Terrible customer service. The place itself is already quite sketchy considering it's supposed to be a ''private hospital''. To make things worse: My girlfriend had to deliver a urine sample in the hospital, when she realised there was no toilet paper at the toilets. She asked the person sitting at laboratory to get some toilet paper but the employee literally said: you can go buy some at the pharmacy. To summarise: 700php to get a basic lab test done, but you would have to bring your own toilet paper? Absolutely ridiculous. All in all, a terrible experience. Therefore I would not recommend this place to anyone. p.s. make sure to bring your own ballpen 🥲

If my child would be dying I would still not bring my child here again. They have no expertise, they can not diagnose a skin rash, they put you to do tests after tests, most expensive ones as well, then they use protective gear, and they still don't know what the child has, you leave and pay 5-8k for an oral does of cetirizine antihistamine and a normal set of lab tests.

I was recently hospitalized because of my heart disease. This oh so called "private hospital" is more likely a public hospital. Bathrooms are not good, their devices like ECG are kinda rusty. you pay all the expenses even the pc of cotton balls and it is worth 100 pesos per piece. LOL. Also the facemask that the staff use when they treat you. it is worth 200 pesos/pc. What a shame! You are shy. Your facility is ugly, you still love to charge. And finally, the ECG results. it will take 2-3 buses. days. Imagine, Saturday morning I went to the emergency room, the result was said to be next Thursday. wow gorgeous What kind of private hospital is that? all my tests within 5hrs reached almost 12k. what are you Not including the PPE, cotton balls, gloves and facemask of your staff, which is 1,500+ immediately.

I was once brought here, when I got an accident in the road. If you don't have money, you will die in this hospital without getting any treatment from any doctor. And a really, really expensive hospital.

Very poor service. I called to see if there is a doctor available accredited by my healthcard and they confirmed there is. Once I got there, they said the doctor doesnt accept my health insurance.

Don't attend to you unless you pay first

There is no point in checking up here. 800 for the ENT check up and it was over in less than 1 minute.. I waited for a long time because the doctor was supposed to be late, it should be 10am to 12noon but the doctor didn't come until 12noon. We waited for a while and the doc said he didn't see anything in my ear. But I say it hurts.. there are no doctors here they just make money..

not worth what you pay... cannot accommodate clients, especially in parking, they will make you park on the streets which is illegal and will make you hated by the home owners because their streets will become narrower.

Definitely not worth the price they have their patients pay. After being told a biopsy would take 4-5 days to read, my wife's grandfather was told it will take 4-5 WEEKS. As a physician from the Philippines myself, I really wish there was an option for my relatives to take the biopsy sample from this hospital and get it assessed elsewhere instead by any of the other hospitals in the region that wouldn't take as long or lie about the time it takes to get the job done.

Do not go here especially during emergencies. You will die.

The discharge process is unreasonable, as patients are subjected to inexplicable delays and are prevented from going home. Additionally, when it comes to billing, patients are left to contact the HMO themselves for approval, as the hospital claims they are unable to do so. Furthermore, it is difficult to reach the doctors or have them make their rounds. Overall, I strongly discourage choosing this hospital. It is crucial to prioritize the well-being of your loved ones and consider other options for medical care.

The staff and guards are kind and the service is fast. But the doctor Maria Regina T. Bo-ot. He seems to be the doctor who has a bad attitude for me. You can talk but in a nice way, but what he said to me was, "You don't plan to wear glasses, it's up to you. What is your priority" and I asked him about the antibiotic he gave if it can be given to people who have contraceptives. The answer to me was that he shook his head with his hands and said "I don't know, I don't know, question you to your OB" the tone of his voice is like he doesn't like his job, if he doesn't like his job then don't work if he behaves like that. He is ruining the image of the hospital. Like it's like he knows me and what's going on in my life. It is true that there is an educated person but the attitude seems to be uneducated.
