I only stayed in this hotel because my flight was cancelled and the airline took us here. It was a pleasant surprise. The staff were really nice and understanding, since we arrived very late they trier to make the check in as fast as possible. The room was very comfortable, with many amenities included. The restaurant is buffet style and they change the options for every meal. There's also a convenience store next to the front desk. The shuttle bus to the airport takes about 5-10 minutes. I highly recommend it if you need to stay close to the airport

The room was very clean. All the staff were so kind. There are many shuttle buses. which is very convenient. If you have to take an early morning airplane, I highly recommend this hotel. I think breakfast and dinner were delicious. But you can buy something to eat at the covinient store in this hotel instead of the restaurant. The most important thing is 2 terminal airport shuttle buses are also available instead of hotel shuttle buses. It runs 24 hours a day. It passes by every 15-20 minutes. If you get off at station C, there's a hotel in front of you

Decided to stay here due to a extended layover, the in terminal hotels were completely booked up and this was a well priced option. I just missed the hotel transit bus but was able to find a cab in about 20 mins for $4 to the hotel, ride was about 6 minutes. Please note, this hotel is super close to the airport but has literally nothing around it in walking distance. On site there is a restaurant and a 24/7 small self service convenience store. Check in was easy, rooms were clean and relatively quiet. Bed was soft and hot water was hot. Also room service was served by a robot butler, adorable. Overall great stay, they have free terminal buses every 30-45mins all day.

A really clean and modern hotel that is convenient if you have a long stop over and don’t want to spend all your time at the airport. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet is maybe the best one we’ve ever been to. There is an airport shuttle that takes you straight to the hotel from the terminal, or you can catch the free shuttle for the long term parking that stops about a 3 minute walk from the hotel. There is also an Emart inside the hotel if you need any snacks.

Our plane was early so we decided to stay at the airport overnight. Very practical, the hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport terminal every 30 minutes. Our room was modern, comfortable and freshly decorated. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. There is a late opening convenience store downstairs and staff are very professional and helpful. (The photo below is a view from our hotel window - no excuses to miss your flight.)

It was a very nice experience for us. The hotel was new, clean and very comfortable. rooms were large enough. There was no airplane sound. The staff was really helpful. There is a bus stop near the hotel, you can reach the metro at the airport with a free bus every 15 minutes. In addition, the hotel has its own free buses to the airport. Reaching the subway in Seoul is the same as reaching the whole of Seoul. We stayed for 2 nights, I would recommend it to anyone traveling for a short time. Special thanks to the hotel staff

The shuttle was very late, and the room smelled of new construction materials, but other than that, the hotel was nice, the staff and breakfast were great, and the location is very close to Terminal 2. Their shuttle arrived 50 minutes late. It was supposed to arrive between 7:05-7:10 pm (last shuttle of the day) but ended up at 8:00 pm. We waited outside Terminal 2 at station 2A from 6:45 pm until 8 pm, so for more than an hour. What was worse is that by the time we figured the shuttle was late or might never come, all the taxis to Incheon were gone. There were only taxis to Seoul; they didn't want to take us to Ibis because it was too close. Airport staff told us walking wasn't an option either because there was no sidewalk. So we were stuck standing there not knowing how we would get to the hotel. It was late and cold at night. We were exhausted after a long flight. I called 4 times and the hotel staff kept saying that the shuttle would be there in 10-15 minutes but it didn't happen until much later. When we finally checked in, the room smelled of new construction materials. It was bad. The staff was nice and apologetic; they switched the room for us and the new room was better. It still had a light construction smell but was more bearable. After a 13 hour flight, we were not expecting to spend 2.5 hours dealing with all this. They gave us two drink vouchers for the inconvenience. We were just spending the night during our transfer in Incheon so didn't explore any amenities. The hotel seems nice otherwise; the room was clean, the bed was a bit firm but still comfortable overall. Breakfast was excellent, their croffles were amazing, and the staff was very attentive. The front desk kept apologizing to us for how the previous night went. They seemed to truly care about the guest experience. I think this hotel will do great in a couple of months. They just need to get rid of the new paint smell and manage the shuttle scheduling/ communications better. I believe you can take the Airport shuttle to Ibis, in addition to the hotel shuttle, but they have different pickup points outside Terminal 2 and we couldn't figure that out as we kept waiting for the Ibis shuttle.

Possibly the best ibis I have stayed at. The staff are excellent, efficient and friendly. Very convenient to terminal 2, but 20 minutes by shuttle to terminal 1 where I was flying out of back to Bangkok. But I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Breakfast is a step above any other ibis I have stayed at in Asia. (I’m an ACCOR platinum member).

I stayed at this hotel this past spring for an overnight layover. It was overall an excellent experience, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I especially appreciated the Delta and Korean Airlines airplane models and check-in - a nice touch! Hotel was clean, newly built, and had many amenities. The little convenience store was especially useful. The sauna also helped melt away the stress from a 15 hour flight. Thanks again to the staff and management of this hotel!

