One of the best airport hotel I have ever stayed. Albeit the room was decorated minimally, there was a cozy touch to it. Hotel staffs were out-of-the-world helpful and polite. Facilities were great and adequate. Room service was quickly delivered and you can tell that they put efforts to the food. Thank you for the excellent service.

This hotel is just 5 mins away (Shuttle Bus) from the airport. If you have a long flight ahead / the flight is too early. I would suggest spending the night here and enjoy their facilities. Their sauna and swimming pool are really good. Their staffs are very polite and helpful! Definitely would love to stay again! P.S there is a nice park nearby.

Aloha All, this is one of the best locations if you want to be close to the airport. It has all the amenities from pool, gym and more. The rooms are great, big bathrooms and they provide a big bottle of water for each day. The LCD tv is very nice with sports channels and more but most are in Korean.

In many ways, there is no shortage in terms of service. It is a good place for families with children to visit. There are a lot of children in the pool. What matters is that the food in the restaurant on the first floor is excellent. It's a shame that the convenience store is a little far away, but I feel like I want to leave somewhere when I see the plane open and set in the window. I don't recommend it to couples who want to enjoy a romantic atmosphere

I’ve decided to stay here for a night because of a long flight. The room was a bit old but ok. The driver of the hotel shuttle was not helpful at all. He acted like we bothered him as we asked him to open the storage compartment. Of course he didn’t even bother to pretend helping any of us, just stood there and saying “you shouldn’t put your luggage that way.” I asked him back how I should put it, he ignored my question and didn’t do anything but closing the compartment. Expecting a simple warm greeting would be too much for this 5 start hotel I guess. The first impression of a rude shuttle driver makes me not coming back here ever again.

Korean Air put us up at the Grand Hyatt while we had a twelve hour layover. This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Check in was efficient and friendly; the room was spacious, immaculate and well stocked; and the breakfast buffet was incredible with something for everyone. After a pleasant sleep on a comfortable bed we went down to Restaurant 8 for another marvelous meal. I only wish our layover had been longer and we could have enjoyed the pool or the bar in the evening.

Slow check in but nice service and friendly staffs. They have nice rooms with big windows, they helped us with carrying our luggages. We had few problems with our TV in our room, we couldn’t watch it so we called the front desk, and they helped us almost immediately. Their foods were okay, nice cafe to dine in. Would definitely visit again

Absolutely perfect. The rooms were incredibly cosy, comfortable and clean. The food was simply amazing and the service by all the staff was outstanding. It can probably be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. 🌟 To elaborate more: the beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic. The wifi worked everywhere and was it was fast. Great experience.

We had a really lovely stay there. The staff is very nice, kind and helpful. There are free shuttle every 30min to get from the hotel to the airport terminal 1 and 2. The room was really spacious. You can see that it's getting quite old (some of our towels had hole in them) but overall it was a really nice stay and we will come back :)

Currently staying for mandatory quarantine. Place is a dump and my room looks like it wasn’t cleaned before It was given to me. There were toe nail clippings and a dried anchovy on the floor with other things. Mirrors look were dirty with what looks like saliva. I called to complain and they said they are sure they cleaned the room. They sent me wet wipes and told me to clean it myself. Food is horrible as well

Beautiful rooms, most of staff were very accommodating, polite, and helpful except for one lady who was a little curt at checkout. I got room service, the food was very delicious. The airport shuttle was very convenient abd a very quick ride. I had a flight arriving late at night and just needed a smooth transit. Highly recommended.

    • Location - Located at walking distance from the airport but don’t walk to it. There’s a nice shuttle to and from the hotel for the airport. Call the front desk and they’ll arrange it for you. • Space - Hotel has 2 wings, west felt slightly nicer as compared to east. They have good restaurants and spa facility. • Room - Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, shower has good water pressure. North - West facing Rooms have a great view of the airport. • Service - Service is good but can be improved. 5 star hotel with 4 star convenience. • Verdict - Overall a great hotel to stay before your flights, not for the 5 star luxuriousness.

The Grand Hyatt did an incredible job of hosting hundreds of us last minute! Coming from a cancelled Air Canada flight from Incheon to Toronto. Reception @ Hyatt greeted us (after being shuttled to the hotel) with a delicious boxed dinner. The room was extremely comfortable with a great view of the Airport. Big, soft bed with plush linens. The buffet breakfast was Amazing! Such a beautiful selection of hot and cold foods. Even a buffet lunch was provided and it too was amazing with a delightful variety of cakes and desserts. The staff did a top job and everything was done professionally. It was a wonderful stay. 5* Five Star all the way.

