Had lunch at Mrs. Salvo’s Bespoke Dining. Had Salmon, Truffle Pasta, Pork. We were welcomed by Louie and he patiently walked around with us taking our pictures. The grounds was so beautiful with lush gardens. The place is off the main area of Tagayatay but was worth the drive. I learned a new term from a millenial, this restaurant is an Instagram Restaurant.

Great resto, great place. Excellent food with great vegan options. I would say approaching chele level, except staff needs more training. I get the sense none have hospitality training.

Awesome interesting private dining place

Loved the pasta and the cheese ice cream. Pork chop sauce and sides were outstanding but the meat itself was overcooked. Crab dip with sourdough starter was outstanding

Mrs. Saldo's is tucked in a quiet corner of Cavite (near Tagaytay). Once inside the restaurant, we couldn't help but be awed by the interiors especially the dining area which gave off an outdoor feel because of the natural light coming in. We were impressed by the attentiveness and knowledge of staff as well as the delicious flavors of their food. My top picks would be the sourdough with crab dip (wish there were more sourdough pieces though or an option to add more) and the gumbo soup. Definitely must-order appetizers! For main dishes, we had the salmon with risotto, New York strip, and pork tomahawk. All were yummy but I was most surprised with the tenderness of the tomahawk. I am not a fan of pork but I really enjoyed this one. It was drizzling when we arrived so we were told that they will tour us after lunch. However, no one remembered it even if we waited -- probably the rush hour lunch so hopefully we'll get to experience this one next time.

A very quaint place for a superb dining experience. The chef is an artist who doesn't stop with just one set of menu. What we tried was the southern menu but they also have Asian and other choices. The food was really good! Will go back to try the other food! There are a lot of parking space available. They're also developing the place to accommodate more diners.
