    O pronto atendimento não é rápido, após as 17 hs as filas aumentam, não possuem médicos de plantão. Ficamos 2 horas e 15 minutos para sermos atendidos no dia 21/06/2023. Não pagamos convênio da Amil para ficar sentados olhando para o teto. Médicos de plantão devem ser acionados não podemos aceitar esse tipo de descaso no atendimento num hospital de tal tamanho e que com certeza deve exigir de sua Administração uma postura urgente desta reclamação ! Insatisfeito com essa instituição!

Tb acho uma falta de cuidado, não servirem nem um cafezinho para os pacientes do Day hospital (meia diária). Seria interessante, servirem uma refeição, compatível com o horário de cada procemento. Afinal a maioria dos pacientes, precisa fazer algumas horas de jejum.

    Não há como expressar a minha gratidão para toda a equipe de atendimento da segunda-feira 19/12/2022. Trabalhar na área da saúde requer amor e humanidade, e foi isso que recebi desde o momento em que ingressei na recepção beirando os 40 graus de febre. A recepcionista, que infelizmente não consegui pegar o nome por não estar me aguentando de pé, me tratou com extremo cuidado e atenção, me ajudando até mesmo na locomoção à triagem. Quando constatada a febre alta, fui colocado em prioridade e em poucos minutos já estava tomando medicação. Fizeram inúmeros exames em mim, minha febre não cedeu por mais de 4 horas e as senhoras Gisele Machado e enfermeira Daniela foram cuidadosas comigo durante todo o dia, assim como toda a equipe de enfermagem. O que era pra ter sido um dia insuportável se tornou menos doloroso pelo cuidado impecável e simpatia de toda a equipe do hospital, e no final, depois de muito avaliar e exames, descobrimos o que eu tinha. Entrei no hospital tremendo de febre e quase desmaiando, e saí sorrindo.

    Terrible service at this place, I went in as a preferential treatment because I'm breastfeeding, I got to the medication room and waited for a while to see that I was there, the doctor told me to do a CT scan and take medication after the exam while I waited for the results, the nurse didn't comply, my access was hurting all the time and the nurse said it was normal. I had the tomography and they said they would call me in half an hour, I've been waiting for more than 2 hours for a return, the team was unprepared, while I was waiting, a patient who arrived around 7pm (he took medication next to me) started convulsing around 11pm waiting for treatment as well, The doctor arrived looking at his cell phone, they didn't have a team ready to put him in the chair.     Não são médicos, enfermeiros, atendentes, seguranças e etc, sao SERES HUMANOS lidando com seres humanos. Tenho vivido dias complicados devido à um problema de saúde do meu esposo, mas TODAS as equipes que passam na UTI nos tratam com dignidade, respeito e amor... Eu não tenho palavras para expressar a enooooorme gratidão que tenho por todos! Sou muito bem atendida desde a hora que cruzo o portão da entrada, até a hora que cruzo ele na saída! E não pensem que o hospital é assim porque é particular, NÃO, ali você vê "gente lidando com gente" é amor pela medicina, é amor pela profissão e, principalmente, amor pela vida do próximo. Queria saber o nome de todos aqui, realmente não sei, mas obrigada Tati, Luana, Raquel (maravilhosaaaaa quero te conhecer pessoalmente) meninas da recepção da UTI, Andreia, seguranças que nos levam na UTI, seguranças das entradas, moças da limpeza, enfermeiras, médicos cardiologistas, psiquiatras e clinicos! O Santa Virgínia é melhor, muito melhor por sinal, que muito hospital Rede Dor, Vitória, São Camilo... sim!!! afirmo com propriedade! Dali você só sai apto a de fato sair!     Excellent doctor but the medication room is too dirty and it takes a long time to bring things to the room. We arrived at the room at 1:45 am and until 2 am here we were bringing a pillow and bedding for the companion and the patient's husband stayed in the room and they forgot to send breakfast. Note the companion is only 78 years old . A series of errors were made with the medications given to the diabetic patient, such as glucose in the vein that led to diabetes and the patient almost fell in the bath. The medication was being administered and the patient was eating normally because they forgot to take the medication that was given by the doctor on duty who believed that she was going to undergo shoulder surgery. Note that the patient was admitted to the emergency room on the 5th because she fell and broke her arm and shoulder.

