I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Clínica Pra Gente. Today, for the second time, I had an online appointment with a psychiatrist and, once again, I was completely ignored. Initially, I scheduled an appointment with a psychiatrist on Wednesday, 02/28/2024, I waited for several minutes and after a long wait I was informed that the doctor, Dr. Rafael Moisés de Assis Silva, was late, a few minutes later they informed me that "he was having difficulty accessing the consultation, due to technical failure". I was offered a new date and I readily accepted, as I use controlled medication and was running out of it. Today, 03/01/2024, I had an appointment scheduled at 1:00 pm with Dr. Humberto de Araújo Alves, I waited patiently for 30 minutes, sending several messages to the clinic's customer service channel, only to be completely ignored. This lack of respect and empathy is unacceptable. As a patient, I deserve to be treated with dignity and consideration, especially when it comes to mental health issues. It is unacceptable for a clinic that purports to provide healthcare services to fail so seriously in fulfilling its obligations. I do not recommend Clínica Pra Gente's services to anyone and I hope that other people do not have to go through the same disappointing experience that I had.

I booked an appointment using the Doctoralia app and it said it would meet my plan, after a few minutes I received a message that I accepted it only for a refund, it took a few more minutes, my appointment was canceled, I asked the clinic secretary for information, who sent a WhatsApp and then she said there was no time for my appointment I asked but the schedule is full until the end of the year and she said yes because the service takes place in a recurring session. I wonder then why it says that there is a doctoralia appointment for May and it shows up until the appointment?

Se o meu conselho valer alguma coisa aqui: passem longe desse lugar, de verdade. Saiba que: essa clínica não se importa com a sua saúde mental. Nunca na minha vida tinha vivido uma situação dessas. O dpto administrativo/financeiro não é profissional, desmarcam consultas em cima da hora e terceirizam a culpa, não se preocupam em remarcar ou tentar amenizar a situação, tampouco querem saber se uma remarcação vai impactar em falta de remédios. São desorganizados, debochados, sarcásticos e fazem questão de fazer você se sentir como se estivesse pedindo um favor, quando simplesmente o que você quer é o reembolso do valor pago já que não houve consulta médica. Atropelaram os procedimentos apenas para se livrarem do problema, sem se preocuparem com as consequência e, quando você questiona, respondem e agem com birra, como se fossem pré adolescentes. Totalmente lamentável, um lugar desses nem deveria existir. Eu sei que infelizmente nem sempre temos condições, mas se tiverem, agendem em outro lugar. Esse lugar não vai te fazer bem, se tiver que resolver qualquer assunto com o dpto administrativo/financeiro. (e não Clínica pra Gente, dessa vez eu não vou apagar o comentário negativo, já dei essa chance pra vocês, e definitivamente não mereciam).

Por mais que eu tenda que a automação no atendimento é algo do futuro, acho que atrasa muito o contato paciente/clinica/medico ou paciente/medico. As profissionais muito qualificadas, mas tive uma experiencia muito desagradável de uma consulta que fiquei aguardando por 1 hora e pouquinho dentro de uma sala de teleconsulta e fui receber a informação que a doutora não podia me atender mais, sem nenhuma explicação. E para solucionar o problema eu tive que entrar em contato por whats app persistisr no atendimento robótico até falar com alguém para assim ter um reagendamento. No mais, adorei as medicas fizeram um tratamento dermatológico para minha dermatite e estou feliz. Poderia sugerir de sugestão, aumentar o menu com número 9 e adicionar função falar com um atendente, para acelerar o atendimento e diminuir a frustração que pode ocorrer.

Infelizmente fiquei decepcionada com a clínica. Agendei uma consulta pra - ipsis litteris - "consulta de rotina com papanicolau", no particular, o que foi informado no próprio agendamento que seria cobrado o valor de R$180,00, nenhum valor adicional ou informação que haveria uma cobrança adicional, a que título for. Ou seja, a clínica sabia do teor da consulta, bem como que se tratava de um agendamento particular. Chegando na consulta, fui bem atendida pela Dra., mas que pediu para confirmar na recepção se o laboratório aceitava o preventivo via particular (o que, por si só, já é um absurdo, considerando que a clínica oferece - a princípio - esse serviço). Ao perguntar na recepção, os atendentes claramente não sabiam me orientar corretamente, mas pretenderam que o sabiam, sendo que um deles foi extremamente grosso ao me dar as informações - incorretas - e, considerando que eu estava apenas querendo entender o porquê não fui informada dessa impossibilidade quando reservei a consulta. Depois de algumas grosserias, me informaram que seria devido um valor adicional de R$ 220,00 pela análise do laboratório, ou seja, uma consulta que seria inicialmente R$ 180,00 passou a ser R$ 400,00, valor esse que eu não poderia pagar e que se soubesse desde o início, sequer teria agendado a consulta. Ao perguntar o porquê essa informação não constava no site da clínica ou não foi informada por whatsapp, os atendentes novamente não sabiam me explicar e sequer tiveram a honestidade de indicar que, de fato, essa é uma inconsistência. Como minha intenção era obter o resultado do meu preventivo e que não pude seguir com o valor do laboratório, joguei fora R$ 180,00. Espero que entendam que minha reclamação é simplesmente na falta de informações e orientações corretas no site e na grosseria de um dos atendentes. Infelizmente, não recomendo a clínica a ninguém.

