1)The chicken fried rice was serve cold and dry 2) The chicken chilli was dry no gravy at all plus served cold. I wanted to meet the manager but wasn't there today. It was a very bad experience today. It was not regular Munchies service that used to. So poor and disappointed. 2022: They do not allow us to pay By card or UPI as it was below rupees 1000. Never faced it in other restaurants. 😒

1. Had one of the worst experience in any restaurant that I have dined in. 2. Staff should have informed of the availability of items before taking the order. 3. The food was bland, no taste. We ordered cheesy chicken based on the waiter's recommendation, turns out it was a bloody French fries. And it came without the chicken. Had to send it back. Then they brought the same plate SPRINKLED with some diced chicken and by this time the Cheese in the fries had hardened so the chicken was falling off like rocks. And best of all, the chicken that was sprinkled was BLAND.... NO SALT NO SPICES. I GUESS THE KITCHEN WANTED TO RESUSE ITEMS. DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK.

So if you really want beer this is an option. But not recommend. I hate saying this but go sober. The place is busy for good reason... But seriously... With the strange laws this place seems to under... It's BYOB and still available.

Great ambiance and good taste of food

Please make sure to check the orders before leaving the restaurant. They informed that they don’t have Chinese chopsuey and billed me. When I asked to remove they prepared the dish in few minutes and after reaching home I unpacked to notice it was vegetable boils instead of chopsuey. Food is good so 1 star for that if you dine in at the restaurant

The place is very nice..The staff were very respectful towards us...Hygene is maintained very well.. The only problem is the price which were very high..Overall this is a very good place to hangout.. Keep it up!!

It was not a good experience! Our orders were getting mixed up. The service was horrible. They didn't even give us serving plates. Also it took about an hour to make a veg fried rice.

Been here a couple of times and the service shockingly keeps getting slower and slower. Food is good but it isn’t worth waiting almost an hour for it. Quantity of food is quite less as well. I’m hoping to have a better experience next time

Decent atmosphere with better than competition beverages but the food and service needs some serious improvement.

Chilli prawns are my favourite. Would love to go back for it. Fried rice was okay. Definitely not a fan of Schezwan noodles, noodles were broken looked like a mush. Previously had some garlic prawn item, it wasn’t the best but pretty okay. Loved the sauce of the Chicken Manchurian, the meatballs didn’t really do justice.

My cousins often discuss Munchies, so I decided to give their pork noodles a try with high expectations. Unfortunately, the experience fell short as the noodles were soggy with an unexpected sweet texture. While I haven't tried other items, it's possible they might be good. Just sharing my personal experience.

Its nice and hygenic place but its a crowded place I wait for about 1 hour for my order not recommended for people who want to eat quiet place its very crowded

Rooftop is nice and peaceful, other floors are okay but the food is extremely expensive for no reason!

Place was good, nice vibe and ambiance, the only downside is the space constraint. Food was amazing though.

Cozy ambience. Drink was satisfying but ngl the foods that we ordered were kinda uncooked.. I understand as there were many orders coming in but damn😅 .. so overall good and chillaxin place but not upto average . Oh yeah friendly staffs kudos to them 👍
