    Late afternoon is generally faster, during the day it takes more than 3 hours. Doctor Aline Bitu has no empathy, she cares about the patient's condition, she just wants to kick you out of the room as quickly as possible. A disservice to the entire community that uses the SUS.

    Fui atendida há uns 4 meses no serviço. Quero destacar a gentileza da recepcionista Samara, (acho que é este o nome), mulher negra, trans, super educada e gentil. Por mais unidades inclusivas. Também ressalto a qualidade do Dr Wellington, médico super atencioso. Não aguardei muito tempo e o atendimento em todos os setores que passei foram muito bons.

    Nursing ok, reception ok, now the Dr's service was terrible. I went to inform him that I was still in pain and he informed me that if I didn't get better and come back the next day, how can I go home still in pain? I went to ask and said that I would look for another hospital, he said go wherever you want, he told me that because it wasn't that he was in pain, I have never seen such terrible service in medicine. It's a shame for a professional without empathy who doesn't even touch you, being in healthcare.

    Dra. Debora T. D. Costa - CRM 170.123 Parecia que ela estava mais preocupada em ir embora rápido (encerrar o expediente) do que atender o paciente. Passou nimesulida, sendo que eu já tinha informado que nimesulida não tem quase efeito no meu organismo, afinal eu conheço meu corpo e pra tosse mandou eu tomar líquido. Se eu soubesse que ia ficar mais de 1h na fila pra ter que tomar água eu não teria ido. A consulta não durou nem 5 minutos.

    There's an old lady with very curly hair who is super thick, I've seen people argue with her several times because of her lack of professional attitude, a cleaning lady I saw called Lucimara, super arrogant, practically kicked my daughter out of the bathroom saying she had to clean up soon, detail my daughter is 3 years old. I had an appointment, I waited more than 3 hours, I arrived half an hour before the scheduled time, to spend 5 minutes in the room with a nurse who only checked my blood pressure and weight. One nurse or another is saved and that depends on the day. When you ask to speak to the station's management, she is never there, not to mention that there is a super rude, bald "security guard/password taker" who speaks badly about all the employees and the cleaning ladies. Making an appointment is practically asking for an Uber in a high-risk area, a huge difficulty and when you do get it, it's at least a month ahead of the date you set up.

    In recent weeks, chance has meant that we have needed the station three times, all in emergencies. One of them with my husband, with acute and severe diverticulitis, without us imagining what it was. I am just grateful for the service provided by these wonderful, dedicated professionals who love what they do, even with limited resources. I was impressed with the great service and, especially, with everyone's dedication. Just imagine what they would do if the structure of the State were even better? SUS is an asset that we need to care for and fight for. A kiss and thank you

    Despite being busy, all employees without exception were well organized with the queue and concerned about the attendants, a special thanks to Dr Débora Costa and the nursing team in the medication room who, despite my mistake, not realizing that I was called and I didn't hear, they immediately answered me and I left there without the pain I had when I arrived. What makes the place good are the employees who work there. Thanks

    The place is terrible, the wait is surreally long and the staff tend to talk without caring about the patients. It's a lack of respect. They should put themselves in the sick person’s shoes! The people working there don't seem to be professionals, it would be better to change the whole team.

    I would like to thank everyone who attended to me today, 16/08/23, my son was not very well and everyone who participated in the service I want to pay my compliments and especially to the nurse Robson da Silva Santos, super patient and attentive and He helped me order Uber as there was no Internet, I appreciate your help.     Simply horrible place, any drunk comes in and puts on a show yelling at several sick people with headaches, in addition to the delay and excessive mismanagement of the staff, there is the doctor who attended to my girlfriend who needed a tomography, sending us to a place that also there was no proper equipment, poor service even in guiding patients.
