If I can give a 0, I would. We did not get to stay in this hotel but let me tell you about my experience. I booked this hotel through Expedia for a Jan 5-6 stay. While checking for my reservation, I accidentally cancelled it. Panicked, I contacted Expedia via chat and they said they cannot get a hold of the hotel. I looked them up online to see if I can call myself. Beware, they DO NOT have a website. The only number they have online, I tried to call NUMEROUS times that same day but the call drops after maybe 8 rings. No emails. Expedia said they will keep trying to contact them and give me an answer in 72 hrs. Thw problem is we are arriving at our destination in a day. Expedia finally emailed and said they cannot do anything about refunding or reinstating our booking. Beware of this hotel!

3000 won to and fro from the airport by train. Only 2 stops away and 2-3 min walking distance from Unseo station. We immediately entered our room using the passcode they gave to us without having to queue or receive any key/card so it was super efficient. The room itself was amazing, every little detail was very well thought out. Well insulated, super comfy and firm beds with thick duvets, electric toilet with auto bidet and dryer, modern TV, carpet, great toilet supplies, fast wifi, microwave just outside and amenities/convenience stores just downstairs. 10/10 would stay here again if i had to transit in Korea

Great hotel room with an extraordinary bathroom. The luxury toilet will convince everyone :-) Hotel is nearby the airport, unfurtunately you still need a taxi to reach early flights. Negative parts: Staff was not able to provide an extra blanket at 7:30pm. Air conditioning is running all night and is very loud. No chance to get rid of it. Furthermore you can not get rid of lightened panels for light and temperature during the night. Light switches on automatically whenever someone moves into the direction of the bathroom? Really? So that everyone wakes up in the night? How can someone plan something like that? Unbelievable! Therefore not again.

Great hotel, clean, new and comfortable rooms by Unseo station near the airport. It's also close to many restaurants and cafes. It was a bit odd to find, access through the inside courtyard. From the street I only saw signs to Golden Tulip Hotel. It seems to be rooms from the Golden Tulip Hotel but had different access with its own sort of reception.

I had to spend a night in Seoul coming from Nagoya to flight to Frankfurt. So I chose this hotel for the location. And it is really just across from the metro station. I had read other reviews and knew its kind of hidden away. But there were also sighns everywhere.( you have to take the elevetor to get to the reception.) People at the reception were very kind, the room was big, clean and modern, unlike the impression you get from the building itself. There are many restaurant and a big mall just across the street. I would come back again!

Great location. Very clean. Good hotel to have on the way to the airport

It is a no thrills airport hotel which is great for the price and quick overnight stay for those in transit. One stop past the airport stops and simple to get to and from. As others note you walk out the Northside exit of the station and make a slight left and cross the road. Couple different entrances along with the Golden Tulip hotel (same hotel and rooms build split into two hotels?). I received an email well in advance of check-in with info and door code for my hotel room so I did not use the physical desk. It was a bit cold in the room and I had to fiddle with the settings a bit. The shower never got above lukewarm which was a bit disappointing as a long hot shower in the winter after getting off a long flight in dry air would be nice. Assuming it price is cheaper than the other hotels at this station I'd happily stay again for overnight connections at ICN.

Check in was super easy, the room was great, view of the airport was cool, the area around the hotel had everything.

Hotel near airport. I use jumbo taxi from airport cost me KRW 20.000. Its easy to say we go to golden tulip. As this hotel is inside it. I got my passcode to room at the day of check in, so we can go direct to room. Room was big, all clean

This is a good location. Delicious breakfast, different restaurants at good prices and the hotel offers an hourly airport shuttle.

It is only 2stops from airport by subway. From Unseo station just 1min by walk. Kind and nice staff. good explanation how to use the room. Very Clean the bed room and washroom. Very good price. I had good experience first day of Korea. See you again.Hotel Tour!!
