Best Hotel I've ever been to!!! I had a great experience. The staff were so friendly, nice, polite, and super helpful! Its location is great as well. It's close to so many great things and places. The place is magical indeed!

This hanok hotel is located in amid of modern city, next to Songdo Central Park. Harmony of traditional with modern makes a great view. Close to metro station, easy access from the airport by KAL limousine. Seperated and Cozy room, very kind and gentle staffs. Strongly recommended!

Authentic Korean style housing with excellent dinner availability. Furthermore you can excess directly to Central park which is one of landmarks of SongDo. In addition to this location superiority, all the staffs are gentle and informative, quite impressive. One thing that is to be improved is a breakfast, where you can have limited sort of menus. A must place and worth paying for a visit.

Front desk staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. We did not speak korean so they were very helpful and considerate. Special thanks to the male and female managers.

Great place to enjoy Korean Hanok style stay. It’s located in Songdo, which is very nice and modern area. It’s only 30mins from the airport too! I stayed there with my family from US, they LOVED it. It was our layover (stopover 21hrs), so it was short but fantastic. They could experience a lot of Korean things there. We ordered room service, the traditional style tray (구절판) was really nice. They said it’s for a person, but it’s good for two. It has nice wood hottub and heated floor. Great amenities, all drinks and snacks inside the fridge are free. Staffs are very kind and helpful. It’s nice to walk around inside/outside. Songdo central park is just right next to the hotel. Big mart is in walking distance. My parents in law enjoyed taking a lot of pictures. They do have Korean custom to rent. We stayed two separate standard room. It looked small but actually it was okay.

Great overnight stay, I wish I had stay longer to enjoy the park and amenities. The plus was the private hot tub in the room. Minus, not all staff speak great English which is surprising for a 5 star hotel. Food at the restaurant was outstanding.

Really love this hotel. Room was so nice, traditional Korean style design, but equip with all new modern stuff. Perfect… The hotel area also nice. The staff all so helpful and kind. The breakfast was awesome. Everything was perfect.

I stayed 2 days ago-Royal suite, for my family trip. We have 3 kids, one of mine is 13 yrs old. On website says, 13and over will be charge extra like considering as adult, so i booked with 3 adults which including oldest boy and 2 kids, total 5. Once i checked in, they said to me, 13 yrs is kid, so they wanted to charge extra for kids meal, which they do not provide for kid meal for free. This is weird part first… most of hotel are kid eat free if they do provide the breakfast including. Later i saw the restaurant menu, it says kids upto 12 yrs. Anyhow, the hotel exterior and interior is great, but the vanity option was not the best compare than other 5 stars hotel- some 4 star is even better. I booked 5 quest, the towel and bath gown only for 4…this suite is max 7 guest room… i booked for 5… One of the serious issue with staying is the snow removal on the walkway to the main door. The Royal suite is one private building with private door and porches. The walkway thru the main porch was covered the ice and snow. I can not believe how they left like that. If anyone fell down, i do not want to imagine that. It was seriously dangerous for all. The last experience is the breakfast. We felt the kids not getting any respect from the server. They did not even giving wet tissue first before they asked- they only gave adults first. I wanted my kids to have an experience for the Korean traditional style house, for that, I achieved. But the service wise, i do not feel it is 5 stars hotel…. I stoped by Hilton in Tokyo right before this trip, but i did not feel like this. They have to improve not only treating adult but kids well ….

One of my most favourite hotels in the world. It is traditional, it has character. It is clean and spacious. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and very kind. This hotel meets your expectation of a high standard 5 star! While enjoying the stay at the hotel there are also very nice walks near the river and good restaurants within walking distance. I recommend and would go back!

Very nice. The only 5-star hanok hotel as far as I know. Their breakfast is neat and delicious.
