We went to this branch around midnight. We ordered large sprite and got water. There was so much ice inside the cup there was barely any soda in it. They forgot our take out order and I had to ask for it. I know fast food places are hectic but at least try to get customers orders correctly. It was very chaotic in their kitchen and counter. With only one cashier, there were more than 10 people manning the food at her back and they still managed to give us water instead of the sprite I ordered. When I asked for our take out order the staff looked like she was irritated. Well, not a very good service rating here 👎🏻

The food is good and are reasonably priced. Members of the staff are courteous and they have seats that are unique and good for taking pictures. These photos were taken at Haiyan resto in Tanuan, Leyte and not in McDonald's. The review was supposed to be for Haiyan resto.

Of course the food taste the same with other mcdo branch. They do their best serving customers especially at their busy times.

The food and store itself is very good but the staff is not that accomodating.

Used MCDO Delivery through the website. My order was not delivered but according to the status it was delivered. The customer service told me that the phone number provided was wrong. They did not even go to the address indicated and even the number provided was correct. The possible wrong on this was the one who dialed the number who got the last number wrong and after calling the wrong person and told them that they do not have an expected delivery. they did not push through even though it was already paid through Gcash. How disappointing the service I encountered. Please do better.

Male Cashier is forcing to talk in english even if the customer is talking in tagalog. This unprofessional cashier is even talking to a poor senior Filipina in english even if the customer obviously wants to communicate in tagalog, very unprofessional. Security Guard does not open the door for customer. The SG just stands beside the door, he should replace McDonalds statue outside

Love this place, we always dine here whenever we visit our friend in Imus.

Customer service is very poor,very slow..there's always a missing item,and price was not updated.we were charged higher than the posted price.

Location is close to Ospital ng Imus and Imus City Hall, parking space is great, wheelchair friendly area, nice ambience, also has alfresco dining.

This McDonald's branch is probably the best branch to stop by and eat. Even during lunch hours you can get seats. They use a number ticketing system, every time you order there's a number on your receipt. Your food gets updated real time on a tv screen so you know when to pick it up. You can use the McDonald's app to order ahead of time, which in that time you can find a seat and wait.

This is one of the most welcoming fast food branches of McDonald's 🥰, especially for a breakfast shift. And I was really hungry then. From the moment I stepped on their territory, Mr. Security Guard was armored with a smile😁. Walking through the entrance, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee ☕, buttery pancakes 🥞 and scrambled eggs 🍳 made me more hungry. One of the breakfast crews assisted me promptly even if there were other customers to serve. Overall, the breakfast crew was cheerful, warm, courteous, very friendly. 😍 Thus, for my first meal of the day, and an extra order to-go for my companions on our trip, my light breakfast of cheesy eggdesal and orange juice I give this branch a grade of D 🤩! Always consistent foods at McDo, but a few flaws in my breakfast experience this visit. Not provided on tray: paper napkins, plastic utensils. Order errors: one item included but not ordered, and regular coffee size vs. large ordered. Floor cleaning could have been done earlier, before many customers arrived.

My spaghetti had so little amount, and my chicken nuggets didn’t come with my BBQ sauce. We waited so long because your LITTLE, WORTHLESS machinery broke down in the middle of checking our order. Worst customer service ever, Athis is why Jollibee is better. XD

Food is served hot and crispy. But sometimes orders are not completed Maybe orders are misunderstood. But all staff are courteous.

Your standard mcdonald's restaurant. Not an ideal place to have lunch since there are schools nearby. Too noisy and too crowded from 12noon, I left at 1pm.and it was still too crowded, some customers have to wait for a table for tens of minutes while holding their tray up.

Food is great, but lack of service. Need to clean someone's mess to get into that table.

My go to Mcdo branch! Mabilis ang service, they accept gcash as payment method is my fave!

Staff are very helpful. The area is nice and clean. There are just some few issues on drive thru especially during rush hours. You have to wait for long queue as the exit is going out in Agunaldo hiway. Just avoid doing drive thru during rush hours. Better dine in instead.

Very convenient, clean and approachable staff

Dine in and Drive through services. As usual the restaurant was full with students when face to face was implemented. As a regular customer, I had noticed that service is slow. Maybe because majority of their personnel are newly hired. Anyways. food is always good.

Did not provide syrup and butter for order of hotcake,etc.only the request to add more sugar and cream. Staff doea not review the essentials that go with what is being ordered! Disappointed!
