    Bad service experience, on June 7th at 8:25 am I had an appointment with the general practitioner, I arrived early to avoid delaying the appointment, but when I arrived at the place the clinic was full. I was waiting for a long time, there were several people also waiting to be served. This is a lack of respect for the patient, total disregard. Those responsible for the clinic should employ more receptionists to speed up service. I am very punctual with my schedules, but establishments should follow the same procedures and protocols, something that does not happen on a daily basis. Regarding the consultation with Doctor Ederson Evaristo, an excellent professional, congratulations, I was very well attended to quickly. Unfortunately, the reception service is very poor.

    My husband has surgery to undergo, he needs to see the anesthetist but as they simply said that they don't leave you as simple as that, they don't ask how serious it is he has one. Surgery to be performed on 01/12/24 and simply and there is no vacancy, we are people who pay our taxes and have no rights. We are waiting for answers

    The laboratory is full, but the reception and nursing professionals are well trained and the service doesn't take long. Now my biggest disappointment at CC Interlagos was Dr.Wagner Terige.

    Bad, bad and bad. My son's appointment was canceled twice in less than a week. A lack of consideration for the customer and there are no doctors to provide care.

    I am super satisfied with the receptionist's service, the super fast laboratory, the service with the Gynecologist Dr. Jorge Carlos Rezek was excellent, he gave me all the exams, very attentive. Congratulations 👏

    I thought a lot before passing because most of the reviews were negative, I had a huge surprise because I was very well received, they were very helpful and polite! In addition to the pediatrician (Juliana Reyes) who is simply wonderful, very attentive and careful, explains everything in detail and leaves you with no doubts about anything!

    Answer on time. A doctor's appointment seems more like a screening, which is terrible. The doctor shows impatience with notes, apparently worried about the consultation time and even though she can make requests for common exams, her only response was: That's up to the Orthopedist, that's up to the allergist, in a harsh way. My daughter has a tercol in her eye, something she couldn't even assess based on the dynamics, when I pointed it out she said: Just wash it with serum, without even checking it and promptly said to go to the Ophthalmologist.

    To the laboratory: it is absurd for you to arrive to get test results and wait 40 minutes. I even missed the scheduled appointment. I only received my result after being rude. Then it was quick. People, it's just printed paper, what's the difficulty?

    I arrived at 7:45am and left at 8:30am with my blood tests done. And it just wasn't faster due to the setbacks I'm going to report. Congratulations to the team of people for the recruitment, selection and training. All staff were very polite, friendly and attentive. From password screening, counters and collection. My criticism goes to the logistics and signage of the clinical center. When entering on the ground floor, I didn't know that the laboratory is on the 1st floor. I spent 7 minutes waiting to get the password. There's even a sign indicating the laboratory, but I assumed that the screening would be down there. Well, it's not. After waiting, I went up one floor of stairs. Guys, how crazy!! Tiny reception, password panel with no visibility, few chairs waiting, several people losing their turn because they didn't see/hear being called. After screening, we stood in the hallway waiting for collection. It was quick, but still, pregnant women, mothers with children and elderly people were standing there. The structure really is not functional! I know it's easy to criticize when there is already an operation underway, but perhaps leaving the triage on the ground floor is an alternative. And, of course, another panel NEEDS to be installed in the 1st floor screening corridor. This is urgent. Many people get lost and end up disrupting the service. Just complaining is easy. It is important that we understand the whole, give our opinion and make suggestions. In addition, of course, to highlighting strengths.

    Good afternoon!!! Terrible service!!! Delay of more than 2 hours with Dr Luciene Chain (obstetrician). Lack of respect for the patient. I don't recommend it to anyone.