Amazing shower and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, pillows are terrible. View is amazing, you can enjoy a sunrise view as well as a view of Paradise City's cool building. Overall: Not worth the price, definitely not deserving of 5 stars, no baggage assistance, no complimentary late check-out if you have an evening flight. I am surprised this has 5 stars - I have stayed at much better hotels that are a 1/3 or 1/2 half the cost. Cleanliness: 1 - Bathroom had hair from previous guest. Service (Hotel): 2 - not very welcoming and/or informative Service (Gym): 5 - very supportive, demonstrated how to use available exercise machines Service (Pool): 5 - Swimming cap required - $7 Service (Restaurant 8): 3 - Often forget to bring me coffee that they offered to bring in the first place

The room was really nice and clean. The shower was one of the best I've ever experienced. The food services in the hotel were decent. The two things I didn't like were the stiffness of the bed and pillows and that there was nothing really around the hotel to explore if you didn't have a vehicle. But it is very convenient to get to the airport.

  • 4/5 Jason Z. 10 months ago on Google
First stop of Airport shuttle bus, about 15 min away from gate 5 (terminal 1). The west building is newer and more presentable, with great view to playground (near) and Paradise City, which is a shopping mall with art architecture / design.

Don't fall for the 300000 won deposit hold for the mini-bar. There probably isn't a mini-bar. There wasn't one in my room. Why are they holding so much money for a solo traveler, single night stay? And there are 4 convenient stores on the corner! Get all the beer and wine you can drink in a night for 35000 won! There is also a less pretentious hotel brand across the street. The room was okay. The only 110v plug is in the bathroom. There are no plugs near the desk and there is one by the bed. The rooms don't have irons and the fridge is small and empty. I couldn't get the room warm enough.

Five star for this hotel. It was a nice stay especially after our AirCanada flight was delayed for about 9 hours. They also have an amazing buffet, but definitely come prepared to spend. It is not a cheap stay, but is worth the money.

The hotel is just a few minutes’ drive from the Terminal 1. The hotel shuttle runs every hour on the hour from the hotel. There was no outside noise from planes or cars. Comfortable bed & bedding. 24 hours gym. It was perfect for a stop over.

Poor service Even as the standard of the hotel is on a high level regarding rooms and overall amenities. The service does not match up to the level the house would like to be recognized for. Check-in process was already showing difference between the handling of different customers. I was charged a deposit as in parallel my colleagues was not asked to do so. Not a big deal but at least it shows the overall processing seems to be unstable. Breakfast time had to be booked upfront in the evening directly during check-in, which is leaving no room for being flexible in case you just want to decided it in the morning. Booking process is done over QR code which in my case not worked due to company security setup of my phone. But the staff seemed unable to just book it over there IT system. Linked to this it is totally unacceptable that even as you have booked your breakfast time. The restaurant was packed and the service team struggled to find a seat for me and my colleagues. Beside this this the lag of staff with knowledge of the English language does not made the situation easier. And yes I'm not a native English speaker also..,.. Totally unacceptable is the fact that the front desk was only handle by one employee in the morning. The line for customers waiting were long, approximately 12 customers. Ending up that we missed the bus to the airport as we were not able to check out in time. Keep in mind the front desk asked during check-in for the time we like to check out. So overall Service needs much of improvement.

Clean hotel close to airport with shuttle bus. On layover Korean only provided breakfast so we had to buy dinner. Little bit pricey in the hotel. Staff and Koreans in general are super polite and helpfull.

Pros: * Incredible sound proofing; located right next to the hotel but we didn't hear a single plane. * Easy access to airport via shuttle and maglev train. * Rooms are fairly spacious. Cons: * Not many dining options; Paradise City next door has more options but overall the area is a bit of a food desert. * Even though the hotel is near the airport, it still takes 20-30 minutes to get to terminal 2 via shuttle. That isn't that much longer than the AREX trip from Seoul station to T2.