    Experiência péssima! 1- Acho absurdo em pleno 2022 gastar tantas folhas sulfite para a abrir um ficha/cadastro. Meu convênio é Bradesco, e foram impressas 2 fichas para assinatura, mais uma via/cópia para mim. Adicionalmente, foram impressas minha CNH e a minha carteirinha do convênio, ambas DIGITAIS, que por sinal, eu já havia encaminhado por e-mail. Péssimo exemplo sustentável esse hospital, muitos outros estão fazendo tudo virtualmente, isso é mto atraso de tecnologia, além disso o processo demora mto mais com esses montes de impressões. Se a culpa disso é da Bradesco, sugiro vcs cobrarem uma posição deles, isso é arcaico! 2- Só três pontos de um pequeno corte que aconteceu na minha perna e precisei passar pelo mesmo processo com outras pessoas que precisam de um atendimento mais urgente, que estão passando mal, etc. Estou aqui há quase duas horas e nem no médico eu passei e estou tomando o lugar de alguém q está mais debilitado que eu. Devia ter outro processo de atendimento para casos menos crítico, até porque é apenas um retorno e já tenho ficha de atendimento no hospital, pq tomei meus pontos aqui! Se estiver passando mal não venha aqui, vc morre na recepção.

    Segunda vez que fui ao hospital pra passar no pronto socorro e fui muito bem atendida. Gostei do tipo de atendimento, o médico Yuri da ala clínica médica foi muito prestativo e me examinou, coisa que hoje em dia é difícil até em hospitais particulares. O rapaz da recepção foi muito simpático também, mas não me recordo do nome dele. E a enfermagem, nota 10! Fui atendida pela técnica Fernanda, se não me engano o nome, uma moça loira de óculos. Além de simpática, foi muito cuidadosa e calma ao me dar a medicação, já que sempre sofro por ficarem furando meu braço procurando veia. Ela foi tão calma que não precisou de nada disso! Obrigada à todos, pelo atendimento humanizado.

    This hospital was once very good, but the quality has dropped a lot, especially in the Emergency Room, with dirty bathrooms, long delays in care, even with few patients at reception, total neglect. Today I spent more than 1:30 minutes to be seen and there were only 4 people in front of me. Then I was sent to take medication in a small, cramped room with cramped and torn armchairs, a precarious ventilation system where I stayed for another 30 minutes to receive the medication, and on top of all that, the bathroom for all patients to use is the dirty one at the reception, pitiful!

    I was treated like an angel. It's not the first time I've been to this hospital. The first time I had a renal colic crisis in 2022 and I was treated very well, but today I received wonderful treatment. Unfortunately, I had an anxiety attack but I was welcomed in a humane way by the triage nurse, Patrícia, who immediately took me to observation and helped me open the file. During this time I was looked after by Monica and Cleiton, as well as Dr Ana who was wonderful. The four of them were totally amazing to me. Thank you very much for the great service, it is difficult to find a first class treatment like the one I had today 🙏

    We had a private consultation with my mother in the PS of this Hospital at the beginning of March/24. Quick service, very attentive attendants and pre-service nurse as well. It's a shame that the experience with the doctor who treated us - Dr Daniel Augusto Silva Gentil (who is kind only has his last name), was not comparable to other services at the Hospital. The doctor didn't even leave his chair, he barely looked at my mother's case. Empathy minus zero. We paid for a consultation to hear from him that my mother should be hospitalized. We left there, went to our hospital where my mother was treated very well, she didn't need to be hospitalized and is doing very well.

