I
have
been
in
the
emergency
room
since
1:10
pm
accompanying
my
mother
Olga
Rosana
Cussioli
who
is
66
years
old,
she
has
a
fever,
high
blood
pressure,
dizziness
and
body
aches,
she
was
seen
by
Dr.
Mariana
Ranussi
Felippe
who
requested
tests
to
be
collected,
after
a
long
wait
we
were
called
at
6:35
pm
by
the
nursing
department
who
informed
us
that
two
of
the
tests
had
been
inconclusive
and
it
would
be
necessary
to
perform
the
collection
again,
my
mother
carried
out
the
new
exam
collection
but
considering
the
time
we
had
already
waited
We
went
to
the
door
of
the
doctor
Dr.
Mariana
Ranussi
Felippe's
room
to
obtain
more
information,
ask
if
it
could
be
evaluated
without
these
exams
and/or
question
whether
it
would
be
possible
to
ask
for
priority
in
this
new
collection
considering
my
mother's
age
and
clinical
condition,
the
doctor,
in
an
extremely
altered
way,
raised
her
voice
in
the
corridor
and
said
that
the
hospital
was
full
and
that
there
were
other
more
serious
cases,
including
mentioning
people
who
were
in
the
emergency
room
and
were
older,
clearly
with
the
intention
of
reducing
the
severity
of
the
case
of
my
mother
and
the
hours
of
waiting
that
we
are
going
through,
at
that
moment
nurse
Kawainy
intervened
with
extreme
politeness
and
respect
to
try
to
resolve
the
case
but
we
preferred
to
leave
the
doctor
and
go
to
the
infirmary
sector
at
first
to
request
discharge
but
then
we
asked
for
my
mother's
file
to
go
to
another
doctor
on
duty,
considering
that
she
is
in
a
bad
condition
and
needs
to
be
attended
to,
when
we
were
leaving
towards
the
reception,
Dr.
Mariana
Ranussi
Felippe
called
my
mother
into
her
room,
when
we
went
to
go
in
She
ironically
asked
me
“are
you
going
to
join
us?”
Since
I
had
gone
to
the
consultation
together
and
I
was
accompanying
my
mother
throughout
the
period,
we
went
in
and
she
started
to
apologize,
saying
that
that
wasn't
usually
her
attitude
and
that
it
was
changed
because
the
hospital
was
very
busy.
We
have
been
patients
at
this
hospital
for
many
years
and
we
have
never
come
across
such
an
ill-prepared
doctor,
if
her
day
was
difficult,
if
the
hospital
is
full,
we
are
not
the
ones
causing
it
and
we
are
not
obliged
to
be
treated
in
this
way.
I
looked
for
the
person
responsible
for
the
doctors,
Dr.
Daniel
Gentil,
but
I
was
informed
that
he
was
not
at
the
hospital.