I’m a new fan of Hyatt Regency! Exceptional service, and always someone who goes the extra step. In this case it was Reus Choi at Restaurant 8. I ate the buffet dinner and the food was seriously delicious, fresh—I say with from the perspective of an avid foodie—and artistically presently. I mentioned my food allergies—bell peppers, chili pepper, jalapeño pepper, and cayenne pepper—as I was shown to the table and Reus went with me to the different buffet stations, personably checking with the chefs if the ingredients weren’t obvious. He didn’t just do this once, but accompanied me on more than 4 trips…hey, it was a buffet and there were many different stations. There was grilled asparagus I was about to get but Reus pointed out that it had a light chili pepper sauce, which I hadn’t noticed. He offered to ask to cook asparagus without the sauce, but I said not to bother. After I started tucking into dinner, he came by with some asparagus specially cooked for me without the sauce. I’m simply blown away by this type of care and service. And that is not even mentioning the room… I booked a king bed – high floor for a very reasonable price. Paul Yun at the reception desk offered a late 7pm (19:00) check-out for an additional 110,000 won extra ($84) when he found out I had a really late 11 pm flight the next day, which I gladly accepted. He upgraded me to a gorgeous suite with a huge living area, which by itself is the size of a regular hotel room. It had a separate generously-sized bedroom, a large bathroom, and a big walk in closet. It was 2 or 3 times the size of a regular hotel room! And Paul didn’t even tell me he was upgrading the room…he just left it as a lovely surprise. Very, very impressive. Perfect as a connection lay-over stay. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very comfortable but souless and vast. Good shuttle to and from airport. Nice pool but insist on hats being worn so had to buy one. Huge choice for breakfast, all very good quality.

Great hotel in good location. Close to both terminals with free shuttle bus. We had a fantastic view from our room. All facilities are in the room, including mini bar. Two swimming pools (one was closed) till 10 pm. Fitness opens 24h. Buffet dinner is worth the price, amazing food, drinks and desserts all in one fixed price. You can pick from Western and Asian cuisine, sushi, grills, and more.

Stayed here overnight for a planned layover and was pleasantly surprised. Curtesy bus from airport every 30 minutes, only took 10 minutes on the bus. The building itself is huge and very spacious feeling. Our room was very large with generous spaces for luggage, clothes, 2 bathrooms and a separate lounge. A large gym (used) and 3 pools (not used). It was very comfortable and a nice discovery

Absolutely first class hotel. Couldn't fault it in any way. We have stayed several times and never been disappointed. On arrival at Seoul Airport go outside on Arrivals level (Airport has about 4 levels) and look for the free Grand Hyatt Hotel sign at the kerbside. It's red. Wait there and the free shuttle bus will take you to the West Tower of the hotel. I think it runs every 30 mins from early morning until midnight but check on website. We opted for 1 night bed and breakfast with access to the Club Lounge where you can eat and drink ( beer, wine and spirits as well as soft drinks) for free so good value. Hotel is not cheap but it's an excellent place to stay.

Stayed at the club room for two nights with lounge access. Breakfast was good but not a lot of options during evenings. There’s a good selection of beers and wines though. Still it’s a pleasant hotel with good service. Free airport shuttle came in very handy. Located right next to paradise city which was a nice spot for a short evening walk.

Lovely place. Comfortable bed and modern. I tried the new downside buffet at restaurant 8 ($100 per person) and it was excellent. Hotel felt too large at times but staff and service were wonderful. Shuttle to and from airport every 30 minutes

Korean Air had a delay that missed my connecting flight so they paid for a room and dinner here since the next flight wasn't until the following day. It was so great to get to sleep in a real bed before continuing my trip! Thank you, Grand Hyatt Incheon!

  • 5/5 Paul B. 7 months ago on Google
Great location for the airport. Rooms were gorgeous. Pool of the sauna was off the hook. And you weren't charged for it. Food was excellent. The only complaint was the bellman at these tower was extremely rude and slammed my arm in the door because we were at the wrong tower and he couldn't communicate it well. There seems to be a lot of confusion with the west and east towers with everybody concerned.

The lobby of Hyatt Incheon is impressive with its modern and clean design. I stayed with my family for one night. We stayed in a West Club room and received breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner buffet. During afternoon tea, there were cheap snacks with excessive sugar like cookies, candies, chocolates, potato chips, jelly beans, etc. I wish healthier snacks were provided. Both dinner and breakfast offered a variety of buffet options, and the food was delicious. The swimming pool operated on a reservation basis and, although not large in scale, had a small hot tub and suitable water temperature. The newly opened Inspire Resort is nearby, about a 15-minute drive away, making it convenient to visit and explore.

I am a part of world's leading airline industry. So for living in a 5 star hotel is quite normal for me as i travel abroad 4 or 5 times a month and always spend my night in a good luxurious room. But when it comes to Grand Hyatt Incheon. This hotel has its own class starting from the lobby, grand cafe, gym then corridor & room with a beautiful interior and bathroom with digital/electronic & modern seat. This hotel is all you need to spend your peaceful life and enjoy luxury at its peak. I can't wait to visit again.

