Nice atmosphere, but not impressed by the food. The ambiance is lively with a bar in the middle and tv's throughout. The hostess and waiter were great and attentive. The food was less than impressive. The complementary pumpernickel bread was good with whipped butter. I ordered the outback mushrooms as an appetizer, they are battered and fried, served warm, but have little flavor. The main meal consisted of shrimp on the barbie, it had a little spice to it and some bland flavor. The side of seasoned vegetables was soggy and filled the entire plate up with water. The mashed potatoes were great and had a good smooth mashed consistency.

Waited an hour and a half for over some severely over cooked shrimp, over cooked chicken, $20 salmon hard as a hockey puck, and microwaved bagged veggies (they clearly forgot to take out). For the price, you would think they would come up with a better method than microwaving your food.

Ate at this location last night. Chicken & shrimp pasta were pretty good. Their bread is a brown bread (maybe pumpernickel?) It was too sweet and too soft for our taste. The pieces of steak in the cheese and steak dip were no bigger than a kernel of corn. Our server and the host were very nice.

My boyfriend and I decided on going to outback for date night! The food was amazing! But what was even better than our food was the amazing service We got from Mitchell S. Took the time to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Next time you come in make sure you’re seated with him you won’t regret! If I could give more stars I would! Thank you so much Mitchell for making it our night!

Was pretty busy on a Sunday night around 6:30pm, large parking lot. You can put your name on the list on its website. The bloomin onion is my personal favorite with ranch. I usually go with the outback special and get a salad and French fries. Staff seemed like they were really stressed out and were not having the best of days hopefully things get better for them.

Wow the food quality has really gone down hill. Filet Mignon with chewy veins of fat running through it. Fries that were hot but taste like they were pulled from the fryer two hours ago. Too much time in the bin waiting to be served maybe. Wait staff was the only saving grace, they're working hard to make up for management skimping on quality control.

Mitchell was a fantastic server! He was very helpful and attentive to my table. With my extended stay He was very patient and kind! :) also shout out to the person who last did take out for me her name was Brooke she worked beautifully

Tiffany was our server tonight and she was absolutely amazing, she was extremely kind and on top of everything!! As a previous server myself, she did everything 100% right. Even when there were rude table next to us she kept her composure and was just sweet as pie! If I could give her 10 stars I would. You’re lucky to have such a great employee. Keep up the good work girl, it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed.

It was my bfs bday and we had faith for our waitress, not only did she get EVERYTHING correct, but she was so nice and amazing! When she brought out a bday ice cream for my bf she also brought one out for my kids as well. She’s amazing I’ll definitely be coming back just because of her!

We had the best dinner tonight. Jacob was phenomenal. He took his time with all our orders making sure we had everything we wanted, the way we wanted. He was so kind to our kiddos and came by frequent to make sure we had enough drinks and that we were having a good experience. I’m positive he is 90% of the reason our experience was so great! Definitely will be coming back again.

we came to Outback to celebrate closing on our first rental property. Jacob, our waiter, was really friendly, and congratulated us on our good news. He recommended I try the kiwi strawberry lemonade and it was amazing! Everything came to us promptly and the food was so yummy as always! My husband got the steak, lobster tail & potato-I got the blooming fried chicken & potatoes. We also split a bloomin onion and of course the pumpernickel bread. We were very happy with everything! A waiter/waitress can make or break the experience, and Jacob definitely made the night for us! He was helpful, kind, Positive and a good conversationalist. Thank you, Outback!

I love Our back but lately there has been issues with my steak being way under cooked. I've always ordered medium and the last 3 visits my steak has been medium rare or rate. I don't like to send my food back but the last time I had to! When they brought it back it was still rare! The manager took it off my bill because I didn't want to wait for a new steak. I appreciated that but what I would appreciate more is getting out right the first time. I am going to try medium well next time and maybe I will be able to enjoy my steak!

My wife’s food was not edible. The shrimp was rubbery and the lobster was over cooked. The pasta was soft and crunchy. Overall, it was not an edible dish. The waiter asked how everything was we told him the food was not good and my wife could not eat it He said no worries. I’ll take this away and take care of it. The waiter came back with our bill and her food was still on it. My wife looked at me and said you know what let’s just pay the bill and get out of here And never come back. I agreed with her. So unfortunately, this will be our last time at your establishment.

We came to Outback Steakhouse on a Wednesday night as was greeted immediately and Sat immediately. We had Jacob as our server and he was absolutely amazing at his service. Everything was at a steady pace. I didn’t like the first thing I ordered which was the pasta and he made the switch very easy. The manger brought me out a steak that was delicious and they were so kind about it! We definitely appreciated the service and our experience was delightful! 10 out of 10!

Jacob was great. We had two gluten free party members and it was handled very satisfactorily. Will be coming back.

Tiffany was my server tonight and she was amazing!! I never had to ask for a drink refill, as she was already prepared. She also made sure I I was comfortable with my dining experience. Best service I have had at this location.

Had a reservation time. Got there on time, and had to wait 25 minutes to be seated. Waitress took our drink orders, one guest had to leave early so they ordered their food with the drinks and said I need this out first. After 45 minutes with still no waters, a manager was told the issue. They brought waters...not the rest of the drinks. Appetizers come before drinks. Waitress took the dinner orders, informs guest leaving early that their food wasn't rung in yet bc that's not allowed. Food finally comes, not one steak was cooked correctly. The owner, Joe, came out to apologize, and he took 2 appetizers off the bill. This was unfortunately too little, too late, and you lost our business. This used to be a decent place to go to celebrate, or even just to hang out. Gone are those days, sadly. Thanks for trying to help, Joe. As stated, it was just not enough nor not in time.

Very happy with my local Outback. I have quite a few severe food allergies, and they have always done a great job preparing my meals safely for me. They have a constant flow of customers, but can almost always fit you in. Customer service here is always great. Never once have I encountered a rude server or host. A great lunch or dinner spot for a casual family meal.

Service and staff are great, but I ordered the bone-in ribeye and it was tough (much tougher than my wife's sirloin) and about 40% fat (not marbleized, just fat). For a $30 steak, I expected more. I would not come here and pay for a "premium" steak again. You're better off driving down the road to Deer Lake Inn.

First Outback we've been to since moving to MI (2016) and was quite happy. All but one item came out at the correct temperature. Flavors were good and the restaurant was clean. Service was attentive. Won't wait so long to return.

Ordered through doordash and paid an extra 4.39 for side of fries. Typically from prior experience, the box is a little more than half full. This time they filled it with scraps. The food is good, they just don’t have consistent portions.

Excellent food and had great service all around. Especially our server Allen. It was our 26 year wedding anniversary. May the 4th be with you!

1st off steak is mostly always good and it was no different here but it seemed to be very very unseasoned then compared to other steakhouses it was on the higher end with way less flavor. Then our server seemed to forget about us from time to time because we saw the other servers plenty of times. We did see our server here and there but just laughing and talking with other servers. Sorry but won't be returning. The place was very nice and clean and we got in no problem

Service was great and super fast. I loved the salad and my steak. Husband said the ribeye was just "okay".

It was absolutely freezing in there! All the customers had there coats on. By the time my melted butter got to the table it had already started to solidify! The food could have been delicious if I could have eaten it warm!
