Great place to fish relax unwind

I felt uncomfortable here. I didn't know anyone, went there hoping to catch the sunset others were there hoping to catch something else. I was able to see a gator in the canal/ditch. I couldn't believe people were in the water with their children at the mouth of the lake where the ditch/canal emptied.

Spent the day there today (on a Wednesday) and saw a BUNCH of wildlife along the entrance road. Many different bird species, a turtle, and several gators. Great background noise of bird calls (plus the occasional air boat).

On weekends it is a busy place saw alligators my first visit. Went back on a week day much better not so crowded. They have a board walk there's fishing. And you can see live snakes, parrots, turtles and they have air boat rides.

Love the place is very beautiful peaceful ever since my mom passed away in January I go there a lot I love it

We were pack I ng up our small folding boat & a carload of young Hispanic girls drove up with blaring load music right next to us. I asked the girls if they could turn the volume down and they just stared at me with blank looks. So I continued to ask that they make it quieter & finally one girl said"thats how we like it!". I told her that was fine in her private space but not in a public park. Again I asked her to be polite & kind & turn the sound down. This girl got abusive, vulgar, swearing, with young children around. I asked her if that was the w a y her mother spoke to her, and told her it was unnecessary to be so rude & mean. It was a disgusting display of poor attitude maybe because I am a Caucasian older woman. Another younger couple walked by & suggested I report her & the car We're from out of state & I wouldn't know who to speak to about her disrespectful behavior.

A nice park for picnicing, fishing, viewing wild life and launching your boat. We saw an approxamately 14'' alligator and another one (approx. 8 feet long) on the bank by the lake near a fisherman

Great place for fishing with family, so many options. There is a nice pier where you can also fish from, or just watch this amazing sunset. Easy access to this park, so many water ways. Great for wildlife viewing, specially birds and alligators.

Lake Trafford is the beginning of the Everglades and the marina offers one hour airboat rides. You will see the most amazing number of wildlife. Saw huge size alligators 🐊 . And wildlife around . Water 💦 is not clear so hard to see fish 🐠 🐟 .

Beautiful park , lots of nature . Saw lots of alligators while I was here . Great for fishing here too

This is a peaceful and quiet spot, it is well maintained, and the ambiance is perfect!