Great modern hotel with very polite staff. The breakfast is amazing. I always had a good time here. The rooms are clean and rich in amenities (bath products of Balmain Paris). It's close to the airport and offers shuttle service. Close by there is a variety of restaurants of different cuisines to choose from. Will come again!

Incheon Hyatt, the nearest luxury hotel, is the gateway to Seoul. It is a place where you can receive high-quality services at a reasonable price with the beach nearby.

Very large rooms with luxurious amenities. Excellent buffet for (by Korean standards) a reasonable price. Nice swimming pool, sauna, and gym. Only complaint is a bit of noise from adjacent rooms caused by impacts (people hitting their luggage against the walls?)

(Stayed for mandatory quarantine) Reviewing based on my impressions if I were to book this hotel at regular price. The Grand Hyatt is very close to the airport if you are looking for the convenience. The rooms are fairly spacious like western style. However, the rooms look very outdated. The restroom has visible mold growth on most of the caulking. The 110V plugs were not working in my room.

  • 5/5 Militans D. 2 years ago on Google
Ultra modern good looking place to stay near the airport. The bedroom was plenty big for at least 3 people. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a smart toilet with more features than my smart phone. The restaurant and bar were busy with travelers and the food was good. I highly recommend this place.

Great stopover Hotel. Lovely staff and beautiful rooms. Food is fantastic (although pretty overpriced if bought standalone). The rooms in the East Tower are quite tired so try and stay in the West Tower if you can. Usually has very good connections to the city but unfortunately the Maglev is currently closed.

Stay here for mandatory quarantine,10 days cost $1000. The room is ok but seen it’s day. Food is not good, taste is ok ish, but always cold when delivered. Front desk always try to finish the call ASAP, don’t feel hospitality like the Grans Hyatt should have. I have seen better service in other quarantine hotel.

Checked in at the so called Grand Hyatt in Incheon. I had a package delivered to the concierge worth 1,100 USD which contained Christmas Gifts for my family and few special dietary food items. They accepted the package from the courier and refused to give me the package saying it is against their policy to give customers packages. They should have not accepted it if it is against their policy. Concierge and reception spoke very impolitely to me because I am a women of color. They treated others very differently in front of me. It’s a shame to see how racist they are. Will never step in to any Grand Hyatt Hotels. Thank you Grand Hyatt Incheon for ruining this Christmas for my family.

Nice hotel. Very poor customer service. Checking out took 45 minutes, with only one person behind the desk, and a line of nearly a dozen people. Missed my airport shuttle because I came down to checkout 20 minutes prior.

The location is very convenient but overall we did not enjoy this hotel too much. The staff is far from fluent in any foreign language, also not in English, and they seem to serve no other purpose but for customers to be greeted every 30 seconds. Also breakfast was not worth the price, especially the beverages. They bill you for all little extras but the overall level of service is not good for the price you pay. Next time we will stay in Seoul and grab a taxi to the airport.

3 stars because the business club/lounge open only between 1pm to 17:00 pm. There is no activity. Service is good as expected from 5 star hotel. The is big and new, but missing Coffee machine (Nespressoor similar) The location is good if you want to be close to the airport, but nothing else to do. Only one pool is working during the week (kids pool), if u planning to have a swim I would not recommend, the pool length is short.

The bad then the good. They want to charge for everything. Including 10000 KW for bottled water and 9900 KW for Maxwell house brand coffee. The city does not accept luggage so taking the city bus to the terminal will not work. They will not allow you on. Staff was polite. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet and spacious. Tub was nice. Food was expensive but delicious. I recommend spending a night in the beautiful city of Seoul and taking the super efficient express airport train.

Staff were quite good, and rooms are nice. However, the internet connection was not appropriate for Korea or for a Hyatt. We notified the front desk for about 3 hours and they finally helped relocate us to another (seemingly smaller) room, but the internet wasn’t much better at all. I felt bad but very appreciative for the staff-lady that helped us move rooms. Some of our bags were quite large and very heavy but she insisted on carrying and helping. Anyway, it’s a nice hotel, but…

Bizarrely poor guest service. . First forgot to make up my room, then promised to make up room, then refused to make up my room. Never experienced anything like it. Also - very difficult to reach 'reception' and 'guest services' on the phone. Hard to understand as the hotel seems to have plenty of staff but not too many guests. On the plus side - it is a new, and lovely hotel. Even if the architecture s a bit chilling, 'mausoleum monumental' style. And staff are kind enough.