Descobri a clínica através do plano de saúde e hoje faço quase tudo o que preciso aqui. Já passei por várias especialidades, o atendimento é sempre muito atencioso. Super recomendo, especialmente para o nós LGBTQIA+

I scheduled a return call and they simply didn't send the link to customer service, claiming problems with the platform they use for communication, given that the data comes from another platform that worked normally, or else, they claim to be so innovative but don't know how to deal with simple communication problems. Furthermore, not even a simple apology was made by the clinic.

DO NOT SCHEDULE. I scheduled an appointment at Clínica para Gente through Doctoralia, they debited the amount from my card, sent a confirmation message and email and on the day of the appointment they simply did not send the link. I contacted the clinic's WhatsApp minutes before the appointment and they simply didn't respond, I didn't make the appointment and they disappeared with my money. There is no phone to call, just WhatsApp and they don't even respond, they simply ignore the customer. Sounds like scammer behavior. It's the most incompetent customer service I've ever seen. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I'm forced to look for Procon to try to get care in a minimally decent way.

Terrible, not at the place itself, but in the service via WhatsApp, the girl wanted me to make the confirmation in a hurry, as my appointment is for the 17/04, today being 08/04, she wanted me to confirm in 30 minutes , I was busy being pressured to respond, she then canceled my appointment and told me to reschedule when I was sure

I consult with Dr. Stella (Psychologist), Dr. Mariana (Neuropsychological Assessment) and Dr. Thomas (Psychiatrist), I love them all because they demonstrate that I am not just another “paying patient”. They treat me very well, taking care of all my complaints and welcoming me warmly! I have a personal telephone number for all the doctors and I can contact them at any time, which makes me feel very safe. The receptionists are helpful and available. Furthermore, they welcome everyone in a good mood and make us feel at ease while we wait for medical care. Gratitude to all of you who make my life happier, safer and more stable. 🫶🏻

When the clinic opened everything was wonderful. Despite having good professionals, the clinic no longer works. There is no contact phone number. I arrived 20 minutes late, they didn't help me, they told me to leave, they rescheduled the appointment for a week later online. I arrived on time, sent several messages on WhatsApp and after 2 hours they returned saying they sent the consultation link via SMS. I didn't receive the link. I didn't receive a response. I didn't go through a consultation. I paid in advance. I didn't have a refund. Terrible attendance. No one responds to whatsapp and when a human appears they are always rude

I am a patient of Dr. André Palma and I have also been to other doctors at the clinic. I am simply passionate and grateful for them. The Doctor. André is, by far, the most attentive, competent, caring and concerned doctor I have. Having treatment with him means feeling safe from beginning to end. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Excellent service, they really listen to you and focus on you. Very good because I was fed up with service that was more like a fast food counter. Highlight for the very diverse body of professionals, truly following the clinic's proposal.

Terrible attendance. They do not send the prescription to the patient. When I contacted them there was no support. I have been waiting for more than 2 days for the prescription to be sent and without any support or customer service. I do not recommend the service. Avoid the clinic, it's a scam.

Me consultei com ginecologista após recomendação de uma amiga e gostei muito. Já sofri gordofobia e lidei com médicas conservadoras então me senti super acolhida pois existe uma visão mais moderna na clínica. Também me consultei com nutricionista e achei muito bom, pretendo continuar o tratamento com o profissional.

Amo a clínica, sempre limpa, pessoal fantástico sempre. Dr Pedro(psiquiatra) é maravilhoso. Só uma dica em questão do filtro de água, sempre com água quente, dias quente fica bem ruim pra tomar.

Best consultation service I've ever had. Dr André was very punctual. He has an office that is extremely comfortable and makes us feel comfortable talking about problems.
