i visited here, i did not find this hospital as a welcoming hospital. the administrative department does not seem efficient. even with the upper level. there was a big wait here which is a big drawback specially in a sensitive area like hospital. apart that aspect.. it has hygienic environment far from big traffic pollution, but it needs to get better

Loved the facilities provided by Hospital But lots of room for improvement for pharmaceuticals Department [ One of the Pharmacist behavior shown to the elderly patients was really unbearable ] service could be more better.

management is very poor.doctors take more than hour for lunch. during this pandemic its crowded here, this is also because the doctors are late. i would recommend this place if u have plenty of time and patient wants to suffer more by waiting for doctor who has gone for lunch and its already been 1.5 hours and still they are in lunch.im not comming to this place next time. Affordable hospital with very good service. My personal experience: I needed to get a cyst removal surgery. When I consulted in other hospitals, they quoted me a surgery charge of 15k, but in this hospital I had to pay only 3k. All my treatment expenses would've been free if I had taken the insurance. Doctors and nurses are very friendly.

Careless treatement and late lab report even emergence

The place is full of cobwebs and spilled blood near reception. The cardiology doctor on 31st Dec, 2020 was out for lunch 1.5 hours DURING his scheduled time while old and weak patients waited on him. Then he behaved rudely with people. The hospital is a shame to all medical professionals in Nepal.
