Moramos longe, em Santo André e demoramos cerca de 1:30h pra chegar até o local, ou seja, tivemos que sair de casa às 4:00h da madrugada para estar aqui no horário correto. E ao chegar fomos informadas na recepção que deveríamos esperar até às 8:30h da manhã (ou seja 2h30m de chá de cadeira) e retornar pra fila para fazer a papelada e seguir o procedimento cirúrgico. Se tivessem informado com antecedência eu não teria me locomovido tão cedo, até porque o local de espera é bem desconfortável e a paciente em questão (no caso minha mãe), sente dores se ficar muito tempo na mesma posição (está aí o motivo da cirurgia). UMA FALTA DE RESPEITO E HUMANIDADE, TENHAM MAIS EMPATIA PELOS PACIENTES QUE NECESSITAM DE AJUDA. Estou completamente decepcionada, espero não ter que voltar nunca mais nesse lugar e não recomendo a ninguém.

    Nem fui ainda mas já estou me estressado. Trabalho na área da saúde e estou tentando marcar exames de uma paciente em vulnerabilidade mas o whatsapp só recebe a mensagem e não retorna com resposta! Tem sido uma péssima experiência.

    Fui numa consulta com especialista, fui atendida praticamente no horário, o lugar bem limpinho, o prédio bonito e muito bem conservado, agora aguardando retornarem pelo whatsapp o dia do retorno e data pra fazer RX e isso não gostei pois podem marcar numa data que eu já tenha compromisso, sem possibilidade de escolher dia e horário
