Hospital

😠 Worst hospital, can't treat a patient. They are just getting money to the patients family. Just go to other private hospital so your money won't be wasted. Even Swab test takes 3 days for the results so that the patient will be in isolation room worth 5k per day while in other hospital swab results... People often mention hospital, service, patient, told, triage, staff, doctor, give, time, doctors,

If I could give this hospital a zero, I would. They don’t know what they’re doing. Family members are already mourning and they are still making it difficult for them to retrieve the body. When all the funeral arrangements were already in place and the funeral home is already there to retrieve the body, they asked the family members who are aleady outside to leave that cremation should be done because it’s probable covid. First of all, a test was done which is not even 24 hrs yet which was negative (if you are a health professional, you know it’s impossible to change within 24 hrs unless they do something to change the result). Second, it’s not our fault that you do not have the result of your own test yet. Then you don’t have freezer in your morgue to store the body. We do not want cremation but you insisted and did everything to make sure the family did a cremation. You shouldn’t charge anything then because if a patient is diagnosed with covid it is covered by philhealth. But no, you held one my relatives there until everything was paid. Isn’t that against the law? Isn’t what everything you did against the law?

Incompetent. We spent 4 hrs in the ER with our baby just to have a CBC done, and despite her fever kept increasing, we were told to take her home. They also told us to bring back a sample the next day, but be sure it's less than 2 hrs old. So I drove back 4AM, but hours later they're telling me that the result isn't out yet. Turns out, they forgot it in the tray in the lab and never analyzed it. Now the sample is already spoiled, wasted another 4 hrs while the baby still has high fever, and we have to do the whole process again. Go. Somewhere. Else.

From the ER guard, ER nurses, info, OPD triage, and HMO personnel, all good and accomodating. A BIG EXCEPT to the lab receptionist. She doesnt greet and acknowledge patients who are in urgent need for lab results. She prioritized more on unnecessary things like writing notes and adjusting aircon temp. She does not make any remarks and speak with respect with the patient.I think she needs more training on customer relationship.

Thankful for SISH close to home. Competent staff, clean rooms, well-equipped hospital. During this time of pandemic, when hundreds of people are competing for one bed, this hospital came to our rescue. When hospitals nearby denied my father treatment due to lack of specialists, and lack of equipment, this hospital came to our rescue. I may not had the chance to speak to my father’s team of doctors, but I know they are all doctors you can highly rely on giving the right diagnosis and treatment to your loved ones. Thank you for all that you do: Dr. Tiuseco, Dr. Dalluay, Dr. Villanueva, the nurses who took care of my father, and the admitting department who made all coordination smooth and easy.

HMO - Points to remember when getting medical service from this hospital. You need to be there at least 45 mins before your scheduled appointment. First you need to go to triage, its on the right table as you enter the hospital. Only then you can have your HMO account verified. Be ready to wait and watch after submitting your card and telling them what, where, who you need to see. We sat for more than 30 mins watching the ladies chat to each other holding the phone receiver and playing with the computer mouse. Its like a Movie theather where everyone is watching the counter hoping to be called and be told here is your paper you can go now. I have been to other hospitals and have understood waiting in line before getting service is normal. But it only takes a few mins to be serviced unlike SISH (south imus...) where you'll wonder what are they doing or waiting on. Other hospital HMO's you will see realtime right away that your card is being verified. Worst part is no one tells you you need to go back to triage before proceeding to your doctor. This hospital is new and clean. Staffs are friendly but their hmo Department needs to review their customer service skills or how to make it as painless as possible for patients who not only undergo sickness trauma, but much more discomfort for waiting sooo long before being service. And their parking space is small, patients and even Staffs park at nearby mall so be ready 😁 I hope they fix this, because even other Department has a complain on them.

Attending nurse in E.R today at 3AM is Rude !! Inhumane and heartless. IDK what is wrong with her. A little respect and politeness will really make a difference. I am in pain when I went to this hospital, but decided to choose other institution instead due to how we are treated. Rudeness, Really uncalled for.

I had a terrible bike accident and fractured my left arm. As a first timer being hospitalized, I can say that the experience with SISH was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Being a private hospital the price is reasonable for it's great service, they will constantly give you an update of your running bill. But overall, what really stand-out is their Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Jaser Hussin, he dropped by the ER, outside his schedule for initial diagnosis and scheduled a surgery the next day. Dr. Hussin really took his time to explain my condition with me as well as my treatment options. He was straight forward with how much it will cost including estimates of other costs outside his scope, giving us time to handle the finances. Post-Surgery I had great visits too and Dr. Hussin's demeanor has really put me at ease, carefully explaining the post-surgery treatments, progress, practical options, costs, timeline etc. I know that doctors are paid but he went above expectations even during check-ups, such a genuine person, giving great advice like a friend. I highly recommend SISH specially Dr. Jas Hussin.

