The hotel is quite nice location is very good and the room is amazing with everything one can possibly need. But there were some issues. When getting into the room the box with the key was not working, then it was quite hard to find someone in the hotel to help us out. Destination fees added to the price only at the end be careful when using booking, these fees are 40% of the price. So when doing it, do it directly with them so there are no surprises. Abd the hot tubs was good but on first use made the water dirty

Excellent location on Via Santo Stefano. Less than 5 minute walk to Piazza Santo Stefano and 10 minutes to Piazza Maggiore. Not luxurious but has everything you need, including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, and coffee machine with coffee pods. PAM grocery store nearby. There were three people in our party and the apartment was spacious enough for three. Excellent value; we paid a little over 100 Euros per night (this was in November).

Decent. Bathroom was over-cleaned with clorine but not rinsed which bleached our clothes when we touched incidently. No reception desk = additional time wasted to imput data and follow steps to get the keys. If you have sufficient time, nevermind my comment. No soap in the douche dispencer, poor admin of the building/ rooms. Maybe it is just my feeling.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Bologna, close to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The apartments are well-furnished, clean, and spacious, providing all the comforts of a home away from home.

Great location and the room was comfortable and clean, and we liked the little kitchen. And it was easy to get the key too when we entered the place.

The apartment was spacious and it had pretty much everything you need. Me and my friends stayed there for four days and we loved it. It is a short walk into town and there is a busstation close to the building. I recommend it for anyone visiting Bologna!

Lovely apartment and great location We stayed here for two nights when in Bologna attending a factory exhibition. The hotel is modern and sophisticated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is located very central to a lot of amenities and great for a nice break away. I will be defiantly staying here again on my next trip to Bologna.

My stay was everything I wanted, and more! The location allowed me to walk to many places within 10 minutes. My room was on the second floor, but I didn’t get disturb with any noise from other rooms. Plus, it was a great way to people watch from above. The staff was delightful. Though, the apartment wasn’t a fancy glam place, it was a casual comfortable environment and the decoration was unique and well done. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when I come back to Bologna next time.

The convenient to the city center is what sells the apartment. The staff members are always pleasant and accommodating. The place is a lovely old building rich with history! Also, highly recommended a very good ice cream shop on site.