We stayed here for one night as we had an early flight to catch the next morning. The staff here were very friendly and helpful when we asked about places we could visit in the area. There was also a small convenience store in the lobby selling a large variety of food and drinks. The hotel room was quite clean and tidy, except for a few long strands of hair on the shelf near the bathroom sink and inside the hotel slippers - though I understand these would have been easy to miss! Overall, we had a great stay and will be coming back here in the future.

Wow what a great hotel with amazing restaurant and bar area. So clean and well located only very short shuttle ride from Incheon airport. You can take the shuttle from the airport to long term parking and it’s right there! Mr. June Lee Assistant director of food and beverage has an amazing staff. From the lovely servers to the chefs in the back, all excellent! They all made my stay at this modern gem even more the better.

Very short drive to terminals 2 and 1. The shuttle service is awesome and on time. The convenience store on the first floor is useful if you forget some necessary items such as toothbrush. They also provided the bed rail for my 1 year old. The room feels new and comfortable, but I find the coffee table and chair is a bit small, and no coffee machine. Give. The quality of the service and its convenient location, I will recommend this place to others.

Great Hotel, right next to Terminal 2 at Incheon - with free shuttle bus (about 5min ride). Brand new hotel. Spotlessly clean, great rooms. I highly recommend for buisness travel layovers. The breakfast buffet has lots of western options (for Korean hotel). All staff spoke good/great English.

Very nicely managed travelers hotel right next to terminal 2. Perfect for layovers. Just be aware that it IS off of the airport, so you have to traverse customs in order to get there.

Mr. Max Oh is friendly and superb. He was understanding and helpful for providing us a very nice and clean room to our need. Although it was just a short few hours layover but he and his staff made our stay a pleasant one. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those who are looking for a layover stay near incheon airport terminal 2.

Quick and effortless check in, very friendly staff and was thorough with information for travel back to the international terminal. Room itself was very clean with all needed amenities for an overnight stay. Highly recommend for anyone needing a place to stay during layover at Incheon International Airport

Clean, everything worked. Decent sitter and bed wasn't too hard with generous number of pillows. VERY close to Incheon terminal 2 with free shuttle. Shuttle starts at 7 but shuts off later in the evening; but, you can take the airport shuttle to long term parking stop C and it's right next to hotel.

This hotel is a joke! Do not book here. None of the AC is working in this place. When I asked how I was supposed to sleep the receptionist told me "I recommend to keep the windows open"... No problem right next to a runway with jets taking off every three minutes! It's the perfect place to have a good night's sleep before a long haul fight... Never ever.

Rooms are a good size. Amenities are great. Hand soap and body lotion provided at the sink. Shower area had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Only stayed one night as we had an early flight so I forgot to take photos of the room. Very new hotel - last than a year old. Given welcome drink at the bar due to the hotel membership. Small convenience store at the lobby. Shuttle bus service to airport every hour (refer to photos)

Wonderful shuttle to and from airport. Still has that new hotel smell. No Fragrances! Hallelujah! Friendly and efficient staff. Delightful bi-cultural breakfast. The only slight down sides were the small room and stiff beds, but this is to be expected in Asia. We look forward to our return.

This hotel is strictly for people staying one night and departing the following day from incheon international airport. There are absolutely no shops, restaurants, or anything within walking distance of this hotel. The shuttle service does not start till 7:00 a.m., so if you want to get to the airport early, you have to take a 10,000won taxi. The only thing to eat at this hotel is the buffet which can run up to $75 American. It was okay, but a lot of the food was not hot when it should have been. Would not recommend this hotel for anything again other than a layover for one night. By the way planes take off all night and you can hear every one of them.

The best ibis hotel ever. Great access to terminal 2. If you need to access terminal 1, it might be better to stay other hotels around terminal 1. The only unliking point is the taxi that the hotel called for me. The driver exceeded more than 40km/h. 145km/h for 80km/h road.. that was so scary. 80km/h for 40km/h road.., The hotel bus runs from 7am to 8 pm, but if you walk 5min., you can take a free airport bus 24h. When you need to go to terminal 2 when there is no hotel bus, I recommend to take free bus instead of taxi. If you want to go to terminal 1 by bus, first you need to go to terminal 2 and then take another free airport bus from terminal 2 to terminal 1. It would take more than 40min in total..

I had two separate stays here and each time was exceptional. Ryan was very friendly and made the check in process after such a long flight quick and efficient. The rooms looked brand new and had everything that I'd needed plas a few things that I didn't have. The photos on the website were spot on. There is also an E-Mart, separate male and female saunas, gym, restaurant and bar. La Cuisine had an excellent breakfast buffet and is a must. The free airport shuttle runs on the hour so I'd head down 30 mins prior to really enjoy the great food and service. The shuttle driver could have left after dropping us off at the terminal but he came over to make sure that I knew which door to enter and which floor to go to.

Well located, so close to the airport. Perfect for a long lay over to get a good rest. The reception staffs are very friendly and accomodating. We requested a late check out since we arrived at 4 am, and she gave me a 4 hour extra.