My mother is a dialysis patient here. Kudos to the staff of the HD. Super caring and attentive. Mom loves how they treat her. Also experienced the ER treatment as we have an emergency with mom. They are very accommodating and really helped. Thanks to the untiring work of the hospital team.

The staff from heart station is poor of customer service..so this is what happened i had my check up yesterday Dec 13,2023 so as i follow the procedure before you have check by the doctor you need to go first with triage then HMO approval and next is to the doctor,so i was done with my checked up then next is to have my laboratory so i went again to HMO for approval then after that around 4:30 i went to 6floor for my ecg but i was adv that its cut off already so I decided to come back the next day,so Dec 14 i went early around 7:00 am for may blood chem.and to do my ECG so since i was early i came first, so it was around 7:30 so the lady from the heart station ask me if nag triage na ako then i answered yes kahapon pa po ako andito bumalik lang me today,so she sd ok,then ived waited but around 7:40 i went back again and I was knocking at the window to make sure na next na ako or wala na dapat gawin, so its 8:07 then someone pass-by then i ask what time is there shift then she answered 8:00 am then i said why no one else their yet, they supposed to start at 8:00 i. Assumed that the lady i talk to is a doctor so i said back to her that oh thats the reason why this hospital is poor in customer service review, so I waited again not feeling well its hard for me to breathe because im sick then when they started to have the ecg procedure even if i came first they did not let me instead they advised me to go downstairs for the triage so i went down and upset then when i get back to the heart station i told to the lady “I believe they are 5 people inside the heart station” so told them its only to record my name in triage why you let me go downstairs to do it you could have done that by calling them the lady answered me back said that thats not their job at aabuso daw ang mga customer pag sila pa ang gumawa nun, so i was so upset and almost my tears out then they advised me to relax so what i did i told them i cant do the ecg right now because i cant relax and im crying all the way down to the elevator and i went to the reception and file a complain and some customers rep went to me and help me.i did not have a chance to get her name but i just hope that they take action and sanction for those who's not giving any consideration knowing your a patient.very poor sana maayos nila yan from triage to HmO and heart station

Had a bad experience at OBGYN Dept. I was looking for a maxicare accredited for a check-up. The receptionist for HMO at the ground floor confirmed a doctor after calling the OBGYN Secretary. I processed the form and have it approved. However, when I'm at the 3rd floor, the secretary said that the doctor that was adviced/ referred from the ground floor was not available. A bit disappointed on how it was communicated when I was on the ground floor, I asked a schedule of accredited Maxicare OBGYN so I can reschedule my consultation. To my suprise the secretary was so unhelpful, instead she offered a non-accredited doctor in sarcastic tone for me to pay. For me, its unacceptable. Having a health benefit is important and a choice. This secretary must be trained to be more helpful and accommodating as representative of doctors for scheduling. Instead of offering a non accredited doctor, assistance on schedule can be a big help depending on urgency/ request/ query of a patient.

We were transferred here from another hospital because our daughter needed an incubator. My wife was recovering from her caesarian and they wouldn't give any better accomodation than the metal benches in the lobby, and constantly harped at us demanding she stay in the lobby day and night "for our daughter's sake." Fortunately, Doctor Pugeda had more mercy in her heart and allowed her to go home during our daughter's stay so she could get some actual rest. For the most part the care was transparent when they weren't playing pinball with me, sending me to various departments saying they can't answer my questions. My only real complaint is that since I was the one traveling to and from the hospital caring for both my wife and daughters needs, the NICU nurses refused to facilitate my visits to my daughter and treated me like the bad guy for asking if they could ask the other baby's mother what times she leaves for lunch and dinner so I can visit. They told me to wait until she leaves, which from experience is usually an average if 3-5 hours depending on when I arrive and when she gets hungry. They scheduled our discharge on December 25 and while I tried to get as much information on how we could deal with the bill beforehand, as previously stated, they played pinball with me saying I have to go to this department or that department for the simplest information that they realistically would have been able to give without consequence. At the end of the day, we were stuck with a total bill of ₱259k (₱147k after deductions and partial payment); we couldn't do a promissory note because we don't own anything worth more than 100k, and we didn't have 117k to pay the bill at the time of discharge. It honestly feels like they were trained to make people's lives more difficult than it needs to be.

Super expensive!!! My partner’s father was rushed to the ER and it took them almost 12 hours to have CT Scan results so he was admitted while waiting for the result. 1 night in the hospital already cost ₱85,000. Sooo expensive here. It emptied his HMO.

The attending officer who did my EEG was very nice and patient. Although, I'm having hard time in the first 15 minutes of my test but she ensured that I will be able to finish it on time. :)
