😐 Due to the current construction sites, it's not really worth it at the moment. I think that these will be completed soon so that an inviting atmosphere can be offered again in late summer. People often mention hiking,

We struggled the 1.3 km climb up the Kickelhahn. Are you not used to hiking up and down the valley? The view then makes up for everything. You can also fortify yourself at the top.

(Translated by Google) Really nice and worthwhile to run it completely from start to finish.! It is a rated hiking trail with strong cultural demands and substantial ascents and descents, and there is also a lot of work involved, although you might think that nothing has been done here and there for a long time (hardly any money available and political will for a beautiful Ilmenau with its abundance on circular and regional hiking trails.) A difficult mountain hiking trail like this one is not easy for everyone to do and not as easy to walk as an English landscape garden or a city park in any city. Nature just unfiltered and still a little bit "OSTDOITSCH (Original) Echt Schön und auch Lohnenswert ihn Kommplett von Start - Ziel abzulaufen.!

One of the most beautiful hiking trails in southern Thuringia. Very well signposted and not overcrowded.

(Translated by Google) Yes, it is just a 0815 hiking trail that you know from everywhere but on the whole it's actually really great when you are visiting (Original) Ja es ist eben ein 0815 Wanderweg den man von überall kennt aber so im ganzen ist es eigentlich ganz toll wenn man mal zu besuch ist

You have a great view over this wonderful spot in the Thuringian Forest. It is quiet and a not too demanding route. The Goethe hiking trail is definitely worth a detour.

You don't get any of the panoramic views (anymore). There are only trees on the left and right. But the route is the more comfortable route than the shorter one. Once you get to the top, you won't be able to climb the tower for a while, but you also have a great view.

Very nice to hike up through the forest. Unfortunately the spa park is currently completely closed.