    Dra. Marcela Tater Nonis foi péssima, eu estava passando mal e com suspeita de gravidez, ela não teve nenhuma empatia e acolhimento. Apenas me deu um pedido médico pra fazer um beta hcg e não falou mais nada, nem quais remédios eu podia tomar pro mal estar que eu estava sentindo, não teve escuta ativa, não me explicou nada. Foi um dos piores atendimentos que já tive na vida. Nunca tive um atendimento de tão baixo nível no hospital santa virginia como este, pelo contrário, todos sempre foram muito bons, mas tive a infelicidade de ser atendida por uma médica que não queria trabalhar. A médica foi péssima, mas a enfermeira da triagem e os recepcionistas foram incríveis! Ela devia aprender com eles a como tratar um paciente.

    Na noite do dia 02/12/23 tive a necessidade de pronto socorro, fui muito bem atendido desde a recepção até a equipe médica. A todo momento fui esclarecido de todo o processo que iria passar. Quero parabenizar toda a equipe do PS do Hospital Santa Virgínia que me atendeu desde às 23:30h do dia 02, até às 10h do dia 03/12. Se precisarem, recomendo o atendimento desse hospital.

    Fui atendida super rápido no pronto socorro, estava somente com tosse e ainda assim esperei no máximo 30mins para ser encaminhada ao clínico geral onde o Dr. João me examinou e tirou todas as minhas dúvidas, além de explicar super bem e ser atencioso! Achei que os elogios a esse hospital fossem exagero, mas desde a recepção - com a Srta. Cristina - já pude perceber que todos eram muito educados e prestativos.

    Gostaria muito de agradecer ao hospital, desde o pronto atendimento, os cuidados comigo na UTI e até a alta. Todos os médicos conversaram comigo, tiraram minhas dúvidas com relação a pneumonia, os enfermeiros que estiverem ao meu lado o tempo todo me tranquilizando. Foi minha primeira experiência com o hospital e fiquei muito surpresa com todo processo. Só gratidão 🙏🏾

    Fui ao hospital no dia 09/09/2023 por volta das 15 horas em busca de pronto atendimento para ortopedia adulto. Todo o atendimento foi extremamente rápido e eficaz. Entre a impressão da senha, triagem, abertura da ficha, consulta médica e medicação foram gastos uns 40 minutos. Agradeço a todos da equipe, foi a primeira experiência com o Hospital Santa Virgínia e só tenho elogios e agradecimento. Mais uma vez, parabéns a todos !

Toda equipe desde a recepção, triagem, enfermeiras e enfermeiros, me deram todo suporte e atendimento. Eu tbm fiquei com medo e muito abalada emocionalmente e me acolheram muito bem, tanto no PS quanto na UTI onde fui para fazer exames. Não tenho do que reclamar de nada, só agradecer a todos os profissionais, desde a copa, até os dois cardiologista, fisioterapeutas. Deus abençoe a todos

    Excelente hospital! Fui muitíssimo bem entendido, desde a recepção até o atendimento médico. Médico esse muito bom, atencioso, muito educado e prestativo o Sr Dr Braz Paulo otorrino. Instalações muito bem cuidadas, fácil acesso e estacionamento amplo com preço bem abaixo da média. Todos acessos no interior contam com rampas para cadeirantes. Uma ótima experiência. Em tempos de unidades de saúde sempre lotados, é uma ilha de tranquilidade e bom atendimento. Recomendo muito pra quem precisar.

    O Hospital Santa Virgínia tornou-se a nossa preferência quando o assunto é EXAMES, e já fizemos vários... Ótimos médicos, ótima estrutura e o principal é o atendimento, principalmente da equipe de enfermagem que dá suporte na realização dos exames. A equipe de enfermagem oferece um atendimento muito humanizado. Equipe maravilhosa! Única ressalva, é para a retirada de exames. Achei péssimo ter que esperar mais de 20 minutos para retirar os exames do meu filho.
