Not so bad. Nice view and good breakfast.

A good option for staying in Imola, but not entirely issue free. The staff were incredibly pleasant and interacted well both during evening check-in and morning check out. The room was somewhat dated but incredibly clean, offering plenty of space and even coffee and tea facilities. But the shower was a leaky nightmare and a persistent dripping sound from the aircon all night. The beer served at the Bar had soured and it was clear the pipes had not been cleaned in any decent period of time. Otherwise and acceptable experience.

great hotel, my room was large, bright and cozy. Large bathroom with bath, they provide sea salt for the it) breakfast is good. enough parking places around the hotel, also there is an underground parking. There are supermarket and pharmacy near by. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the experience!

Very quiet area. Rooms are 95% perfect...only some normal wear and tear on furnature. Smelt amazing in all rooms. Beds very comfortably made. heating very comfortable...loved the huge bath ! Would definitely stay again. Nice little soaps n shampoo to use. Breakfast was adequate.... a variety of sweet n savory. Only wish would to be a little more variety of hot savory breakfast food for winter months. Staff friendly and very fast check in.

Hatten mitten in der Nacht Motorradpanne, der Nachtportier organisierte Taxi um den gestrandeten Freund beim stehengebliebenen Motorrad abzuholen (04.00 Uhr) und arrangierte ein 2. Zimmer!

Preis/Leistung passt. Lage ist gut. Zimmer sauber. Neue Duschen anstatt Badewannen wären besser.

Es war bestimmt ein super großes Hotel, aber Mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen sind nicht mehr komfortabel Ist bis zum Zentrum 4-5 km Preis-Leistung für eine Nacht ok Gut : Caffe wird serviert ,Man kann wählen was man trinken möchte Caffe Amerikano ,Cappuccino usw. Stayed here for a night as a pit stop before heading to Trentino from Rome. Has garage parking, rooms are good, breakfast too. Town of Dozza is just 15 to 20 mins drive. If you do go there try having a meal at il giardino at park hotel at a terme town just further ahead. Good food and ambience. They also have rooms there.

Excellent service. Room clean. Very good spa with pool, sauna and steam room. Great view from spa and from the room. Good breakfast. Service and food in the Restaurant is much better value of money than the restaurants in the town. Trustworthy of 4 star quality.

Clean hotel with many parking places. Very tasty breakfast with wide choices. For me big disadvatages is lack of free bottles of water every day. Hotel with 4 stars should provider it. Additionally cost of small beer 5Eur is to high.

The rooms have really bad smell. Old furniture and and falling painting from the living room and bathroom ceiling. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty. The breakfast is poor. Sandwiches were dry and from previous days. Not fresh. Scrambled egg was cold for 5 days in a row. The only good thing was the spa. Nice pool and sauna with a beautiful view from top of the hotel. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Hotel with old accessories. Service is not so good. Place is far from center of the city.

Often use this hotel as convenient stop on journey to and from UK. Secure parking. Comfortable beds and great restaurant. Best breakfast in Italy.

We stayed overnight at the hotel on a business trip. We used WiFi and a lot of other services (gym , solarium, swimming pool) all perfectly working. The staff is very polite and helpful. Extended our staying 2 hours after the checkout deadline at no extra cost. Very clean and well kept (recently refurbished). Breakfast (continental) very good

Slightly older hotel in the middle of a residential area with limited dining option in walking distance. The room was very spacious and clean with comfy bedding. Breakfast would have been good for most, but gluten free options were very limited. Not much fruit available. They had a nice roof terrace, but the cafe/bar wasnt open to buy drinks. The gym consists of only 3 machines, no weights etc. The spa seemed over priced at 20 Euros for access even when staying at the hotel. I would have liked to try it out, but it seemed too expensive for what it looked like. Friendly staff, though in the restaurant they seemed too busy struggling as a result to provide a good standard of service, but the food was nice.

So I was going to give this a hotel a 2 star rating, because I felt the reception staff could of been friendlier plus my room was wrong, I asked for a Twin and got a Double so had to swap, then the first room was very outdated, the second room was also circa 1995 although clean, the Breakfast was great if you like cakes! But didn't have a big selection of meats or cheeses, no English breakfast option either from what I saw, the Wi-Fi internet is via a voucher that you get from reception this is slightly silly in my opinion, However!..... The restaurant serves amazing food has the most friendliest staff, and although maybe some of the rooms could do with some modernizing actually the bottom part of the hotel is tip top and rather cool. So for me it scrapes a three, additionally there is parking, and a bar.

Good stay in Imola. In the past was used by the F1 teams and drivers. The room are comfortable, clean and the staff is great. The breakfast is delicious. At the top floor there is swimming pool, SPA, and a gym. There are also business room for meetings and conferences.

We ended up here because of a flight cancelation at 1 in the morning. A real nightmare situation with a toddler, no sleep, no food, and a very unprofessional airline. The hotel clerk went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help over 50 people find passage to their substitute airports, including a private taxi for us all the way to Torino, argued with the airline on our behalf for a company credit card number, all while maintaining polite and friendly attitude in the face of several angry travelers. The location had a gorgeous view and the rooms were of excellent quality and cleanliness. It's such a shame we couldn't enjoy it because of our early flight arrangements. If we ever find ourselves in Imola under better circumstances, this is where we will stay.
