Their Four Cheese Flatbread is a new favorite. Best eaten when hot. Iced Green Tea Latte is also a favorite. The staff is welcoming and courteous. 😊

UPDATEe. The new manager Lagz has turned this place around. I love this place now. Better customer service and faster service…..Manager before said we have no coffee beans. Just weeks ago they had no coffee at ….. at a Starbucks coffee shop . 😝 Iloilo SM City Starbucks. Seats are limited and tight so come early

As a daily Starbucks customer back in New York I found this store an aircondioned oasis with very nice staff, food I would never get back home and great atmosphere

I have had proper quad (x4) shots before. Tastes of strong bitter coffee. They seem to skimp. So I don’t recommend ordering extra shots.

It's Starbucks so nothing new here. Looking for a quick breakfast, their stuff is the best in the mall. Good quality & selection, taste good and not overpriced considering what you get. Tried and true.

A bit crowded and noisy. Hard to get a table, we decided to sit outside because it was hot inside the store. My drink was also made with a lot of ice compared to the usual.

No nitro cold brew, no fresh fruit cups and other items you can get in other Starbucks outside the Island. They burn lil bit anything they microwaved e.g. pasta

This place is always packed and crowded during afternoon but the service is great and fast except their cashier. Their starbucks card system fails from time to time making the transaction slower. However, overall hospitality of staff and quality of service cover all other deficiencies.

UPDATE: No coffee for 7 days. 😝 .…they are always willing to fix their mistakes. Suggestion, listen to your customers, especially your regulars, in order to not repeat the same mistake thrice. It just takes a few seconds to acknowledge a customers order. Read it back. That’s all. Peace out. ✌️ Two (2) stars Starbucks 🌟 🌟

Ok. No complaints about the atmosphere and the ambience of the store, Starbucks always have a chill vibe to it. I don't have an issue but I just would like to raise that this specific Starbucks in SM Iloilo doesn't have the same taste when it comes to their drinks. I mean it's not consistent with the ones I've had from other starbucks from other places here in Manila and Bulacan and even in Pampanga. I always order these drinks called Iced Ruby Grapefruit and Iced Pomegranate Pearls. These are the only drinks I'd order from Starbucks, including Matcha Frappe if I feel like it. It doesn't taste the same. I mean, I don't wanna be biased coz I haven't tried other starbucks in Iloilo but unlike in Manila, Pampanga and Bulacan they all have the same distinct taste to it when it comes to those drinks. I don't know, maybe it's just me but maybe you can try and find out for yourselves and Please I would love to get your input on this. Thanks

Cozy. Offers a lot of seating space. Great for working. I just hope next time their faucet works and would be great if they have a bidet.
