from city centre.If you have ur own car,it's OK otherwise hotel will manage car on demand.A lot of autos and e bikes are also available, so conveyance is not an issue.There was a little problem with bathroom tap but no sooner we intimated the issue to hotel staff on desk,a plumber attended at once.Our overall experience is highly satisfactory and the hotels deserves a rating of 5 on the scale of 1 to 5.
