Strange decorations but clean room and comfortable bed. There is a nice view of the Central Park. It would’ve been better if our sleep wasn’t interrupted by a fire alarm at 3 am in the morning. We came down to the lobby and the staff told us that the fire alarm rang because someone was smoking in their room. We went back to our room and couldn’t sleep for the rest of the night. Then on the next day the alarm rang again at 3 am for the same reason. So the hotel gave us free breakfast to apologize for the inconvenience.

I checked in and found a used robe and the room was not cleaned well. I go down to the lobby and tell them nicely that we want it removed. Another desk agent jumps in and tells us laundry is done for today. I tell her it's not our laundry it's them not cleaning our room right. No apologies or acknowledgment just an ok. No other words.

There is a lack of basic concierge services. I arrived by taxi right after getting off at the airport and had a lot of luggage. I checked in, but I couldn't move my luggage, and I was told to take it to my room myself. It was not seen in any any any other country. There is no swimming pool or gym. The room is modern Korean style and pretty. The only satisfactory thing is the bathtub. There is no mirror for shaving, and everything does not look good because of the unkindness at check-in, so i will never come again. If you have to come this hotel, you must choose the park view. The sea view shows only small pools of water far away, but there is no sea.

Everithing selfservice,withaout helper,,chek in on 3,00 pm rule from hotel but we when came there come to chek in at 12 noon we got additional price 35,000 won,,i feel annoying,,cause to the pist time to book hotel we have additional price in central park

The room was a nice size and very beautiful. The front desk staff was friendly as well.

Just for wedding, anniversary, and etc. I don't think I would pay for staying cause there are lots of new hotels around.

Room service is of inconsistent quality, as sometimes bottled water is not provided. The aircon can't be switched on by default in room as it is centrally controlled by reception. A call had to be made to ask them to activate it. Not sure is it because of some kind of timer, the aircon could turn off by itself and I had to call the reception for activation again. The hotel itself and fixtures in room are worn out. The rates are competitive. The hotel location is just beside the Central Parks and 10mins walk from Lotte mart. It is at a quiet area with little traffic and some people may enjoy the peacefulness.

the room is not clean! after a 12 hour flight i drag my exhausted body to this hotel. first everything looks fine. nice renovation, beautiful views. then i wanted some tea so i went to find the water boiler. unbelievable there is still water in it. and the rim looks pale. then the mug has stains. and the sink is dirty. i said to myself: forget them lets hop in the bathtub. boom, hair and mud coverd the side of the tub. whats more! hair under bedsheet. i mean, do you guys even has a cleaning lady? covid is all around and nobody in this hotel cares

Amazing! Except there was a movie being filmed and we were treated poorly. Couldn’t enter or exit the hotel until they finished the scenes, even though we paid good money for a room.

Clean, friendly personal, very good location

Room was huge but lacks closet space. Though has a lot of drawers. The toilet/bathroom wall was a see-through glass but has blinds and doesn't cover up all the spot of the glass wall. However the room was comfortable during my trip. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a lot of variety available to choose from. Parking is free with a lot of parking spaces available. But it's quite dark.

My room was clean, neat and big, although I booked only a standard room. Counter’s staffs were polite and helpful with good English. I arrived at about 1:30pm in a rainy day. The restaurant already closed, no other eating facility available in the lobby except coffee in a lounge. I asked if they have any early check in they could offer. The solid answer was A BIG NO. However, during my 3 days staying, I saw the hotel was so quiet, in my estimation, only about 20% occupation. After I checked in and during my staying, I read so many information about cancellation policies with little or no refund. My feeling was… they care about getting money, warning guests about no refund if certain steps weren’t followed, but LACK OF CUSTOMERS’ CARE. We came here to support your business, you should show at least some of your customers’ appreciation, don’t just be so cold.

Neat and clean. Rooms are well equipped. WiFi is amazingly quick. Free hotel parking. There are some cafes and resturants nearby. There is also a small store near. Central Park is across the road and is amazing. Tourist Information centre and Subway station is about 5 min walk from the hotel.

Service of staff is horrible. Was on a business trip with family (consists of a 4yo child & 2yo child). Was carrying many luggages, staff was not helpful to assist. Staff even mentioned that he is going to be off duty and there is no concierge service. Is this what is expected of hospitality industry? Secondly, staff knocked on our hotel room at 1230am to inform us about the diaper bag that we have placed outside our room. He completely ignored the Do Not Disturb sign. Will not recommend this hotel to anybody

They give me a 609 room number and the window glass is broken and then they change the room number to 1104. Again, the air conditioner is on and off. I am not able to sleep the whole night. It is terrible and Nightmare hotel 😭😖😢.

The amazing 5-star-quality rooms they have here are unfortunately rated at 4 stars. They are hands-down the top of the line. Their unfit rating is reflected in their price of just a ₩110,000 per night (roughly $98 USD)! This is due to their lack of extra facilities, such as swimming pool and spa, which is all set to be available NEXT YEAR. However, that means that the rooms won't be as affordable. They have transparent bathroom walls, which makes the AMAZING night time view out the HUGE main window, visible from the comfort of your BATHTUB, which is complete with water jets and shower-head. The soynd proof ventilation window is fully automated with buttons next to the night stand, and temperature control is completely isolated from the main, so I got to be the boss of what temperature my room is. TV was about 40" big, but I'm no good at math, (someone correct me if I'm wrong) basic cable is enough to have access to all the essentials lile tooniverse (for my toddler, AND my INNER toddler), and American movie channel. The location is amazing for a quick stroll down to the Central Park (monthly performances every 2nd Saturday), and lotte mart, while home plus, kids' cafe, and many more were but a 10 minute taxi ride away. A 24-hour convenience store was a 5 minute walk down to a nearby hotel called "Orakai" (roughly translated from Korean dialect is "Come on, I say!") Take a left when you enter the lobby for a midnight snack craving. Overall, i would come again, price, quality, and etc was perfect and I want more!

Very comfortable hotel and kind staff. Really liked the view here, especially at night. Rooms are big enough and has both shower and bath. Can't say much about places to see for tourists, but in the hall you may have a guide with the description of all places in this city. Also there's a Lotte Mart nearby so you can easily get yourself some food and beverages. Would like to stay here next time.

Love the sky room. The jacuzzi tub was pretty relaxing especially after a day of walking. Hotel is close to the subway station, about 5 min walk.

Beautiful!!! I've traveled all over the world, and this hotel is #1 on my list. Breakfast is included, and there are a variety of options to choose from. I would stay here again.

Really pretty room with opening roof. The roof can literally open up and you can look up to the sky. They have a really nice and big bath tub too!

Omg! My company booked this hotel for us and I had no idea the rooms were so awesome and the view! *be sure to request a front- facing room. Central Park is right across the street and it is lovely to walk around - day or night. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. This hotel and view is surely something I will never forget.

Hotel itself is nice. Staff do speak English so that's a bonus. Clean rooms. You can get buffet breakfast which has good selection of Western and Korean items. Only issue was that they tried to charge me room for one of my vendors which I had reserved a room for when their credit card didn't work even though I had told them that the vendor would take care of it. Nasty business. Will not stay there again.
