Very slow in releasing RT PCR test for arriving OFWs. Just don't understand why on earth the samples were taken in Makati and then bring to Imus to test. Where is the urgency there and the efficiency.

The PCR test results is more than 24hrs delayed. Cannot contact laboratory and we're stucked in our hotel because of the delay!

Worst hospital to do the rt pcr test. My sister is waiting for the result for almost 3 days in the hotel. She is an ofw and has limited time only. Very slow process.

Need to change the policy to take the appointment schedule.

We rushed my grandmother in their ER and we are checked from time to time by their staff and assigned doctor. We are immediately assisted. Their nurses are nice and friendly so as the doctor.

For OPD concerns, one may need to call for an appointment prior for medical check up such as General, Pedia, OB Gyne etc. On the other hand for walk in clients, one may need to be here as early as 6am to be 1st in line. You need to present ID as Imus residence, and fill up a patient form. You will be taken weight and Vital Signs and finally to be seen by the Physician, do not forget to schedule for follow up if the Physician may told you so. Medical check up is free. There are free wifi connections available inside but limited time only, about 1 hr to 30mins.

You meed to be in the hospital very early in the morning to be accomodated and ony 15 are givem a chance every listing

I was here for my son’s Medical Cert. But wasn’t able to get it because of the long line. Better to be here as early as possible.

There is an animal bite center here. The cost? PHP 1,250.00 for the vaccine which can be bought from the pharmacy located inside the premises. If you have someone to share with the cost of the vaccine, then you'll be able to cut your expense by half. PHP 50.00 injection fee and PHP 30.00 syringe. I'm referring only to a single dose. If the health personnel prescribed 4 doses (depends on the category), then multiply your expense by 4.
