No food! The branch has been out of food for 5 days. The cashier told me that’s unacceptable unreasonable but to call in advance next time. Seriously? The idea of a store being without food in this economy (high demand) is without question poor training, management and budgeting. I will update this post everyday until Starbucks refills their shelves.

Visit Iloilo city for the first time. The city is lovely. This Starbucks location is in Festival Mall, a central location. The barista spoke very well English, I have no issues putting my special drink order in. Very clean and open space. The security officer was supper nice, he brought us extra table, water. Very happy with my visit this morning.

Cozy place! We stayed for 3hrs to chill and finish some medical exams of our MD friend. I loved my Iced Hazelnut Macha Macchiato!

The kids love the place because they enjoy the food then playground slide across the non aircon area of this branch.

Ordered Hot Americano with complimentary HC and Sugar free vanilla syrup with 2 packs of splenda for 165pesos..

Too crowded but the service was exceptional. The guard favilitated and gave us a comfortable place to sit after other customers left. The coffee is like Starbucks as usual.

This site is busy 24/7 all day long. Often at night many items are not available. It would be better if the security guard organised the large queues and maintained the seating spaces. By doing this it will appear clean and easier to find a seat. Often “laptop campers” use chairs and tables so nobody sits beside them. This ruins the experience for everyone.

It's nice to have some taste of home. Very comfortable, and the service is good considering the local standards. Nice location.

So many people who aren't even drinking coffee or eating food from starbucks who are using the chairs and table. Imagine planning to buy a lot but end up buying 1 drink for take out cuz so many students or wanna-be have taken all the seats but aren't even ordering anything.

The pick-up system with the app is practically useless. Had to wait for another 20 minutes in the store for my drinks. The idea of pick-up is to order in advance and get your order earlier, so what's the point. This happened thrice already, and it's as frustrating as ever.

They don’t accept foreign Starbucks app pay. So you can’t really get your points straight to your American Starbucks account. The coffee was okay and the refresher drinks just meh 🫤 you don’t really have a lot of options for the substitute items.

One of the best coffee shops in Iloilo. Similar to other branches, it offers quality coffee variants suited to one's choice.

Startbucs is still our top coffee place in the area. Favorite when order when there's a meeting, round table discussions, townhall and awardings. We seldom stay in the place to have coffee and mostly we take out our drinks. Convenient location and store hours. With new drink to try always.

Quiet when we popped in for a breakfast drink. Coffee was good as was the food we had.
