Pine knob is always super packed. Lots of people usually on the bunny hill. They usually have a sweet terrain park open every year. Lots of cool features set up. The Fire pit and beers are always a vibe that’s if you drink. One of the local hills for me definitely would recommend to check it out this winter!

This Ski resort is well maintained and they have slopes from beginner to expert level. Beginner slopes start from the right and they have magic carpet which is more like an escalater. It's safe for beginners and don't hurt your hands like ropes. Then on next slopes they have ropes and chair lifts. The wait time on chair lifts was very reasonable, sometimes couple minutes to 5 minutes max and it was Saturday and very crowded. While prices are not cheap, they're reasonable compared to other places in the area. Ski rentals were $35 per person, chair lift ticket was $55 (for holidays), you can check online. Beginner tickets are cheaper and weekend/ holiday tickets are more expensive. They also have full day or 3pm till closing. 3pm ones are little bit cheaper. Although it was very crowded, rentals didn't take me more than 20 mins or so. Most people were wearing masks, not all though. They have lockers for 50 cents. Also, there's a cafeteria with enough seating, but food was very expensive and didn't taste that good. Overall it's a nice place to visit with friends and family in winters, well maintained and reasonably priced.

We had an amazing time at Pine Knob. Your experience will depend strongly on the weather, but the day we went, they had blown a ton of new snow on the hill and the lifts were running fast. I was able to get about 20 runs in each day I went. They have two (at least) terrain parks - an easy one, and an expert one, a green bunny hill (that is terribly packed), some black and blue hills (keep in mind that the blue hills here are basically greens everywhere else), and several lifts to get you to the top, both ride on and tow ropes.

A day well spent enjoying skiing with friends. What a fun place it is indeed to enjoy in winters. Grab on your ski shoes and get down on the snow🎿⛷️. The staff is very quick and helpful for getting your tickets, renting the ski boards, shoes. A must visit place for winter activities.

This is the best smaller ski hill in southern Michigan. This beats every other one by far. I have had season passes at other hills and I regret it. Pine knob looks after the season pass holders and the walk in ticket buyers. They look after me and you, they don't put other programs or such first. They keep the snow in amazing condition and open the second that they can and stay open as late as possible. They groom very often and take pride in what they do.

Way to go pine knob!! No snow anywhere but on the hill due to them making it. I expected it to be icy today from weather but they've done a great job keeping it groomed. The staff has been very pleasant.

My kids grew up skiing here and I learned to ski here when I was 41 years old. This is a great SE Michigan ski hill. The ski patrol and workers are always friendly and helpful. The bar is fun and has decent bar food (spendy but it's a ski lodge so go figure). The allow people to bring a picnic lunch too so great for snacks for the kiddos. Excellent instructors and especially great for kids lessons. I highly recommend!!!

Kids love coming here. It's an all day excursion for us and it definitely wears my kids out. They are getting really good at snowboarding. I recommend lessons if you've never gone before. They offer skiing and snowboarding.

Staff is terrible. Literally all of the lift operators seem like they are on drugs. Just about every worker is rude here!! The staff also harassed my children while they were skiing as well as claiming things they were not.

Saw Alice Cooper here at DTE Energy Music Theater last month.. absolutely one the best rock concerts I've ever seen! Add on to the fact that I've never seen Alice before that night..

It was my first time skiing ever, but I really enjoyed it. I think it was a little crowded and there didn't seem to be too many people out there making sure we knew what we were doing. I think that could have been a little better, but I did have one guy with me who went once before so we weren't completely in the dark. I think the bunny hills were almost more dangerous because so many people were crowded at the bottom that it was tricky to dodge them and stay on your feet. My friends fell a lot because of that. Mostly, it was a smooth experience and the harder hills were pretty fun and not too tricky. I didn't do the hardest path known as "the Wall," but I did get to do the Black diamond a few times. It's definitely a thrilling experience and I plan to go again.

Make sure if your planning on coming here to buy your ticket online and rent your snowboard or skis from a different place and also don’t pay cash for your lift ticket if your buying it in person because if you lose they flimsy tag that’s held on by a paper clip you’ll either be charged double AGAIN or have the cops called on you. Mt Brighton is a much better option especially since this place clearly doesn’t drug test their workers and lift operators when they clearly look like their hanging on by a thread
