To
make
a
long
story
short,
I
had
12
euros
in
cash
with
me.
When
I
found
out
that
payment
was
cash
only,
I
handed
over
my
12
euros
and
went
to
the
nearest
Sparkasse
to
withdraw
more.
I
withdrew
20€
and
gave
it
to
the
woman
behind
the
counter
and
got
14€
change.
Moreover,
the
check
wasn't
given
to
me
after
the
payment,
which
upsets
me
no
less
than
the
quality
of
the
service
provided.
Honestly
I
didn't
want
to
write
big
review,
but
after
the
response
I
feel
it
is
necessary
to
describe
my
experience:
I
hadn't
had
a
haircut
in
quite
a
while
and
was
quite
overgrown,
that
said,
I
generally
tried
to
explain
that
I
wanted
to
keep
growing
my
hair
out
but
I
needed
it
to
look
neat.
Unfortunately
I
don't
speak
German
well,
so
I
probably
should
have
prepared
for
the
visit
in
advance.
At
this
master
did
not
care,
he
did
not
understand
anything
and
decided
that
everything
is
okay,
removed
for
5
minutes
for
2
centimeters
of
hair
equally
from
all
sides
and
that's
it.
In
general,
this
is
certainly
negligence
of
the
master,
but
he
can
be
understood.
While
waiting
after
me
was
a
queue,
and
quite
a
big
one,
while
this
master
was
the
only
one
in
the
salon,
clearly
very
nervous
and
in
a
hurry
(by
the
way
the
workplace
is
definitely
more
than
3).
The
result
was
an
extremely
sad
haircut,
for
which
I
gave
18
euros,
while
I
am
also
accused
that
I
have
not
fully
paid.
I
think
that
from
my
side
was
really
a
mistake,
when
asked
if
everything
was
fine
to
say
"yes",
but
I
was
so
surprised
that
this
happens
at
all,
that
I
did
not
even
know
what
to
say.
In
fact,
it
was
by
far
my
worst
hairdressing
experience
ever.
By
the
way,
if
we
talk
about
the
interior,
it
looks
really
good,
but
my
impression
of
the
visit
will
not
change
at
all
from
this.
Perhaps
you
shouldn't
have
left
such
a
response
to
my
review,
as
I
certainly
wouldn't
have
spelled
it
all
out.
