Probably one of the best Mcdo stores i have been in! They have an Al Fresco dining area and really refreshing to eat there! TheParty Room is big and clean!

We are always taking out ice vanila coffee in here,. Recommended for all home owners of lancaster new city. Will update my post for the photo hehe Update: we had a dinner here dec 14, 2021, my baby was very happy on their lighting, nice ambiance, unwinding and recommend for the family with baby or children,, kudos to this branch. Keep it up

good place to eat. wasted because of limited crew personel resulting to failed customer service. ordered a meal for my family and was delayed for more than 30 mins. they didn't advise anything and our number didn't show up in their queue screens. I followed up with no avail and ended up cancelling our order. such a shame that they have this great place with such disappointing service

When in comes to guest relationship it is great. But the real service is super bad.... waiting time is so bad, and the food are not that hot its like a reheat food. Its fine to wait when the food are hot and fresh.. secondly from my request they didn't double check if it's good to go or the order is really complete. I go for fast food because I really need food badly, though I'm in the philippines and I know the process of fast food chain here, it is really disappointing as always, it's just I dont have any choice where to order and it felt so bad. Every time I get food here there's always a problem.

We just order mcdo just now and no one showed up when i look through to the messages tge driver is in the wrong house.i literally typed the right address and how did they deliver it at a wrong house????waste of time.

They are organised. When you come the guard will call someone to get your order no one is allowed to go inside only delivery man. You can eat infront of McDonald's on outdoor setting. Thank you for taking care of your crew and customers.

This mcdl branch is the best. me and my friends come here often and it became our meeting place this place is part of my memories now and the crew are nice too. Trivia. If youre going to order mcflout don't say less ice they will give you more ice 😂

My favorite place to have coffee especially when the kids crave a midnight snack. Nice place, cozy al fresco area where you can feel the soft breeze of the wind. Recommended! 👍

Used to love this place, but there was a big change: the people. 8 of 10 crew, in my latest experience, were not up to standards. Maybe they're tired... Someone sweep the leaves outside while we are eating. I bought two order with three chicken in total: 2 were leg and one wing! I was holding a tray going out and still have to ask for guard's assistnce to open the door - if it's a take out, I would have open it myself. Ambiance is still good though!

Always full. But it serves orders as fast and completely as possible. Thankfully it’s 24 hours and it serves food delivery

I just find the servings quite small for my European influenced heart but perhaps enough for a filipino. All taste delicious.

We dropped by at a not-so-good time. It rained a little while we were still at Dunkin's (before going to McD's) so the outdoor dining area was wet. Compared to other branches' parking areas, theirs is so dark that it feels like you can get assaulted and robbed. Better if they could also put a fence of some sort between one side of the parking area and the drive-thru road so it will be safer for people and kids who might walk over to the other side unaware of speeding vehicles (like the one we saw).

McDonald's at Alapan II-B serves consistently tasty food with quick service, making it a go-to spot for a satisfying meal in the area.

Really unorganized. Staffs are not trained to properly talk to customer / people. Even the manager is not helpful in taking / assisting customers. Though we must not expect a grandiose experience, but at least, be trained enough to serve well. We have ordered big breakfast, burger, fries, and coke float only - it took us 20mins TO GET the food. The queueing system is not in order, our queueing number have gone from the list, eventhough our food's not been served yet, saying "isisigaw na lang po (yung number)" hahaha! Please, remove the queueing monitor if you'll not use it properly. 👎

We visited this branch a couple of times already. French fries the same- consistently not freshly cooked or maybe was recooked. Super stiff and tasted bad. The chicken is alright I guess, last time we ordered the chicken still had raw blood and smelled a bit off. Mushroom pepper and mcmuffin was awesome. This location is good for drive through option. Amenities are not maintained too well. Still clean tho.

I was here when my nepew first birthday....the staffs there is nice and accommodating..the place is very good and the restaurant is clean.

Spaghetti was dry. Chicken was not cooked properly. Place was a bit dirty. But, the manager was very friendly and accommodating. Great service from the crew.

They do have a good ambiance at their outdoor dine-in tables.

Love to eat in mcdonalds just that some other branch like in Manggahan general trias cavite some crew are not well trained and during Sunday most chicken and soft drink one time no coke available they are offering juices with extra fees.

burgers are as expected, juicy and yummy.kulang lang ang stock ng fries. lines are a bit of a hassle too though

Well the place was so nice and the crew was accomodating. For group dine in, itll be a bit distanced because of safety protocols - one person per table only so we decided to eat outside.

Very good place to get a quick snack after biking.

Alfresco dining very spacious plus big parking space

Was able to enjoy an alfresco dining experience in McDo Lancaster GenTri. The pandemic impacted everything but good news to McDo lovers as they still operate in these trying times.

Spacious parking. 24hrs drive thru.. Allows dine in.

Outdoor dining but very limited capacity. Drive through line can be a little long so expect to wait. no complaints on food as it's the same mcdo everywhere. Good thing they have the option to cater dine-ins unlike other fast food chains.
